Dinner was excellent, including service. Polite, friendly and eager to please. The facilities were all good, quiet room.
Location could be a little inconvenient but the Wool Museum, the Art Gallery, Botanical Gardens all 'walkable'.
Reception attendants not as friendly and efficient as on prior visits.
Would love to have mugs rather than tea cups in the room - they hold more.

Good sized room, 10 mins walk from Westfeld Mall.
None, all good.

Did not greet customers.

The room was big and the bed was comfortable.
The staff seemed very casual.
4.5
Breakfast was amazing. Staff were fantastic.
It would have made a huge difference if the room came with a carpark. It seemed a little excessive to have to pay 25$ to park in a spot 2m from a free park in top of the room cost.
3.0
The location and motel was great
The air conditioning is awful the rooms are ridiculously hot
2.0
Pool! Although sadly the spa was out of order
Screaming in room next door until 2am
Disappointed that reception did not offer any compensation for such a horrible night in their accommodation

Ease of check-in & friendly staff on the front desk. The room was big enough and comfortable for a family of 4. Parking was easy to book online before our stay, so we had no issues with finding a parking spot. Our children enjoyed the pool area. Great location! Only a 5 minute walk into the centre of the city and beach. Buffet breakfast was quite nice. Overall, it is a nice good value for money hotel to stay at in Geelong. :)
$27 a night for parking is very expensive. Especially on top of your accommodation expenses. It is not very affordable for some families staying 2+ nights.
The house keeping need to check the room fridges and empty the bins in the rooms as we had full rubbish bins and drinks, food, etc. left in the fridge from previous guests.

the hotel is old and outdated
3.5
Location, comfy beds and great buffet breakfast
Pool is too small for the amount of guests staying, it became over crowded quickly. You could hear the guests around you in your room which was a bit disruptive.
4.5
Great location and facilities staff were friendly and accommodating 👍
The only negative would be the lack of bar staff working during their happy hour waiting 30 minutes for a cocktail is a little longer than you would expect.
I do understand it was the Easter long weekend and the hotel was fully booked

The staff were friendly and welcoming though it was overcast and raining on our arrival. The room was well furnished with comfortable firm bed and couch and coffee table. The area was large and roomie , the ensuite was clean with fresh towels and a shower bath tub arrangement . The breakfast was comprehensive , tasty , incuded in price and the staff helful and pleasant . The hotel surrounds felt welcoming and pops of art with wood overtones that created a calm enterance . The car park was at the back and the only trouble we had was that the car number was entered with one wrong letter so we used the intercom to exit the carpark until it was worked out that it was the wrong number, All thngs considered it was a very calm relaxing stay in comfort with an interesting view of the city .
As mentioned the carpark exit caused problems until the correct letter was enterted. The hotel was further from the area we were visiting than expected but as we were driving it just took a little longer .

good buffet other than coffee machine not operating. good location.
cleanliness was not to standard, the shower supplies had not been serviced and the bathroom had not had a deep clean in quite some time. Our room was serviced while we left and no bed was made, only towels were replaced, the bag in bin was replaced but the full used rubbish bag was left sitting on top of the desk. parking is quite expensive and not included in accommodation. There was also loud banging through the night that sounded like doors slamming but seemed to be consistent throughout the three nights we stayed.

The location was great. The pool area was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful
The beds were way too soft for my liking, but ok. On arrival we waited for luggage trolly, they couldn’t find but did get us a kitchen trolly. We were a family of 3 and only had 2 towels, and one had a stain. The floor towel and hand towel were hanging so we wonder if none of these were clean or replaced after previous people. We did get get fresh towels immediately so that was fantastic. Didn’t like the bathroom, extremely confined and I did think I booked a room with a bath but the checked and it was shower or bath not both. The hotel was super busy, so maybe some of the issues related to this. Would still stay agin.

The traffic room I could hear from my room prevented me from sleeping. This was especially disappointing as I had specifically requested a quiet room.
The bathroom was tiny and uncomfortable.
The bed was awful. Was like sleeping on a trampoline.
The breakfast buffet was very ordinary given the price.
