We love this place so much and it was the second time we’ve stayed here! The views are SO amazing from this home - we loved drinking coffee on the deck in the mornings! The property manager was very kind and quick to help whenever we needed anything. We had plenty of space and it was the perfect home for our family and my parents to make wonderful memories in Vail!

Lovely property! Very well appointed and had everything we needed. All the rooms were a great size. Two families stayed comfortably. We loved the hot tub and ski room was very helpful for gear and shoes. The bus to the slopes was easy to figure out but the walks from either Lionshead pedestrian bridge stop or the Vail village transportation center stop are fairly long when wearing ski gear. Overall a wonderful place and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This property was ideal for two families, with one staying upstairs and the other downstairs. The well-stocked kitchen provided everything we needed. Enjoyed a beautiful view of the ski slopes, especially watching the nightly mountain maintenance. The hot tub was a fantastic bonus after days of skiing. The property manager was highly communicative, assisting with any issues and checking in to ensure we had all we needed. Would certainly choose to stay here again.

Great family trip to Vail! Condo was great for our family of four, in-laws and brother-in-law. Brother in law is 6’4” and slept in the small bedroom upstairs. He said the bed was comfortable and he had no problems. We were concerned since that is a small room with a sloped ceiling but it was just fine for him. We slept downstairs with the kids next door in the bunk room. We cooked nearly every night. Kitchen had everything we needed in terms of cookware and dishes. We even grilled one night! The grill is hooked up directly to a gas line so no worries about running out of propane. House was well stocked with paper towels, soap and laundry detergent upon our arrival. The fireplace was super easy to operate. We dried our gloves on the hearth every evening. Hot tub was clean and felt great after a day on the slopes. Management was quick to respond when we reached out to them. I would recommend and stay here again!

This is perfect property for your get-a-way! We enjoyed our stay so much! The location is great--a short walk into the village, or a few steps to the shuttle. The home was super clean and had all the necessary items to make our week relaxing and so enjoyable. The view....incredible. The host was so communicative, and always timely with our requests. We will definitely book again if we are lucky enough to come back to Vail.

Our son’s wedding was at Piney Ranch, and this was the perfect place to stay. The views were spectacular, the accommodations were spacious, and the location was awesome! The mornings were perfect with the warm sunshine, and the nights were cool and crisp on the deck. We will definitely look forward to staying here when we return to visit our son and new daughter-in-law. Vail is a special place!

The property is as advertised and worked well as our pied a terre for the various festivities. Our hosts welcomed us with a gift and checked on us regularly. Close to Simba Run bus stop and frontage road; so easy access to wherever you need to go. We highly recommend. BB

This was the second year my family spent a few days at this property for our annual vacation, and it was just as marvelous as last year. The view out the huge living room windows can't be beat! The home was exceptionally clean and well-appointed, the neighborhood was quiet (except for the magpies), and the beds were very comfortable. We loved that there was a full bath on each of the three levels of the house, so getting ready in the morning was a breeze for our party of six. Gordon was very helpful and even left a bottle of local wine on the counter for us to enjoy. Great stay!

Check in/out process very easy. Property manager quick to respond to any questions we had. Very hot in top floor bedrooms during summer. Close access to hiking trails and town of Vail a plus. Appreciated the extra toiletries and kitchen supplies! Only rated 4 stars due to updates needed, which we shared with property manager and sounds like some are already in work.

We came up for the vail beer festival and to celebrate my sister in-laws upcoming marriage. The condo is extremely close to Lionshead, we used the shuttle and walked all weekend. Lots of space and loved the well stocked kitchen for cooking in.

The house was perfect for a girl’s weekend! Kitchen was fully stocked and the bus stop was a short walk down the street. The house had everything we needed and more, and everyone had a nice comfy bed to sleep in!

This house is absolutely beautiful. The views are amazing. Bus stop is right down the road and everything is close by. I would stay here again 100%. Every year we chose somewhere different to stay in Vail or Beaver Creek but I plan to book this one again we loved it so much.

Cannot brag on this property or the management staff enough. The kindness and attention to detail here was above and beyond any other pay-to-stay residence or fine hotel! Gordon and his team went above and beyond for us. The view from this house is breathtaking!! We were here for the fall color and it was incredible to step out on our porch and take in every morning! We will be back that’s for sure!!! You also cannot beat the location and it’s proximity to the free shuttle devices! The neighborhood is also great for a morning walk. Just all around absolute 10/10!!!! Above and beyond our expectations!! Thank you, Gordon and team!!! You made our weekend absolutely perfect!

The property was just as advertised. It was clean, spacious and fully equipped. Paper goods and some basic cooking supplies were available. It is a short walk into Lionshead Village and the bus stop for Vail Village is very close by. The property manager was available and willing to help although we really had no problems or questions. We would definitely stay there again if traveling with family.

We loved this property! The views are even better in person than the pictures online. The living room is stunning and has plenty of space. The hot tub has a beautiful view of the mountains and was super clean. The location is very close to the village and we walked the majority of the time. They do have a bus which we used as well. I am from Florida so I am used to having A/C so it was a little hard to sleep at night on the top floor. We opened the windows at night to let the wind cool off the rooms which worked out great. Overall, we loved our stay and will be back soon!

The views from this home are amazing! The property itself was very clean, plenty of space and was a wonderful home for my parents, my husband and I and our four kids. We loved having coffee on the deck watching the sun come up over the mountains in the morning. It was very close and convenient to everything! We loved everything about this place and would definitely book here again on a future trip back to Vail!

We loved the large windows in the living room that look out over the valley! The house itself is quality built. Location was fantastic as it is just a 1 minute walk to the bus stop that gets you to and from the Vail Transportation Center in just 10 minutes.
