Lovely location, spacious, owner fast to respond to any queries.
Could do with providing some cleaning liquids.
Outdoor furniture was a little tired.

A big house with plenty of space, a great location and super friendly/helpful host
I is in a “ all inclusive resort” so you have to wait some time when you pay cause they don’t have any return money

Great location, very friendly host and beautiful accomodation!

This is a lovely villa in a fabulous location, with its own pool as well as the use of the main hotel pools and other facilities. The beaches were beautiful and also surprisingly quiet; the sea was a bit rough sometimes but our three boys loved it - close supervision required though! The pools and sea were warm enough when we stayed.
We opted to stay self catering; Andrew was very helpful with the location of the best supermarket where we stocked up on everything we needed for the villa; and he also gave us some great restaurant recommendations in Santa Maria. The hotel didn’t seem that busy even though it was Easter school holidays, though we didn’t eat in any of the hotel restaurants as there were so many great ones in Santa Maria. Taxis into Santa Maria were easily arranged when we didn’t want to make the 45 minute walk there.
Nothing - the villa itself and the location certainly met and even exceeded our expectations.

Nice villa in the heart of a resort.
Very handy to get around the island renting a car or by taxi (3€ To Santa Maria).
