Excelente vista do mar

Fiz um up grade para o quarto com vista da piscina e mar, e esse sim era excelente, sem defeito algum. Os funcionários muito atenciosos e prestativos, hotel bem organizado e limpo. O café da manhã é formidável, com bastante variedade e alimentos frescos. A piscina sempre limpinha. Amei demais, e com certeza vou voltar sempre que for ao Guarujá.

A acomodação inicial não era tão legal. O ar condicionado não era moderno, fazia barulho e não gelava. O corredor de fora do quarto tinha cheiro muito forte de cigarro.

Muito bom, melhor do que eu esperava, mas isso foi porque tem muito comentário ruim sobre o hotel.

A localização é muito boa, o quarto tbm é confortável e tem tudo que você vai precisar, como lençóis, cobertores, travesseiro extra, cadeiras e tal. O pessoal do hotel é muito tranquilo e simpático. Não tive nenhum problema que precisei de alguma ajuda urgente, mas todos foram simpáticos ao olharem para vc e sorrirem.

O chuveiro tem mecetes para fechar, minha noiva não conseguia fechar e eu tinha que fechar e às vezes dava trabalho. E tbm a iluminação, a luz do quarto tem que ser amarela e não branca.

Localização ótima, um lugar tranquilo, café da manhã bom.

Chuveiro. Toalha para secar as mãos no banheiro. Cesto de lixo do banheiro , deveria ser de pedal. Faltou uma música ambiente na piscina.

the cleaners, the towels were dirty, the pillows smelled bad. The room was pretty noisy. There was a cockroach in the bathroom.

Guys at reception first give us wrong room. We pay for view at sea them was giving pretty small and normal room. Restaurante very por guys very slow take to long also for drinks And was 3 table whit people when we arrived

The only good part was the location

Only the location

The pictures don’t represent the hotel, the rooms, sinks were rusted and old. I was very disappointed that the room did not have any resemblance with the pictures. Also, the hotel manager was not wearing a mask in the facility which made me very uncomfortable. Unfortunately since it was not refundable, I had no choice. I don’t recommend this place. It needs a renovation.
