Location was perfect, the staff were very helpful, and my room was very clean!

A friendly hotel with a designer twist, right in the heart of the city.

All the staff were really friendly and professional. I emailed a couple of times before our visit; they replied promptly and were able to accommodate my requests. Our room was spacious (business room) and everything worked properly (the standard of cleanliness was very high). The designer touches and Rituals toiletries made it feel very special. The foyer area is lovely and calm and the receptionist looked after us well while we waited for our return to the airport. Its location was perfect for us - an easy metro ride and short walk to/from the airport - plus we could walk to all the attractions that we wanted to visit. Hart and Buka bakeries are a must and these are within easy walking distance.

I rate this hotel and all the staff very highly, however, we didn't know in advance about the scheduled building work, some of which may even have been in the property next door. I was woken at 7.30am by a hammer drill in the adjacent room, which was a bit of a shock! There was a notice in the lift about it but work was supposed to be between 8 & 4. This was only on our last day (I don't think weekends are affected) so not too much disruption for us and it certainly did not affect our overall excellent impression of the hotel.

Harika Bir Haftasonu!

Konum güzel merkeze ve turistik yerlere çok yakın nezih bir semtte, kanalın ve parkların çok yakınında. Kahvaltısı çok çeşitli değil ama lezzetli ürünler var. (Oteli kahvaltı dahil almanız iyi olur dışarda 2 kruvasan 2 kahve 30-35€)

Odalar mükemmel şekilde temiz değil, tozlar var. Yataklar yaylı değil şilte şeklinde.

Beautiful Stay!

Lovely room with plenty of open spaces to put our things. Large comfortable bed with divine pillows. Clean, organized. Excellent coffee and breakfast.

Double comforters, No top sheet. Makes it difficult to snuggle when you’re trying to keep track of your separate comforter. Odd choice of art for the lobby in a family hotel ( see photo).

Noisy and small and the staff were not very helpful, but the location was very good

I didn't think the staff were particularly kind. I told them that my floor was wet and that my towels were wet and dirty as well when I checked in and they didn't really seems to care to make things right.

my room was next to the stairwell so the staff were banging the door at all hours of the day and night. it was very noisy and hard to sleep.

La posizione eccellente e la buona colazione.

Incredibile: nel 2024 stanze senza aria condizionata! Solo ventilatori piccoli...insomma, per tre notti su quattro abbiamo dovuto dormire con la finestra aperta. Camera piccola, bagno minuscolo e pulizie pessime (mai spazzato a terra). Rapporto qualità - prezzo disastroso.

Localização é boa e os funcionários são muito simpáticos

Definitivamente não é um hotel 4 estrelas. O prédio é velho e as áreas comuns são bem mau conservadas. É um hotel pequeno que reformou os quartos, mas que não tem estrutura de um hotel quatro estrelas. Absurdo o quarto não ter um ar condicionado.

Splendido soggiorno in una splendida città.

Posizione centrale, camera nuovissima, pulitissima e ampia, arredata con mobili di design; pavimento in parquet; staff cordiale ed efficiente: il secondo giorno c’è stato un problema con una finestra e ci hanno prontamente cambiato la camera.

Sostituirei la moquette del corridoio con il parquet.

Nice hotel in a great location but quite noisy.

Perfect location and very comfortable.

Very poor noise-proofing between the rooms. Normal volume conversations could be clearly heard from all sides.

Wonderful stay in the heart of Copenhagen!

Location was amazing - easy access to all the good spots on foot. Comfortable room and everything you needed. We even got a room upgrade - it was really nice!

Desde nuestra llegada al hotel la atención en recepción perfecta ( Nicolás, super atento y muy amable nos indico sitios de la ciudad ), la habitación encantadora, calefacción perfecta, el desayuno excelente y con mucha variedad. Todo el personal del hotel un trato genial, en resumen hotel de 10.

Clean, warm, close to city center and metro

It was clean, warm (we could adjust the temperature of the room and of the shower floor). The staff was really great, we asked for some disposable slippers and they provided them, also they have good umbrellas to borrow when it's raining. I appreciated the soap, shower gel and shampoo being from Rituals. The towels were big and thick. They provided a small bottle of water for each guest every day. The curtains were opaque. Close to city center and metro station.

The bed was for one person and a half, not for 2, but at least we had 2 blankets and 4 pillows (pillows not very comfortable) The window is not very qualitative as we could feel the cold from outside near it. They didn't vacuum the floor every day. There wasn't enough space for clothes. The sink was too small. The door from toilet was of a matte glass which is not really providing intimacy. The topper on the mattress was a bit too small for it.

Perfekte Lage, sehr netter Service und tolles Frühstück. Zimmergestaltunt optisch sehr ansprechend, bequeme Matrazen.

Mehr Schein als sein. Die Dusche lässt sich nicht nutzen ohne das halbe Bad zu fluten, der Föhn ist ziemlich schwach, die Bettdecke wahrscheinlich aus Synthetik, jedenfalls schwitzte man darunter. Das Licht vom Flur drang die ganze Nacht der die Zimmerritzen. Hier hätte man neben der Optik etwas mehr auf Komfort achten können. Für eine Nacht aber ok

Colazione super, posizione strategica

Colazione veramente ottima Camera piccola ma accogliente e una bella vista

non ci avevano spiegato come aumentare il riscaldamento nella camera e nel bagno e abbiamo patito un pò di freddo, abbiamo scoperto come aumentare la temperatura l'ultima sera, erano delle valvole sopra il battiscopa. Il bagno aveva un lavandino molto piccolo e l'acqua della doccia aveva poca pressione

Bathroom and especially the shower was way too small. Every time we would take a shower the water would go all over the bathroom and even seep into the actual room area. If the shower had had a real door, this wouldn’t have been a problem.

Good Copenhagen hotel in a great location.

Very good and quiet location close to Nyhavn. Stylish furniture and fittings from famous Danish designers. Good breakfast.

It was difficult to access one side of our double bed because it was too close to the wall.

Location is good and the staff is nice.

The room is very small while it looks way bigger on the picture. The room has no AC. It's advertised for 2 people, while the bed is very small for two people and has very little space other than the bed. The staff offered a bigger room with extra money and told us this room is more like a shoebox... we didn't take it since we will spend all time outside and thought we could manage since it's already a bit expensive, but tbh it's very uncomfortable to stay and it shouldn't have been advertised the way it was.

We loved our stay and would return

The room was spotlessly clean, well designed and efficient. Bed very comfy. Air conditioning was key because we would have been too warm without it. Bathroom is tiny but so well designed it didn’t bother us. Plenty of places to stash toiletries for two women. Location is fantastic. Quiet street and close to water. Lots of yummy eating options nearby. Staff is delightful. Bikes available to rent. Price was very reasonable.

The common areas / lobby are underwhelming and the only thing that reminds you it’s a Best Western. Bikes can get booked if you don’t rent early, but there are lots of share bikes parked at the waterfront that you can rent via an app.
