I had ridden 100km in a charity event and just wanted a place to shower rest and get a good nights s

breakfast not required as I left early.

I had to wait until about 2pm the day I checked in to get any response as to where and how I would gain access to the property This information and details should have been shared with me at least a day before arriving.

Really good value for money!

Location was good. Amenities were good Bathrooms, kitchen and linen all very clean Outdoor area was useful

The Wi-fi password is handwritten and between 4 of us, we could not decipher the writing to access the wi-fi.

Realy good location

Great Location. There actually are ocean views.

Would have preferred two beds in the second room, and blinds in the second and third room would be handy when it is getting light at 4:30 am. But it was absolutely fine.

Has potential but Disappointing

Location was good. Shutters on bedroom were good for sleeping. Beds reasonably comfortable.

No lock box, keys left in dangerous broken meter box. Old alarm system box inside hanging by wires from wall. Couches uncomfortable. Bathroom had stained basin, no sink plug, no screen on shower. No toiletries, flannel or hand towels provided. Toilet cistern required fixing on two occasions. Third bedroom had dead coackroach behind the door. Kitchen had chipped crockery and glass ware. No small serving bowls or complimentary milk on arrival. Pictures of house online were not true to current condition. House is in need of some repair and renovation.

Was a nice place but has a few issues that need attention

Toilet doesn’t flush properly, Stovetop didn’t work properly Shower screen was missing a piece No wifi as advertised Carpets seemed wet in single bed bedroom No extra bedding especially for winter

It was filthy !!!!! we are still in covid and you would think property owners would be more hygienic…. It looked like the bedding had not been changed the property was not cleaned after the last guests. Please see photos attached….this was disgusting sticky not clean in fridge or dining table. The shower needs a revamp again filthy. The patio door broken and hard to lock…needs a good clean and mattresses need replacing stains on every mattress blood on quilt in one bedroom. Again see photos.

Seemed like bits of the home were falling apart, fridge leaking, shower door panel missing, lino on bench in kitchen coming apart and also all soaps were watered down to basically nothing. Also don’t think sheets were changed from previous guests.

The place needed a clean, nail clippings left on the bathroom mate. Glasses in fridge were stuck in the tray, as they were not cleaned and replaced.

Suited our needs and accommodated our family.

Location suited our needs, but it might be a bit far away for people who think they are staying in/near Mandurah

Very good

Great location -ocean view (distant) and just a few minutes by car to the beach. The accommodation was spacious and comfortable.

Bedside lamps would have been good - there were none in any of the bedrooms. Also the flyscreen in one of the bedrooms was quite damaged which meant the window couldn't be opened without mozzies getting in. Also icecube trays would be a good addition.

Don't know what to say.

The house was roomy and had everything in the kitchen.

Lots of power points and wiring hanging out from the sockets. Not acceptable from a safety point of view especially if you bring young children there. Everything was so dirty. Scared to sit on the sofa as it was filthy, Wasn't sure about the bed linen. There was a cockroach in the bed in the morning!

Wasn't ideal for my family. Some pet(dog) furs on couch, not enough room in garage for our car. Old condition inside(sink, toilets etc... some stains on blankets. Very unclean place. Rooms not comfortable so we end up sleeping at sitting room.

Fridge shouldn't be sitting on bricks, no matching glasses and not so old looking. everything seemed so old, back door you couldn't lock at all. Very unsafe. Some windows didnt have fly screens on. Shower screen was broken, couldn't shut it. Fan in main bedroom and single bed room but not in other queen bedroom. few stains on pillow slips etc. Lucky we took out own bedding. yard was very messy and not really not clean.
