Beyond expectations! Classy Swiss Airport, Hotel.

This hotel is a hidden treasure and gets a five star rating, because conveniently located “airport “ hotels are normally not this classy. From the minute I stepped into the marbled, mirrored lobby, front desk staff were courteous, caring, and competent. Hotel elevator takes you to carpeted, quiet, and clean hallways. I made my way to a room with marble countertops, large screen TV, two queen size beds with the high-quality linens, comforter and pillows. The full-sized bathroom with shower of marble and tile were spa-like with toiletries. On the first floor of this hotel, I was surprised to find a workout room with a sauna and showers. I was grateful to order dinner on the outside back patio with high-quality offerings of wines, homemade vegetable soup, and crusty bread. This was not, just any type of airport hotel, this is five star and a welcoming free feature was van transportation the next morning to the Geneva airport. I highly recommend Nash hotel and intend to stay there in the future.

Convenient & Clean Hotel @ Airport

It was very conveniently located to the airport, within walking distance actually; there was a free airport shuttle that ran all day long; and the hotel provided free vouchers to take public transportation into the city as well. The rooms were clean and had everything that I needed.

It was sometimes difficult to ask the staff questions because the reception area was usually very busy. However, the staff was helpful overall once Iwas able to get hold of them.

Its a good stay. But will look for another hotel next time I visit Geneva.

Très correct

La disponibilité et l'amabilité du personnel avec un bon rapport qualité prix, à proximité direct de l'aéroport. Très bonne isolation extérieure. La navette est un plus non négligeable. Les chambres sont très spacieuses.

L'isolation de la porte vers le couloir est clairement à revoir. Le ménage avant notre arrivée était clairement limite (encore des cheveux sur les meubles et dans ma salle de bain ).

Tuve que insistir al personal de recepción para que me facilitasen el bono transporte, que anuncian e páginas web y que va incluido al pagar las tasas turísticas

Disapointing

The room was exceptionally hot and uncomfortable to sleep in. We we asked for a fan or A/C to be turned on the staff just said everything was okay and then just refused to speak to us any further. There was absolutely no customer service and I am very unlikely to stay here again or recommend it to anyone else.

Sie war durchschnittlich u. nicht unbedingt das, was man sich unter vier Sternen vorstellt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut.

Zimmer relativ eng u. wirkte entgegen der Angaben auf der Webseite nicht renoviert.

Will definitely book here again.

The whole experience was just how I expected it to be, everything was clean and tidy, the room was nice, bed was comfortable, computer access and good WiFi.

A very satisfactory hotel stay.

I liked the hotels close proximity to the airport. This allowed walking without being dependant on a shuttle bus.

I would have been happy to dine in the hotel if a restaurant was available, however there were a number of other restaurants available within easy walking distance eg the Royal Oriental Persian restaurant.

Good location but improvements required

A good location for the airport with a quick walk in the morning (if the transfer is too full).

The check in process is slow, especially considering all the passengers from the transfer arrive at the same time. The room was too hot and seemingly no way of cooling itself during the winter months. We were queued up for an airport transfer at 05:30am but the bus was full so we weren't allowed on. Luckily the hotel is close enough to the airport to walk.

Colazione è stata copiosa.

Il prezzo della colazione troppo cara. La finestra della camera non si apriva, perché è stata chiusa male. Avrei voluto un po’ di aria fresca. Del resto, mi è piaciuto tutto di questo albergo.

Cheap and convenient for airport

Value for money, breakfast was fine, transfer to airport was quick.

Great for an overnight stay when catching early flight

Close to airport, clean & comfortable. Good shower.

Food options limited to restaurant opening times. Should really be able to get food throughout the day, even if it’s just sandwiches as people coming & going all the time. A vending machine is not a great option outside of restaurant times.

Convenient stay for inconvenient flights

While small, the room was clean and had all I needed to spend the night by the airport before catching an early flight. The shuttle is frequent and quick. When not loaded with luggages, one can also walk both to the airport and to a bus stop that will go to the rues basses, the shopping street on the south side of the lake.
