It is well situated and close to all amenities
Most definately far from 3 1/2 stars- uncleaned equipment in the rooms, broken equipment in the rooms, broken showers, unsightly bathroom "curtains" leaking roof, unhygenic wash bay in the main building, non ventelated rooms, no plugs in some rooms in main house, broken tiles on steps, unsightly junk in the yard / garden, overgrown pond, stagnent water in front of the room 2+3, to mention only a few ....

I liked the location and the animals that were walking around. My son enjoyed watching the ducks in the lake.
It was not clean, unfortunately. I so much wanted to like it as the pictures portrayed something completely different. But everything felt sticky, there were stains on the bedding, there was dirt underneath the seat of the couch. My bedroom on the ground floor was infested with flies and my room smelt like Doom. It has so much potential and I wish them well 🤲

I liked the pool and the animals
When we came there the pool was not yet cleaned, to little wildlife, and the outside area could be kept in a better state. There was loadshedding and still a problem with the electricity, the mosquito was my never ended. The apartments can be made more luxurious. The toaster did not work. And there was only 1 plug.

It is beautifull, but not like the pictures really showed. It showed that there is windows were you look over the mountains and there was only a little bathroom window at the back.
The place was clean, but the toilet did not work and we had to through water in toilet to let it flush. We use bookings.com a lot and this is the first time that we were a bit dissapointed.

The night was too short to like anything
I dont feel happy that I had to go to town to go and draw cash money to pay accommodation before client could go and sleep. I am an old lady of 72 years with a husband dying of cancer and had to ask the police to accompany me to draw money as it was not safe that time of the nite. I did not get a receipt as well. This morning they did not have coffee and client had to stay without anuthing to drink. I trust that you will take my complaint as serious
