La vista del balcone sulla spiaggia è l'unica cosa bella della struttura
Struttura fatiscente e colazione veramente povera

Frankly speaking, when I first came to the hotel, I was thinking about a lack of good "money-quality" proportion.
However, I reassessed my opinion because the hotel's beachfront was remarkably beautiful.
I was really excited sitting on the beach in the evening, reading a book, listening to the beautiful live music from the restaurant, and gazing at the lighthouse that illuminated the water surface. So, I believe I would gladly spend the same amount of money to see this view again.
Another good point is the people who provide services. One of the staff members was exceptionally kind to me and even cooled down my wine before I started drinking it.
Luck of facilities and guest-oriented services:
No laundry services.
No iron / steamer.
No hair dryer.
No fridge.
Really poor internet-connection.
Paid shower on the beach.

Amazing location and view over the sea. Room perfectly adequate and comfortable, nice balcony.
Breakfast quality and variety could have been better. A little cut off from the main city.

Great view, as long as you chose a room with a view.
The photos were totally different than we found in place (rust, mildew). In addition, I am allergic, so it was not pleasant .... Indeed, the hotel is old, but it has its own charm. A lot of do's and don'ts. Instead of 'have fun' and 'relax', unfortunately, we were just stressed. Some of the staff were helpful, and unfortunately some very unpleasant. Additional charges for everything, inconsistent with the price list in the room.

Lovely staff
Very old hotel with old rooms.
Renovation would be necessary.

the location is perfect for totally relaxing and very peaceful
because of its remote location there is a very long walk to any shop or transport. a car is a must unless you like walking lots!!the restaurant is not part of the hotel and doesn’t open on a Tuesday and is very posh!

Retro hotel. Probably not for everyone but I loved it. Had character! Lovely staff and very friendly. our room was spotless! Very clean. Towels provided. Breakfast wasn't great but coffee was amazing.
Lovely private beach there and you can rent beds. Make sure you have swimming shoes as very rocky and sharp stones/rocks. Very uneven so not suitable for those with mobility issues.
Got taxis into Cagliari arranged by front desk. Approx 12euro. However there is a bus. Leaving city at night took ages to get a taxi.
Seems to be a bar next door which did party on till 2 am or so.
Sounded like great fun.
Location is the thing here. Absolutely stunning!

Amazing location! A breathtaking beach is at a 2 min. walking distance from the hotel entrance, very lovely sunset terrace 4 mins away and a very nice restaurant 1 min away.
City center is very easily reachable by bus during the day.
Nothing related to the hotel itself, only the difficulty to reach it after 8pm because the bus that serves the area stops circulating afterwards.
If you're planning on coming back later, better take a cab, or rent a car or bike.

The staff was very helpful. It's right next to the sea
There's a night club right next to the hotel. My windows were vibrating at 1 in the morning. There's a bus stop right next to the hotel but it's only in service on Saturday and Sunday. So you have to take a taxi for basically everything. The rest was just a little bit worse than expected

Breakfast - really nice, staff - friendly, room - very basic but clean
One really disappointing thing was that even as a hotel guest, we had to pay €7/person/day for plastic bed on the beach. Hotel is very old fashioned, but makes up by friendliness of its staff.

the staff in particular - so nice, kind , protective !
I am a solo traveler and feel comfortable in a place mas safe is very important for me - and I had it all.
well , get prepared if u are coming from the airport - you will need a train , plus a bus then a 20 mnts walk to the hotel .
the hotel there’s nothing around , shopping , pharmacy restaurants or anything the only one restaurant ( nice view ) but food is not the best !
Also if u don’t like noise I stayed in a room and I was able to listen to music from a night club until 2 am:(
unfortunately
the room are simple but worked all well , shower and air conditioning it was essencial!
I absolutely love it and I highly recommend it !
grazie everyone !

Terrace and a garden next to the sea are great
Smallest breakfast I had in my life, for two people literally we got a plate with two pieces of salami and four pieces of cheese, a bit of bread and a yoghurt. Hotel is very old and not maintained, we had a rusty air condition box on the balcony, we also got a twin room instead of double that we actually booked

The view was impeccable and the staff were amazing
Not a lot, the phone did not work in our room and that was about it

Fantastic view from the window, great location with many hiking routes nearby. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The basic rooms could use a refurbishment, we switched to a deluxe room. The breakfast is typical Italian so don't expect much, basically a croissant with jam.

The location is amazing. Over the sea we can sleep with the sound of the waves.
The balcony was a good added value and the view was absolutely amazing.
The breakfast is extremely poor. Only sweets and no bread or butter.
Is a place a bit remote, You need car to reach their and there's no restaurants near open for dinner.

The location is a bit outside of Cagliari, but it was known to me. It was quiet and the hotel is on the coast.
The hotel is very disappointing. On their photos it looks really nice and new but that applies only to the rooms on the ground floor. Only those are renovated, not the other floors, so the photos are misleading. The hotel and its facility is outdated lacking maintenance! Rusty fences and chairs, broken shower, broken tiles… and old old old! The price did not support the level of the room and hotel!!
At breakfast you can get only 1 croissant, a juice and coffee. Besides this you can take yoghurt and some sweet jam. No fruits are available.

Ravishing views from the window and there also a balcony (it bit flooded at the time of our visit but we are aware that rain must be a rare guest there). A spacious beach in front (also deserted at the time of our stay but, I guess, lively in summer). Very nice and helpful stuff.
From British perspective, it would be a good idea to put at least a couple of plastic cups into the room - to say nothing of a kettle. The way it was we had to drink water straight from the tap when we felt thirsty.

The hotel has a beautiful balcony views the Mediterranean sea , it’s clean and tidy but in my opinion needs some urgent updating to bring out the best of its real potential.
Excellent views of the sea , the hotel is by the sea and 10 mins from Cagliari city centre
