About this apartment rental
Come stay at Riser! Recently updated property with community pool, private beach access and ocean and bay views. Enjoy the gorgeous Bethany beach sunsets and sunrises on one of the 4 balconies while staying in this 3 story, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo that sleeps 8. Walk 100 yards from the front door to the private Tower Shores beach or relax poolside in the courtyard. If you are feeling more adventurous you are just minutes away from downtown Bethany, Dewey and Rehoboth. Also located near the Delaware Seashore State Park, outlet shopping, fine dining, fishing and plenty of outdoor activities for you and your family to enjoy. A wonderful place to getaway from it all and make lifelong memories.

Just love Riser & Jess! It feels like our home at the beach. Cozy & beautiful house and wonderful, friendly community. We love the pool too. Couldn’t ask for more.

Newly renovated condo with plenty of room to spread out across 3 floors. The host, Jessica, was very friendly and helpful and quick to respond prior to and during our stay. Quick walk to the private beach; there's also a community pool. Walk to the end of the street and see amazing sunsets over the Bay. House is stocked with beach chairs and an umbrella. Bonus: we could walk to one of our favorite restaurants in Bethany, Matt's Fish Camp. Also close to the Big Chill Beach Club, a quick drive. Great place; thank you for an enjoyable stay!

Had a wonderful stay at this Bethany Beach Condo. It's in a great location as it has a private beach and is a couple miles away from the main part of Bethany and a few miles from Dewey Beach which put it in a nice quiet location away from the crowds. Community around the condo is great too and it was very quiet there as well. Condo is very nice and clean and the owner was tremendous at communication and the check-in/out was a piece of cake. Would recommend this place!!

From start to finish, things went smoothly. The host, Jessica, was great with communication and flexibility, the condo was in a prime location for a family and dog, and everything was nearby. The beds were comfortable, the TVs worked well, the board games were a great help on rainy days, and Matt's Fish restaurant is within walking distance, and there were a lot of nice touches around the condo I have not experienced with other vacation rentals. I recommend this location and condo to others with kids and dog looking to enjoy the beach and downtown Bethany.

Great beach house! The layout was perfect for our family - my in-laws enjoyed the lower level suite and my kids and I enjoyed the suite and bunk room way upstairs! it was fun!! And the place is spotless, so well maintained and obviously loved! We brought our dog which really makes our vacations mean so much more because we love him to pieces.
The owner really makes you feel welcome with all the basic supplies which makes starting off a vacation relaxing. We found everything we needed in the kitchen - including a keurig and drip coffee makers with coffee!! And the St Paddy's Day decorations and the bottle of wine, wow, just over the top.
Highly recommend and look forward to staying here again. :)

Property was exactly as listed and conveniently located. Very clean and included everything needed for a comfortable stay. Host was very responsive and accommodating, keeping us up-to-date on status ahead of our stay as related to weather conditions (tropical storm on planned day of arrival). Check-in/out very easy.

Just like last year it was a wonderful experience. The property is absolutely perfect. Everything is close by and we enjoyed the refreshing pool after a beautiful day at the beach. Jess and Greg are always open to answer our questions (really fast response), and we already submitted another reservation for next year. You can't go wrong with this condo. Everything you need is made available to you !

My family loved our stay at Riser on Tower Shores! It is soooo close to the beach and the only property in the community with access to a pool! We had a small minor plumbing issue and Jessica and Greg responded immediately and had it resolved within 12 hours!! They were incredibly hosts and we will be renting again next summer! It was also great to be able to bring our dog! Highly recommend this property! Thanks Jes and Greg!

We’ve stayed at Riser several times. We love the proximity to the beach & the pool. The house is always clean when we arrive & has everything we need. Excellent communication from the owner with quick response to questions. I highly recommend this house for your next beach vacation.

This property was perfect for our annual trip to the Delaware Seashore. Close to the beach with all the comforts of home. My husband and I along with our two boys and pup had plenty of space to gather or relax and have alone time. We appreciated Jess and her responsiveness. Loved having Matt's Fish Camp within walking distance. Quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Would return again in the future without hesitation.

Our family loves staying at Riser. The beach is close, our kids love the the courtyard and the pool, and the Tower Shores neighborhood is great for families. Also, the owners are very helpful and responsive to questions.

Jessica was wonderful as a host & the property is exactly as described. I rented it for a fall week at the beach to celebrate my birthday & to relax with some friends & family. It was a great house with an easy walk up the block to a beautiful beach, sheltered balconies for morning coffee & plenty of space for sitting to relax or eating with the group. Even with a few rainy & windy days, this was a great beach week & I would happily stay again.

This condo was in a good location. I would recommend for a young family since it had 3 levels, which we knew ahead of time so would not deduct any stars for that, but would not recommend for senior citizens, we were all over 70. Would not recommend for a small dog, ours is 9 lbs. and was afraid she was going to fall thru the open rails and stairs, but again we knew this. Overall we had a good time, the weather was great and was relaxing, practically had the beach to ourselves. Owner was fast in response to our questions.

This property has a really nicely stocked kitchen if you want to cook. There are many good restaurants nearby in Rehoboth and our Bethany beach breakfast favorites - Sandy Pony acai bowls and donuts and great breakfast sandwiches and cinnamon rolls at Beach Break. It is a short walk to a nice beach. It is really nice that there are good places to take your dogs too!

The house was great, with beds on every floor. Very nice neighborhood, seemed extremely family oriented, and everyone was very welcoming. My daughter and I really enjoyed it very much. Property manager extremely responsive and supportive.

The property is in a great location just a few minute walk to the beach. We loved the pool which we used every day after a few hours at the beach. The balconies on each floor were wonderful. The property was adequately stocked though we would have appreciated a Kuerig instead of a drip coffee maker (which we do not use). Overall, our family had a lovely vacation at Tower Shores.

Convenient, cute, and cozy! A nice stay for younger families with all the amenities of home and the location cannot be beat! We were a group of 7 including 3 teens, 2 tweens, and two adults. The living room has a pull out couch, which one teen used, and the bunk bedroom also had a trundle to fit a third kid. The kitchen is small/cozy and not enough for everyone to sit aroudn the table at once, but it was fine for us since we ate out for dinner most nights.
Since it's a townhouse with 3 floors and kitchen on the second floor it might be hard for older people with mobility issues but was perfect for our group. They have children's games in a closet, and beach gear in the shed. We were especially grateful for the convenience to the beach - a 1 minute walk from the door to the dunes. North Bethany location was also convenient for drives to Rehoboth but not bad for visiting the boardwalk in Ocean City too. Check out Bill Chill restaurant for sunset dinner on the beach - just 1/2 mile from the townhouse!

Great week at Riser
Our family (including 2 kids) really enjoyed staying at Riser for a week in July. The beach and pool are very convenient and the house was clean and updated. We are definitely planning to book another trip.

Second Terrific Stay!
My family and I stayed at Riser in 2017 and had a great time. We have been trying to come back and this was our first opportunity. We not only love the location...so close to the beach, but also the townhouse layout and that it is dog friendly! We had 6 adults in our group plus my daughter's dog and we had plenty of room to spread out. If you want to cook during your stay, the kitchen is very well stocked with pots/pans and dishes. The very short walk to the beach is so nice and even on Memorial Day weekend we had no problem finding a spot on the beach. Once the weekend was over the beach was not crowded at all. We brought our bikes this year and enjoyed riding the trail that was very close to Riser. (Fresh Pond Trailhead) We also walked the dog on that trail and took him to the fishing beach that is right next to Townhouse community private beach. Jess is so quick to respond and communication is always great! We look forward to our next stay at Riser!!

Wonderful place
Location, proximity to beach, access to pool all quite wonderful. The place is a little dated but very clean. Gas grill. Lots of beach supplies available like chairs , cart , sun canopy, toys, boogie board, crab trap. Lots of spices and basics (flour sugar, oil) available too. Could use more silverware and glasses because we used them up after 1-2 meals but not a big deal.

Jessica was wonderful with communication and the check in process was a breeze with the digital lock. The unit had everything we needed from pool toys, beach chairs, games, books and more! Loved the stay here at Riser!

Great stay with our extended family. Short walk to beach without crossing highway and access to very clean shared pool. Wonderful for both toddlers and teens! Jessica is very responsive to any questions.

Literally less than 5 minutes to feet in the sand at the beach. Bay was the same distance as beach in the other direction. Community of Tower Shores is next to a state park beach that dogs can access. My 4 year old granddaughter had to have pool time every day and she could do that easily and we usually had it to ourselves. It was a few steps from the back patio. The unit was centrally located between Rehoboth and Bethany. All of us were very pleased. We would love to visit again. Thanks Jess.

Reliable Riser
This is our 2nd stay at Riser. I love the 2pm check in and keyless entry. The beds & living room furniture were new- especially loved the king bed in the master. The place is clean, furniture is comfy & lots of added extras like shampoo/conditioner/lotion & cleaning supplies. Steps to the beach & pool in your backyard! Owner is very responsive to questions. You can tell they really care about their place.
