Quaint little hotel perfect for a stop-over

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The hotel is perfect for us to break our trip in half, the hotel is quaint and has a lot of character. Floor is rickety but it adds to the character of the hotel.

Sound proofing of the room could be improved. It is an older building so in some areas the age shows.

A reasonable two star hotel

The situation for the centre of the town is excellent. This was one of the better 2 star hotels I have stayed in.

The wifi was not working. Whilst I was travelling on my own and it did not matter, the pillows could have been larger . There was a spare one in the cupboard, but if there had been two of us, it would not have been enough

A hotel to book again

My room overlooked the park which is near the Espace Bernadette Soubirous and a lovely walk to the Cathedral. The women staff members could not have been more gracious and welcoming. The room and bath were immaculate. I plan to return.

Very bad rooms, not clean and worn. We left and found much better for close by for same price.

Cleanliness, cracked paint, worn furniture, only one chair and it was broken, brown waster in shower, door to room lower than 180 cm, noise from park, only two plugs, not a superior room.

Wonderful place, great value!

Great location. Great breakfast (not included). Wonderful staff.

The check-in window of time is a bit small (5- 8:30pm). For some reason when I tried calling the after-hours phone number from my Italian phone, I kept getting an error message.
