The house was beautiful and well maintained. The host was very responsive in helping us make use of the pool and other amenities. The welcome note was very thoughtful. We appreciated the flexibility with early check-in and late checkout. Would definitely stay there again!

My family of three chilled for a long weekend away from our home city at this Bayside Resort paradise close to Fenwick Island. This five-star retreat and the Bayside community are top-rated with good reason. Once we walked through the door and walked the community, we wished we could stay for longer as total relaxation abounded. The owners are responsive, excellent communicators. The house serves as a model for anyone who appreciates quality and inviting furnishings. We took turns resting in the Stanley swivel recliner at the end of each day as our eyes danced across the plush Surya pigments area rug and into the gourmet kitchen. We enjoyed local carry-out in the gourmet kitchen: a fresh cake from Sweet Disposition, Italian subs for lunch from Ocean Side, and a fresh-catch seafood dinner from Rusty Jimmies; and easily picked up breakfast items (milk, OJ, eggs) from nearby Harris Teeter. The locals were fabulous. Our only wish was that Delmarva Boil and other revered eateries were open and not closed off-season! Based on a recommendation from Fenwick Tackle, we fished at nearby Northside Pier in time for the kickoff of the Winterfest of Lights. We enjoyed the community indoor heated pool and the hot tub, and walked the (very scenic) route from the house to The Point. This vacation was one of our most memorable ever. Once we arrived home, we were already planning our next getaway to the same location. Thank you for sharing your fantastic home that brings fantastic memories!

This place is awesome. We’ve stayed at other VRBOs in Bayside, but Jeff’s house has them beat by a mile. The layout is great. And having a first floor bedroom is a huge plus. The house was spotless and well stocked with all the incidentals like paper products and laundry detergent. The owners were very cordial and had even written us a welcome note. I wish I could give a rating higher than five stars because it deserves more. We will definitely be back to Seagrass Bend at Bayside!

My family enjoyed a week stay at this lovely home. It was very clean and welcoming. We were able to enjoy some of the resort amenities and my kids loved the days we spent at the pool/splash pad. I loved the location. My parents enjoy the Bethany area and we were able to enjoy the different beaches without much of a commute! We can’t wait to do it again next year!

The house was updated, clean and well appointed with everything needed. Nice spot within Bayside. The kitchen was set up well for cooking. There were bikes and chairs for the beach available. Parking two cars was easy with the extra spot next to the driveway. The owners were quick to respond to questions and made the process getting in and out very easy. The community provides plenty of options for walking, biking, kayaking and the pool/gym access for non beach days.

This home was the PERFECT house for our family of five. The home was immaculate, updated, and extremely well stocked with all the necessities needed for a week’s stay. Jeff and Deb were super responsive to our questions leading up to our stay and were available if anything was needed during our time in their home. We love the Bayside community and this was our first time staying at this particular home. We are excited to book this property again for future vacations!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Jeff & Deb’s home! They really outfitted the home to make for a comfortable stay and it’s probably the most thoroughly stocked rental I’ve been in (tons of paper products, soaps, plenty of sheets and towels, laundry detergents, etc.) We were all very comfortable even in a larger group. The location and community is great, it’s centrally located for bethany + ocean city + fenwick beaches, and there is a ton to do inside the community. A few of the adults took advantage of kayaking & the kids loved the pool setup. We look forward to returning in the future!

I cannot say enough about this rental for our summer vacation! Not only was it modern, gorgeous and clean, but almost anything we could possibly need was provided! It was very comfortable for the 4 of us but would easily work for 6. We enjoyed bike riding, kayaking at the point, the pools, hot tub, the gym and beaches nearby. I give it a 6 out of 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating!

We loved staying here. The house was perfect for our family of 8. It was modern, well decorated, fully equipped with everything from kitchen utensils, to toiletries, and bikes. They really thought of everything. And most importantly the house was immaculate. Felt like we were the first people staying there. Loved the bayside resort. Very new and picturesque it had all the amenities you need for the family. Lots of activities for everyone in the family, pools and restaurants. The children enjoyed the kiddie pools. My husband and I enjoyed our bike rides around the resort. And it’s very close to the beaches. They offer a shuttle ride to fenwick island beach but we chose to drive to Bethany beach instead for the boardwalk and it only took us about 15 min. Jeff and Deb were great to work with, they were easily accessible and got back to me right away with any inquiries I had. So far this is the best house we’ve stayed at. Thanks Jeff and Deb!

We really enjoyed staying here, the house was beautiful and spotless. The location was perfect for us close to Bethany beach as we wanted but also close to restaurants and boardwalk. The hosts were great as well. Definitely would like to come back!

We stayed here with extended family and this house was INCREDIBLE! The community is perfect for all ages, you cannot find a better pool/bar/sprinkler park! They even have a restaurant! Everything is very close a 2 minute drive . The beach is 20 minutes away with all kinds of restaurants and seafood and fun activities! The house is beautiful, very clean, and spacious. I would recommend this home to all families looking for a get away!!

Located on Cul-de-sac that backs to woods that makes it very peaceful especially when on back patio or screen porch. Owners very responsive and obviously very meticulous in maintaining the property

The property was lovely and perfect for our family’s vacation. Nicely decorated…not overdone. Comfortable, clean furniture and spaces. Screened in porch was a great game spot after a day at the beach. The bikes, beach chairs and umbrella were appreciated. Linens and towels were good quality. Kitchen had everything we needed. Communication with owners was prompt and helpful. Our only ask as future return guests, is that the owners consider replacing the mattresses - they were not very comfortable and took some getting used to - providing a nice mattress pad would also help. It’s a lovely home in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to restaurants and beaches…perfect for relaxing with the family. Thanks for sharing your property with us!

Just finished a great week at Bayside. Jeff and Deb Were wonderful to work with. The home was immaculate . They showed a lot of attention to detail. We had a clogged drain and Garbage disposal that Seized up. Jeff came over and took care of it very efficiently. Love The privacy of the wooded area behind the house. There is a little pond across the street that Doesn't seem to have have any large fish in there but there are plenty of little ones which are eager to get on your hook. If you have small children There's a good chance you'll pull a number of Blue gills and sunfish out of there. I don't easily recommend Anything from movies to restaurants , but I have no hesitation giving 2 thumbs up and 5 stars.

Jeff & Deb’s home is Beautiful!! Highly Recommend!!.. just as nice as how the pictures look. Very clean & very comfortable!! Loved the extra touches that they offer their guests!! The Keurig with variety of coffee choices, many bottles of water & to go cups was amazing!!.. They supplied soaps.. loved the Caress bar soap in the bathroom, beautiful scent!.. dish/laundry detergents, garbage bags.. honestly everything you need, was so extremely nice of them!! We used the DVD library offered, enjoyable!! The area is beautiful as well! We were very pleased with everything!! Truly a beautiful inside & out place!! Had the best time with my two young adult sons!! Thanks so much Jeff & Deb!! absolutely loved our stay!!
