Location, in town.

Lack of break fast. No flexibility by staff, a customer being forced to pay up front at all times.

My stay at Sun1 Milnerton

Friendly staff and cleanness

Congestion on their front desk you can't even enjoy their coffee because there's a que to their front desk and in the morning was 1 person attending guests. Its even worse they put milk next to machine and no one checks if is finish or still fresh. Lastly not having shower caps but they know they have showers in their rooms. How can I forget the window in my room that is not tinted or frosted, when you open the blinds you feel like you are naked because you closer to the road and road users all looking at you. We ended up not opening the blinds. Although we wanted the natural light.

Bed comfort was not OK and there was noise of the school kids who booked they were busy knocking on my door and run laughing.

The stay was good, but I was waiting too long for a key..

I like the room was very nice and quiet. There was no disturbing.

Your service at the help desk was poor. What is the point of booking online and when you get there you must still wait for a room. When I arrived, I just want my key and go to my room because I was cold and tired.

I had a great stay.I enjoyed the privacy and the air-conditioning because it was a cold weekend.

The location was great, It was a few minutes drive to the CBD and all the areas we had planned to go to.

We had to buy our own cups,spoons and plates to eat from and we couldn't iron our clothes.So that really inconvenienced us.

I was disappointed

The room was full of miskitos we ddnt realize it we came thre took a nap because we came from work was tired when we woke up we saw the hole roof top ND mirrors are full of miskitos we emediatly left the room I'm very disappointed I took pictures they managed to gv us a nother room bt I'm still disappointed because what if we slept trew imagine what our body's would've been like full of miskitos bites seriously I'm disappointed!!!

Nothing, too small and inconvenient. Air-cons not even working

The staff comes into your room and starts fitting your clothes while you are away, busy during the day. When you report that your clothes have been worn and stained, they tell you there's no evidence of what you are saying. So unprofessional staff they have

Nothing except i had a place to sleep for the night

The staff where rude the sink was leaking and the room where too dark becouse of load shedding they didnt even provide emergency light to use,i asked for iron board the lady refused i would not recommend the place,Booking.com pics didnt match what i experienced.I expected better from a sun franchise.
