Location is superb, and the views are breathtaking. Walk to uptown in minutes for dinner, shopping and a gallery stroll before enjoying a quiet evening afterwards on the deck overlooking the Red Rocks as the sun sets. This two-bedroom, two bath home sleeps 5 and is literally just a block off main street in Uptown. Home has exceptional views and is in a very quiet neighborhood. The space is unique and boasts a large great room and deck great for gathering friends and family after a day exploring Sedona.
As you step into our Southwest-inspired abode, you'll be greeted by warm, inviting cinnamon tones and an abundance of natural light. The open concept living area is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Sink into plush sofas while the fireplace crackles nearby or gather around the dining table for a meal prepared in the fully-equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and all the essentials.
The home is just a very warm space to spend some quality time with friends and family.
Our home is perfectly situated for accessing the wonders of Sedona. Walk to uptown or take a short drive to Oak Creek Canyon just minutes away and explore West Fork or Slide Rock for outdoor adventures. The Jordan Trail Complex is right around the corner and easily accessed by side streets, no need to fight traffic. For dining, shopping, and cultural experiences, the charming town of Sedona is just a stone's throw away.

Great location in Uptown Sedona. We were within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Easy communication with the owner. The house had plenty of space and excellent views. We would definitely stay there again.

Easy to deal with manager/owner. Second time here because we love the views from the living room and deck. Very comfortable beds and excellent living spaces. Car port is covered and highly regarded by us for keeping the car cooler during the day. AC was on a schedule and worked well. Chargepoint station is 3 minutes away (walking) for those with an EV.

We've stayed at many VRBO facilities, and this is at the top. The owner was flexible, communicative, responded promptly to any and all inquiries, and was overall just a delight. The facility itself is stellar - roomy, well appointed, clean, great location, superb views, etc. I especially liked the extra touch of master bedroom bedstand light fixtures with outlets - like the finest hotels!

Fabulous views and so close to all the main uptown areas. The house was spotless and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Perfect walking distance to town. Perfect deck to drink coffee in the morning and watch the sunrise with the mountains.

The rental was awesome! Everything described about the house was true. Close to uptown so we could walk to all the shops even to Tlaquepaque ( it is up hill all the way back though)
The rental had great amenities, two great showers, 2 bedrooms, large great room, with big porch facing east (great sunrise views). Circle parking with room for two cars.
David is a wonderful host who provided a wealth of information on all the things to do in Sedona.
I hope this place (Sedona Spice) is available next year when we go to Sedona, it checks all the boxes!

The view from the property is insanely gorgeous, and definitely the biggest highlight of the property. Since we had to work remotely for a few hours each day, having that view made it feel as if we weren't missing out on anything at all.

This house was wonderful! So clean and well maintained. I could have sat on the couch forever taking in the stunning view. The host was so helpful and responsive. These 4 spice girls would jump at the chance to stay here again. Proximity to Uptown isn’t an exaggeration and walking to town was a breeze. 10/10 recommend!

If you stay anywhere in Sedona, this should be the place! From the amazing views from the living room (I sat with my coffee each morning staring outside on the big swivel chair) to the location and being walkable to so many restaurants, wine bars, and pick up spots for tours. It was incredibly hard to leave this house when our vacation was over!! My husband and I would definitely come back to stay here again in the future

Excellent home, walking distance from many local shops and places to eat while also being central to many popular hikes. Beautiful neighborhood and unbelievable views. We were up everyday quite early to go explore and by the time we got back after dinner were ready to wind down and go to bed early. Just be aware there is a tenant in the downstairs unit.

This beautiful home was just amazing! You will have the best views in town, no need to pay crazy restaurant prices when you can cook at home and enjoy the view from your huge deck.
We have stayed in Sedona at least 15 times and this was our best stay yet.
The location also helps avoid some of the busy traffic in Sedona, as you are walking distance to many many restaurants and shops.
The home was quiet and comfortable, nice new shower in the master.
I usually don’t like to stay in “ shared” residences but we had total privacy from the downstairs tenant and it really feels like a detached house.
The owners were super responsive and I am really grateful that they allowed us to stay in this amazing home.

Hi Dave! Our stay has been wonderful yet again - this was our third stay at your home. We feel so comfortable in your home & always reserve a couple days to just relax, read, nap & enjoy the view! I feel recharged ❤️
We did end up using the 2nd gas tank for the bbq. The empty one is in the laundry room. Besides that, small updates to kitchen are new cooking sheets, toss/replace white mitts, new kitchen towels/cloths & a couple medium size storage containers would give a bump to the inventory, however, we found it to be still well stocked. We eat out a few times but mostly prepare meals at the house. Cleaning was again great, you’ve got a great gal!

I selected this house over another option when searching for a place to stay. The views of the red rock formations were hands down the feature that made it a no brainer. Gorgeous views through large windows made you feel so close you could almost touch it. The house and furnishings were a bit older but features were comfortable and relaxing. Location was close to town and the neighborhood was quiet. Just what we needed for a week of R&R!

It is cozy and welcoming yet with a spacious dining/living Rm/kitchen open flow looking out to a beautiful view of the red rocks. The deck is a pleasant place to sit and gaze, there is an umbrella for shade and nice trees around. There is an amazing collection of books in the foyer. The kitchen is equipped for cooking; I cooked most of my meals while there. It is a perfect place to relax in a nice neighborhood full of interesting houses great for walking around. The host is responsive and kind. I had an excellent stay of 10 days😊🌸🌟

The location is perfect since it is in Uptown Sedona. You can walk to shops and restaurants. It is very pricey, it says it sleeps 4 but with just 3 people we were charged and extra guest fee , plus $ service fee and then $ lodging tax all blaming VRBO, which is crap. Don't think about cancelling once you have booked as you will not get 1 penny back per Marla who is not a joy to communicate with, and also lives below. The owner is ok. It needs a few upgrades in appliances, the toaster looks like it is from the 80's and the coffee pot is EXTREMELY SLOW. We did have a visit from a family of javelinas that knocked over the trash and got into it with bungee cord still attached. They were cool to see that close

Nice clean two BDR house very close to the shopping and eating center of town. You can leave the car at the house and walk a few minutes to the town center. Nice views all around. House was clean and fun to relax in after a long day of trecking and other activities.

This was our second time back to spend two weeks as a work/stay in Sedona. We LOVE this home, the VIEWS, the LOCATION...and now we can say also the OWNER. We had the absolutely delightful opportunity to meet Dave for a wonderful happy hour. We would have come back here again in 2024, but sadly, this home is already booked. So, if you want to stay here....don't hesitate. Book it right away!

Our group of 3 adults had a wonderful stay here. The Red rock views in every direction made us feel like we were someplace magical. Even though it was in town, you could really enjoy some star gazing from the deck- a real treat. The bedrooms were as described-really nothing to say there. The kitchen was clean and very well equipped. We used nearly all the appliances including the washer and dryer and they worked just fine. The location was close enough to walk down to the tourist shops and restaurants which was nice.
