Tranquillo, è tranquillo, di più non saprei cosa aggiungere.
La posizione scomodissimo da qualsiasi cosa, una rampa di 50 mt per andare e tornare dalla strada. Senza scooter sei perso. Spiaggia assente come il mare, in Questa stagione abbiamo trovato una secca incredibile, sembrava la laguna prima di entrare a Chioggia.

L'hôtel se compose en deux parties, appartenants et villas. Nous avions une villa(noyée dans la végétation avec des écureuils et oiseaux)à deux pas de la mer et d'une belle piscine.Grande terrasse ombragée par une treille, villa bien aménagée. Petit déjeuner bon et copieux. Excellent restaurant de plage "le Chom Ley" à 400m en passant par la plage. Le personnel de l'hôtel est d'une extrême gentillesse. Pour ce déplacer vers d'autres commerces un scooter est nécessaire.
La baie est soumises aux rythme des marées
Nous avons fait de belles balades sur cette grande plage jalonnée d'énormes rochers

Cool view from my room and nice pool area. Staff was super sweet and very interested in my MUAY THAI training.
My room needed a little refurb. When I arrived all the lights were not working and the A/C could not be adjusted so it was neither comfortable or uncomfortable. It was weird. Lights got fixed but the A/C was a no go... Also, there was a huge leak in the shower that left the bathroom floor soaking wet which in turn left the room humid due to the A/C not fully working properly.. If they did a little freshening up with the rooms I would rate 10s across the board. But it's the little things that really count. right?

This the Best place I have ever stayed in Thailand. I was welcomed by a very Joyful staff member Watermelon. She let me check in early and I was upgraded to a higher floor with the most Amazing view of the beach. Everything here is well Maintained and Landscaping is very lush. Bar and restaurant have Amazing food as well. Cleaning staff is friendly and room is cleaned everyday. Thank You Watermelon. I will definitely comeback to stay here again.
The Hill to come up and down is very steep and bumpy. Drive careful.

Les petits déjeuners étaient très bons et variés, le personnel était globalement très sympathique et aimable hors quelques exceptions.
L'appartement "Grand Standing" que nous avons loué ne valait pas du tout son prix : la pièce était mal agencée, pas très belle, certains équipements cruciaux (clim/ventilo) sales, bruyants (frigo en plein milieu de la pièce principale) ou de qualité médiocre; la pièce est sous les combles donc température élevée et très mal isolée. Une chambre normale avait la même qualité, voire supérieure (avec option ventilateur au plafond).
L'hôtel lui même est très excentré, ce qui peut être bien pour le calme mais attention aux transports pour rejoindre des endroits animés.

Lo único que nos gustó fue las vistas que tiene la habitación
No nos ha gustado ni la ubicación porque hay que bajar una cuesta enorme. Pero sobre todo lo que no nos gustó fue el personal. Pésimo, tuvimos problemas porque no querían dejarnos leer las normas de las motos y al no entregárnoslas le pedimos una hoja de reclamación y se negaron rotundamente, vacilándonos y diciéndonos que no nos entendían. Y riéndose y hablando entre ellos. La verdad que no nos gustó nada el trato. Además te quieren cobrar por todo, el transporte desde el aeropuerto nos querían cobrar 800 bath cuando pagamos 300 bath nosotros, y por las motos normalmente se pagan a 200 bath y ellos las tenían a 300 y 400 bath.

Die Unterkunft liegt am vermutlich ruhigsten Teil der südlichen Insel. Die Zimmer waren neu ausgestattet (Bad/WC) und wir konnten perfekt ausschlafen. Der Pool erfrischt und der Ausblick Richtung Lamai Beach ist schön. Das Personal bietet in jeder Situation Unterstützung.
Generell muss man auf der Insel für jeden Transport bezahlen, daher empfiehlt sich ein Moped. In der Unterkunft kostet dieses rd 300 Baht/Tag, sonst etwa 250 Baht. Das Abendessen im eigenen Restaurant war gut und flott, nur bekommt man natürlich in Lamai mehr für sein Geld.

Cafe staff were wonderful; bay area was beautiful and the water was consistently calm for both swimming and water walking; area was not bombarded with tourists; food was good; our room had an exceptional view; small, cozy, family-friendly.
Disfunctional internet; one station on TV, why have it at all? people with physical limitations will be hindered by the bathroom tub/ shower and 52+ steps to get to and from the shoreline and restuarant; taxi and massage services were ridiculously overpriced- two times the taxi didn't even come. Use Grab instead. Balcony railing was loose, could have been easily kicked down- glad we didn't have young children wanting to hang on it.

Nice view from the apartments at the top floor.
During check-in the ladies at the reception noted that I had only registered one guest, but we were a couple checking in so they saw the opportunity to charge extra. I was given a piece of paper («contract») with a price given as a question mark (?) to sign so they would determine he price later after I have signed. Naturally I refused to sign and the manager realized they had to chacge tactics. The manager then came up with a number: 200 baht/night extra for being 2 guest in sted of one. I reluctantly payed because I just wanted to check-in after our long travels.
I then double-checked the claim that a double room with no breakfast was more expensive if registering 2 guests than 1 guest. It is of course not. The price for a double room is the same regardless of registering 1 or 2 guests. The price given in the booking apps like Agoda and Booking(.)com are for two people. I went through the booking process multiple times and confirmed this. I then sent a message to the reception staff regarding this and I also made a customer service case with booking com about this since it is illigal and against their policy. I also mentioned this to the staff in the reception and asked them to bring it up with the manager. They did not answer any of my messages or requests and the manager was of course not present during check-out. I am now writing this review to tell others about this scam so they can avoid this in the future.
Apart from this, the first room we got had a tremendously loud and sqeeky bed and wooden floor and the view was blocked by trees and not like the pictures at all. After requesting to change room the lady at the reception offered an upgrade only to withdraw the offer after a phone call with the manager. Then they offered a price of 290 baht/night extra for the upgrade and told me it was usually around 500-something baht. I accepted the upgrade and the new room was pretty nice and had a nice view.

Great views and pleasant rooms
Everything is super expensive. I met a woman and her come stay the night with me only to be told I needed to pay an extra 200 baht for her to stay and they would not allow her to enter which was very uncomfortable.

El desayuno era bastante bueno. El alojamiento se encuentra en una zona tranquila, no hay nada alrededor, es necesario alquilar moto. Facilitan el alquiler desde el alojamiento. El personal es muy agradable.
La televisión es algo anticuada. Las escaleras hacia el bar son externas, por lo que si esta lloviendo te mojas. Hay muchísimos mosquitos, tiene mosquiteras en la cama pero están cedidas de agarrarlas a la estructura por lo que no hacen su función.

The whole hotel was lovely, the lady at the front of desk (Watermelon) was very accomodating and welcoming. The rooms were big and it had a nice pool.
No where on the description does it say that the beach the hotel is on is un-useable which was a big shame. It is a 45 minute walk from the useable portion of Lamai Beach or a 15-20 minute walk to Crystal Beach.

We left early as the bath and shower were disgusting, the sun beds were mouldy and the breakfast was limited and made me ill, pool didn’t look clean and had lots floating in it, beach was dangerous with glass, bricks and not to mention slimy. There was also a big construction site to the right where there was noisy angle grinding going on the whole time we were there so meant we couldn’t enjoy the balcony or pool even if we wanted too.

The bed was comfortable. The room is good and can see the view of the ocean.
The location is hard to find as far from the main road. The staff don't feel welcome, and the pool is dirty for swimming. Actually, not having many facilities to relax and enjoy quiet time and the beach is not beautiful for walking along as a lot of rock and mud.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout. The room was a good size, with a comfortable bed, and sea views. All in all we were pretty happy with our stay here. There are decent restaurants close by as well as a restaurant and bar within the complex, beside the lovely pool area.
The rooms and balcony are quite dated, and the photo of the room didn't look like the one we had booked.

The steps down to the beach were a bit challenging at first, for a 72 yr old with a new knee, but once I was loaned a stick the steps became much easier.

Really lovely spot. Beach is clean and it would be a great place with children as the water is clean and with no waves as it's protected by a reef. You walk to other bars and hotels and the breakfast and food is good. Host is lovely as are all the team! Thanks for looking after us.

The hotel rooms are spacious, tastefully furnitured and have beautiful view even from the bed:)
Beds are very comfortable.
The lush garden, rocks, waterfall was just beautiful.
The big pool was always spotlessly clean.
The restaurant is placed directly by the sea! The breakfast menus were super, and all the a la carte meals were really tasty! We really liked to have dinner there.
There was always some good music around the pool, garden and restaurant, creating a very calm atmosphere.
The hospitality of the owner lady and all the waiters was great, helpful, and made our holiday perfect.
The location of the hotel was a bit outside of the town but therefore we could really relax, the uphill location made the view over the whole bay really spectacular. We took place on many activities in Koh Samui and a hotel transfer was never a problem, it is included in the program prices and they came always in time.
We had a superb time there, the price for value is really good. We will return! :)
