we would recommend this hotel. It is well situated and well priced.

The breakfast was very very good. The variety of fresh fruit was excellent. The taste of the eggs was so fresh and the pastries were delicous too. Accompanied by coffee that is madee for your taste was the best treat. And we loved sitting in the courtyard enjoying it with family.

Atmospherisc grand stay

Beautiful place, with glorious decorations and sense of history. The room was not large, but absolutely adequate, and the staff a delight.

The breakfast looked fabulous, but on closer inspection a fair number of pastries seemed to be from the day before.

Exceptional

Comfortable bed, quiet air con, separate bathroom- so perfect night’s sleep. Excellent breakfast with coffee freshly made and brought to the table by staff ( no queuing for coffee machines). All staff wanting to help. Excellent location within a few yards of the travellator that goes up the steep hill to the Duomo at the top of the city. This hotel is a gem

Attractive hotel with an elegant, relaxed vibe. Near to travelators that take you up into the old town. Within walking distance of the train station.

Nice place- nice stay- nice stay. Will be back again.

Very nice place. Enjoyed the living room area where we could have a drink. Enjoyed meeting Carlo and talking with him.

Lovely hotel in every way - very special to us

Hotel San Luca is beautiful! We stayed here 10 years ago on our honeymoon and it was just as good this this time. Reception staff fabulous, lovely room, exceptional bathroom and wonderful breakfast. We love the serenity of the hotel lobby and courtyard.

A great location with in easy reach of the Centre Private parking on site great. Friendly & helpful Staff. A large comfortable room & bathroom with toiletries & spotlessly clean. A beautiful Lounge area.Great Breakfast - lots of choice.

Spoleto is a beautiful city. Hotel San Luca is in a central location

Very nice breakfast and beautiful courtyard to enjoy. The staff was extremely helpful. The bathroom was a beautiful marble. The main bedroom was clean but could use an update.

Room as a little outdated and run down.

We have been to this Hotel more than once and plan to return. Very much recommended.

This is not our first time at the hotel. We love the experience that the hotel offers, it is a real complement to Spoleto. The location is so close to both parking as well as access to the city. The staff is also great.

Plan your bike trip and stay here for wonderful staff & fantastic night.

This beautiful hotel had an welcoming and pleasant feel. The furnishings were old Italian antiques expertly arranged to feel like you were staying with family. Yet you had WiFi, mini bar, blow dryers, fine linen, oversized robes and slippers. This is the hotel for you if you want to experience the warmth of Italians who can make you feel at home.

We walked up the steepest hill and although I enjoyed the climb, the next day we asked the front desk the directions to a different place. We had a beautiful walk and found ourselves right next to the place we had climbed to the day prior. Had to laugh at ourselves for choosing the most direct but steepest route the day before. Best to talk to the staff. They know their town.

Our favorite hotel of 4 places we stayed in Umbria. Highly recommended, lovely hotel.

Wonderful breakfast and staff. Very friendly & accommodating. Best breakfasts of our 10 day trip. I requested a certain color room, which the management read & honored. We had a lovely corner room with a balcony, one of only a few available, delightful stay overall. Loved the huge bathroom & nice bathtub. Convenient parking garage.

Beds were very firm, but still comfortable. A coffee pot in the room would have been nice, but we brought our own

Fabulous stay in an elegant hotel

The rooms are spacious and elegantly furnished. The beds are large and comfortable and thanks to the great silence, rest is assured. The location is ideal to reach the Center. Breakfast with a large and varied buffet is served in the stunning hotel courtyard. Apart from a large selection of sweet and savoury dishes, the buffet includes fresh fruit, which is quite unusual in an Italy hotel with this variety and quantity!
