Was no real issues, just not as nice as I expected. Could have got similar for cheaper.

Reception staff were very polite and professional.

Starting to look a bit dated. Didn’t really match the pictures online. Cobwebs on the roof. Looked out onto the swimming pool pump and car park.

The lack of parking when checking in. I was by myself with a 6yo. Had to drag luggage and child up a hill to get to reception after parking car in public carpark.

Location was perfect for our needs.

Parking is offsite, but it is close and free so not really an inconvenience.

Relaxing and inviting, always greeted with a smile!

Location of room on the bottom floor with a private access hall. Large size room with a balcony to the outside, plus a bonus of a Bathtub in the ensuite

Great location, great rooms, great staff

The room was massive, great value for the money we paid. Staff were really friendly and even though it was quite busy when we checked in, they kept the same quality of service

Water/mini bar needed to be ordered up to the room, it wasn't just in there ready for us, but there also weren't glasses/bowls for use in the room which would've been nice

Loving our time at the Sebel and the staff were amazing to so we will be back again next time we are thinking of a getaw

BEST WEEKEND OVERLOOKING THE WATER

Amazing location, amazing room and amazing view. Will be staying there again for sure!

The only thing extra I was chasing was a microwave but the staff were happy to microwave some food for me.

Large car park 2 minute walk away, check in fast, helpful reception staff. Hotel clean, rooms quite modern, shower had good pressure, bed was comfy. Breakfast was good, reasonably priced. Short walk from the hotel to the cafes and shops Would stay there again.

Very enjoyable and will definitely be coming back

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Location was amazing. We walked everywhere. Room size was great, very roomy and was nice to have a balcony too.

lovely location,beautiful town and if you are ever there go on a dolphin cruise it’s the best.

room was facing the water and we could also see a sunrise from the balcony.. very close to the attractions.

Pillows were a bit hard and very uncomfortable to sleep on.

Brief but very relaxing.

We lunched at the Pen bar and it was very convenient to then head up to the room. We liked the waterfront location and how quiet it was. The evening was clear so a walk along the waterfront was great. Plenty of food options.

We travel the world, it was up there with best we have ever been to.

The location is wonderful, the room was excellent, having a slight mobility problem, the facility was fit for purpose.When we come back, we will definitely ask for the same room again. The view from the Balcony was to die for.

Nothing! As the Balcony was so large, 2 sun loungers would have been brilliant! There again maybe not, as we wouldn't have gone out, as it was so beautiful!
