Just what we needed

The food was very good, with lots of choices. We got upgraded to the garden room which had a private pool and made our stay even more wonderful. The rooms were clean, the staff were very helpful and was overall great.

The kids area was not open as it was under construction and that wasn’t told to us upon arrival which was a bit annoying as we were staying with two kids. Additionally, there was construction work going on around the main pool which was a little bit disturbing.

השהייה הייתה מהנה ואנו צופים לתארח שוב במלון הרודס ים המלח.

את היחס החיובי בקבלה לבית המלון, שבאו לקראתו בהסדרת התיקון לחצי פנסיון. בנוסף אני והזוג השני טוויג מודים על העזרה שקילנו מ נינה.

אין דבר שלא אהבנו.

ואו! יופי של אירוח

אהבנו מאוד את השירות, היחס היה מעולה. הכל נעשה באדיבות. המיקום היה מעולה. האוכל היה טעים מאוד בערב.

חוזרות שוב בנובמבר - לשניה נוספת לחופשה

הנקיון הארוחות הגישה והנוחות לים החדר

יש צורך לטפל בברישים על שפת הים השירות בבר- היה לא תקני- ב-2.5, בערב היה שם בחור לא נעים וחסר סבלנות.

Дуже гарний готель, всі номери виходять на море, є SPA і басейн з сульфуром. В нас був дуже зручний номер із видом на сад з басейном, гойдалками, ввечері дуже красиво освічений, романтичний номер. :) Сніданки різноманітні, кожен знайде щось особливе для себе.

Обмежена кількість паркомісць, але протягом дня місця з'являються, тож не критично. Побожання додати запечену рибу в духовці. :)

זאת כבר הפעם השלישית שנחתי במלון הזה, ואני מקווה לחזור.

בית מלון האהוב עליי ביותר. חוף נקי, בריכה מוצלת, חדר נוח, ג'קוזי במרפסת, אוכל טעים, צוות נחמד.

מגרש הטניס: בשעות היום אין צל, בשעות הערב סגור. ואין קיר אימונים.

ארוחת הבוקר והערב הייתה מגוונות, עם זאת לא ברמה של 5 כוכבים.

החדר המתקנים והארוחות לא היו ברמת 5 כוכבים. נראה שעבר זמן רב מהשיפוץ האחרון, וזה ניכר בתחזוקה.

A big breakfast with a lot of different kind of food. Big room, renewed. We got a balcony with great view. Access to swimming pool and dead sea.

We had asked for two rooms together when we booked, and when we arrived, they were not together, which was a problem because we are traveling with our two young teenagers. They insured us that as soon as I’m joining room was available, they would move us. The next day they moved us to upgraded garden suites that opened out to a semi private pool and had adjoining doors for our kids. This made our trip exceptionally great! Our kids enjoyed the pleasure of going to the pool to relax and cool off anytime they wanted and to relax at night in the semi private hammock and lounge area. The nice lady that checked us in also invited us to enjoy lunch as a treat for all the trouble with moving rooms. All of the food at Herod’s Dead Sea was great! There was such a variety and truly something for everyone!!!! We were definitely well fed! The spa experience was amazing too. We all enjoyed hot stone massages and floating in the Dead Sea pool. Thank you for making our annual trip to Israel extra special.

There were a few people who worked the reception that at had a little bit of an attitude. Twine person didn’t even let me ask my question before she answered me back so rudely and one guy just flat out had an attitude. The lady that checked us in and helped us with the room change was so accommodating and sweet. She even checked in with us a few times to make sure we were satisfied and had a great time. The only thing that we didn’t know about the hotel was that it was a little bit dated even with the remodeling. The pool was just average. It wasn’t anything special it seemed old and not very resort style. And really we had a great day, and I cannot really complain about anything even the things that I said I didn’t like were not deal breakers!

Great stay on the Dead Sea

Food was amazing (especially dinner)! Easy access to the dead sea. Was not too crowded, making it comfortable and relaxing.

Good hotel on the beach

Location on the beach, nice views from the rooms Good size rooms Rooms are clean and bedsheets/ towels are changed regularly Large swimming pool Tasty food for breakfast and dinner in the restaurant Kind and helpful staff

I have been coming for over 10 years, and this year I felt that costs were cut in some areas (like not providing water in the room daily, variety of food for breakfast - cutting some options such as smoked salmon and pancakes,, number of staff in the dining room). The restaurant staff was very professional and worked very hard but I felt there were not enough waiters to be able to clean the tables and take care of clients requests. It is a luxury hotel and it should feel like luxury, these details matter.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Tali was amazing and went above and beyond. The location is great and the beach is nice. Food was good.

Over crowded dining room, very sub par "VIP" lounge. The room we first got had an awful smell and we had to ask to be moved. In general the Suites are positioned right next to the elevators, this causes them to be slightly noisy.
