Amazing boutique resort right on the water. Amazing staff and owner, pool bar was amazing. Perfect location, less than 5 minute walk in to fisherman’s village but just far enough away to be super quiet

Location . Pool. Thai staff.
Owners attitude, when she put us in the wrong room after we had paid for honeymoon suite, then she said if we didn't like it go elsewhere. Room was dated furniture was broken , restaurant did not exist. Owners were bone idle and relied on the thia staff to deal with the issues.

Really great location and very convenient with a great view and access to the beach. Good for a one or two nights stay in Samui.
Beds were quite uncomfortable and the rooms had lots of mosquitos but the latter is pretty much always unavoidable.

Die Lage war perfekt :) und das Personal besonders Pooh sowie die Inhaber waren sehr nett.
Man könnte einige Teile des Mobiliars mal erneuern.

The location was good if you want walking distance to restaurants and bars in fisherman’s village.
Over priced for what you get. We got no information before hand that they would take an extra 4,5% for the booking if we paid with card. So when we arrived we didn’t have enough cash and had to pay with the card and pay the extra fee…this was the sixth hotel we stayed at in Thailand and had not experienced this before.
The beach is not nice where the hotel is located, looks like a dumpster and is dirty. On the hotel area there was a lot of children’s toys and a trampoline? It all looked messy. The room didn’t live up to the price we paid either.
No I would not recommend, you can find much better places for a cheaper price.

Great location on the beach.
Small room with little space for luggage. Average breakfast.

Pool area is nice, but no cushions were out the day we arrived despite there being several guests. Just a lack of management.
We arrived to find an excavator on the beach & a large trench that had been dug which had turned into a swampy hole (see pics). No one greeted us, explained or apologised for the state of the beach. Loungers on the beach were dodgey camping style loungers. No TVs, no DVD, no mini bar (just an unstocked fridge), no table tennis nor cycles were made available. No tour desk. Rooms are described as deluxe beachfront villas - misleading. Wifi does not work in all areas & we were without wifi for a day. We requested to check out a day early of our 5 night stay. Under the circumstances, I don't think we were being unreasonable in requesting a refund for this night, but they refused, stating that it was Booking.com who wouldn't process the refund, but actually Booking.com had queried the condition of the property on our behalf & were advised by Waterfront that they were not prepared to refund. Sadly the friendly Thai hospitality we experienced throughout our trip was not evident at this hotel.

The Waterfront is peaceful and relaxing. The new owners are about to renovate it into something really special.

Breakfast was lovely, poached egg champions. Nice variety, casual and enjoyable atmosphere.
I think the kids room shower wasn't great but I know with some timee and plans any little issues will bee improved..no effect to enjoyment of stay.

The location is exceptional! Right on the beach! Close enough to walk into the main part of Fisherman's Village but nice and quiet away from the noise. We were made to feel part of the family. New owners Chris and Selina made us feel at home from the moment we arrived and their friendly staff took great care of us. Booking trips and restaurants whenever we asked them to. Chris and Selina invited us to join them in the Thai New Year's festivities. We had an amazing experience with them that day, a real highlight of our stay.
The pool was clean and inviting, especially with a cold Pina Colada or Singha beer.
We are looking forward to seeing the changes and upgrades they are planning for the resort and will definitely be back!

It’s a well kept resort under new ownership, creating activities for the family, couples, groups of friends, kids. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool is decent and the beach is next to it. Fun to walk along the beach looking out along the water or seeing all the other resorts/homes along the way. Breakfast was good and made to meet your desire. The new owners have ideas to make it even more inclusive to really enjoy your stay. The people, the owners and staff are all very friendly.

The room was nice, clean and spacious, shower facilities ok but did the job. Right on the beach and has a pool, which is nice if you want to chill and relax.
Breakfast was simple but nice and tasty to start you off for the day.
To me the best thing I have to give 10/10 is the staff.
They're super friendly, they waited for me to check in after my flight was delayed., Considering I had no way to communicate, this was a relief late at night.
In the morning I had planned to catch a boat to Koh Tao, when they told me they were fully booked for the next 2 days, as was also the return date I needed for my flight., My heart sank, as all my plans would now fall apart, not only the cost of non-refundable accommodation, but also I was stuck on Samui and extra 5 days with everywhere fully booked!
The ladies on the desk saw the panic on my face and did some calling. 30mins later they had me booked on a boat the next day, returning also on the day of my flight. Leaving only having to find 1 nights accommodation and saving my plans I had on Koh Toa.
This was a live saver, I can't thank them enough for their help.
For all this and what I observed with other guests in my short stay. I can totally recommend this place.
Nothing

a bit away from the noise, but close enough to walk.
For the price we paid they could upgrade the place.
We went with our baby, they gave us a cot which was very noisy, dirty and old. we asked to change and the second one had a plastic mattress. not comfortable and every time the baby moved was waking up everyone. At the end we took some pillows from the chairs at the swimming poor which was “better” than the plastic one. TERRIBLE
The bathroom had no towel for the floor, making hard to keep the room dry.
The curtains couldn’t be worse and dirty.
No soap to wash our hands and the one one the bathroom was broken 😒
I’ve been in many cozy little places, and it was never a problem, but some things should definitely be improved. Specially the COT
The breakfast was simple, but ok.
The staff were very friendly, sweet and polite, but don’t trust you will have a nanny, we tried a few times with them and they always wanted to bring someone from outside the hotel to take care of our baby. I was not comfortable with that.
The pool and garden were well maintained, same as the photos.

Everything was very good … the staff are 🤩
The beach and sea were not my ideal but not a problem.. umbrellas on beach would be a bonus

Good location, lovely little authentic restaurant right in front of the hotel.
3.0 / 5.0
Location was excellent, right on edge of fisherman village but far enough away that you weren’t in the middle of all the bars etc
Complex right on the beach with excellent views
Rooms a nice size, cleaned daily. Staff friendly although grasp of English was not great(except owner Robin )
Beach was quite dirty with rubbish albeit efforts were made to clean and take the bit immediately outside
Complex was quite tired looking and in a state of disrepair in parts. Could do with some
maintenance and TLC. Shower Luke warm all of the time even when fuse was reset as suggested.
Facilities were quite limited, as was breakfast. No restaurant and lunch snacks were nuggets and chips, burger and chips etc, could have been in Blighty no Thai food which was a shame.

Locations great in relation to the fishermans village and walking streets. Small and charming, staff are very helpful and attentive.
At first arrival the beach was disappointing. Next to a river it didn't feel clean for swimming, murky water from river run off. Resort has charm and character but definitely in need of upgrades, a bit run down. Over all we enjoyed our stay here. I would return...

Great place to go to the fisherman's village (short walking distance), very friendly staff and good pool. Basic but nice rooms.
3.5 / 5.0
You can reach many places by walking in a very good location in Fisherman Village.
The rooms are old, but they are cleaned every day, your bottle of water, towels and sheets are renewed if you wish. The air conditioner is very old, very loud and does not cool enough, I hope they will replace it soon. Finally, you can spend a pleasant time in the pool, you can take a walk on the beach in front of the hotel
