It was exactly as shown in the booking .com information.

I was able to park my car, the owner made sure everything was ok and was genuinely interested in every guest. It was very close to the harbour and facilities. The hotel was clean, breakfast very good with good quality food.

We visited family in local hospital, the welcome at Hotel Peppers was a just what we needed.

Exceptional accommodation, spotlessly clean, breakfast beautifully prepared. Everything served with a warm smile. A small bar so you have a drink if required. A very comfortable lounge so we could stay and chat with family staying in a different room, rather than going to the bedrooms.

Car park was a little tight, we used a taxi one day. we didn’t need to use the car, it stayed put.

Friendly staff, close to the front & comfortable

The hotel was furnished to a high standard with thick carpets and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom, Although small, had everything I needed. The staff were friendly and made me feel very welcome. Very close to the sea front.

Very little but if I had to be picky, a plug socket near the bed would have been useful for charging my phone (and keep it in arms reach), on arrival, I had no option but to park on double yellow lines to check in a there was nowhere nearby to park. It's advertised as a 24hr reception but you can only check in till 8pm, which due to holiday traffic, nearly missed. The free parking spaces were very tight and hard to get into it. I struggled getting out of the car and was nervous all holiday about finding my car damaged when I left.

Could not fault our stay thanks again

Could not fault this hotel it was perfect . The hotel owners could not do enough for us it made our stay perfect . We will definately reccomend this place and we will return . Thankyou guys

The location was central and . Food excellent and the hygeine levels were outstanding.

Perfect

We had an amazing stay in Torquay and Hotel Peppers was the perfect base. Lovely rooms and lovely hosts. We had 2 rooms close together on the same floor. We were lucky to arrive in time to grab a parking spot behind the hotel. The rooms have everything you need - a kettle, big mirror, complementary bottle of water for each person, coffee/tea, a stand-alone room fan, TV, ensuite bathroom with shampoo/conditioner, shower wash, and hand wash. The bed was very comfortable. We didn't have breakfast, but did have some drinks in the lounge in the evening, Sanjeev took our requests and brought the drinks to us, Good wifi, seats in the decking area to relax in the daytime too. Very clean. An all-round cosy hotel, close to the harbour and town. Perfect. Will definitely stay at Hotel Peppers again if we return to Torquay. Thank you Sanjeev and Sabita.

Exceptional

Great hotel and location, lovely hosts warm and very friendly .Lovely breakfast very filling, hotel very clean has a lovely decking area at the back where we sat and relaxed reading our books,there is also a lovely lounge with comfortable sofas and large television where we watched the women's football. Would definitely recommend this hotel and stay again keep up the good work Sanjeev and Sabita thank you for a lovely holiday.

Nothing not to like everything was spot on great hosts.

Peppers is spotless,tasty breakfast,hospitality first class the hosts are very welcoming and helpful really nice place to stay.

Most enjoyable stay----can't praise highly enough !!!

The whole stay went very well except for the weather. We were very pleased indeed with our accommodation and the breakfast and dining room were excellent. Also: Our Hosts --Sanjeev and Sabita were most helpful and didid everything possible to make our stay enjoyable and they succeeded admirably !!!! We would have no hesitation in recommending The Hotel Peppers to our Friends and Family. Well done Sajeev and Sabita.

Everything was just right--so no dislikes.

Perfect

The host was very friendly and greeted us on arrival. The room was spotless and very comfortable, the bed was exceptional for comfort. The Hotel is just a short walk to the Harbour and shops. Will definitely stay here again and would recommend to everyone.

Very good

The location very close to the harbour and town. The room was clean and the beds comfortably there was also an Alexa in the room.

The ensuite was quite small nowhere to hang the towels it could have done with a towel rail but that is the only negative. I have included a view from the room.

Very short stay but very comfortable and very clean

Very friendly welcome, rooms very clean and comfortable. Easy walk down into Torquay.

Car park was a little difficult to find - although easy to get to once you know where it is...

Very friendly owners who couldn't do enough for you

Comfortable accommodation with the breakfast being excellent with plenty of options to choose from. Very friendly owners who made us very welcome.

Only issue was the noise from traffic early in the morning but its a main road so we expected that having the window open for ventilation as we don't like the room being stuffy

Our stay to sum it up

We had a room on the top floor. It wasn't really big but it was just lovely, plenty of little touches and surprises which made us feel really welcome! Our window overlooked the back and it was very quiet at night. Sanjeev and Sabita are both attentive hosts and nothing fazed them. The breakfast is delicious. The location is perfect, about 5 minutes away from the main section of the harbour.

The ensuire bathroom is rather small, including the shower cubicle.

Everything nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was ample and very tasty. Whole place was very clean . Beds were comfortable and the room was of good size. Staff were so amicable and nothing was too much trouble

Superb

Very helpful owner went beyond to make the stay there excellent. Excellent breakfast.

Some noise on road outside between 1030 and 1130 from the bowling alley across the road and parking was very tight.
