10 days of relaxation

Views from the room were stunning, facilities were good, location great for getting around. Breakfast had a good range of food available. Nothing too much teouble for the lovely members of staff

Vista terrazza da urlo, cibo un po’ meno

Il bagno restaurato con nuovi materiali e arredi. La vista dalla terrazza della camera che si affacciava al mare. Il parcheggio spazioso

La colazione non ha una buona qualità di cibo. Per una settimana è stata servita anguria, melone locale, uva, mele, arance (o pseudo-arance); passando al banco dolcì, sinceramente la fetta di pancarrè cotta al forno con il miele sopra, non può essere servita nel banco frigo su 2 degli 8 vassoi disponibili. Non voglio nemmeno commentare gli altri 6. Si salvavano le mini-brioches vuote. Il salato era nella media da aspettarsi. Sono stati sempre disponibili pomodori, cetriolo, olive greche, feta, gouda a fette e fette di affettato locale (niente a che vedere con carne vera). Yougurth greco buono con possibilità di aggiungere alcuni cereali, prugne secche, banane secche… basterebbe quindi poco impegno per arricchire questo settore. In tutto ciò, i dolci e la sala è invasa dalle api e si deve stare attento anche quando si mangia, controllando di volta in volta il cucchiaino o la pietanza che si sta mettendo in bocca per evitare punture. La cena… non saprei esprimermi. Bellissimo il banco verdura fresca che offre insalata tutti i giorni, con possibilità di abbinarla a carote grattugiate, pomodori, cipolle ecc… Le pietanze a base di pasta sono mangiabili. La carne di pollo cotta in show cooking è stata molto buona e presente tutte le sere. Una sola sera hanno fatto la gyros di maiale che purtroppo ci siamo accorti aveva pezzi di cotenna anche molto grandi quindi disgustano un po’. Mangiando gyros sui ristoranti locali non ci è mai capitato questo problema perché la carne è in genere magrissima e senza queste parti molli. Ho voluto recensire nel dettaglio la qualità del cibo e del ristorante perché ho scelto questa struttura principalmente per la mezza pensione ma sono rimasto un po’ deluso dalla cucina. Prezzi bevute piscina nella norma, anche se il caffè a 3 euro e il cappuccino a 4 euro sono un po’ fuori luogo (dato il costo della materia prima). Lo spritz a 8 euro è ragionevole. Che dire sulla vista dalla terrazza della camera?? STUPENDA.

Schöner Aufenthalt im Oasis Hotel

Das Hptel kann man nur empfehlen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist super. Die Lage in Perama war für uns perfekt. Supermarkt gleich oben an der Strasse. Bushaltestelle für den Bus nach Korfu Stadt auch direkt oben an der Strasse. Parkplätze für Mietauto vorhanden (Parkkarte bekommt man bei der Rezeption). Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Vorallem die Geschirrabräumerin Maria muss man positiv erwähnen. Immer ein freundliches Lächeln und immer sehr nett zu plaudern. Auch an der Poolbar haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Barkeeper Spiro war immer sehr freundlich und hat immer nett mit einem geplaudert An der Stranbar Olimpia hat auch immer für das leibliche Wohl zwischendurch geschaut. An der Rezeption konnte man stets seine Anliegen bekannt geben. Frühstück to rake away an Abreisetag war kein Problem. Mietauto haben wir auch über die Rezeption gebucht. Wir hatten einen Bungalow und stets war es sauber und wir hatten auch jeden Tag frische Handtücher. Natürlich ist die Ausstattung nicht mehr am neuesten Stand, aber für uns hat das gepasst. Griechische Verhältnisse eben. Das Frühstück war jeden Tag ein Hammer. Top Auswahl. Beim Abendessen ist man stets satt geworden und es hat gut geschmeckt. Für den Preis auf jeden Fall sehr gut. Bier, Wein und Softdrink gabs pro Person ein Glas gratis zum Abendessen dazu. Viele haben hier ja schon den Flugzeug Lärm angesprochen. Für uns war das kein Problem. Im Gegenteil: wenn wir am Strand waren, dann haben wir alles mitverfolgt zB wieviele TUI Flieger kamen und und haben alle wieder abgehoben?! Und so oft waren wir untertags garnicht da, weil wir mit dem Mietauto unterwegs waren. Auch abends bekam man zwar die Flieger mit, aber man hört das mit der Zeit garnicht mehr so. Also ich fand es kein Problem. Die Katzen, die angesprochen wurden, ja die sind da und schreien auch mal. Die muss man ausblenden. Und Maria hat immer versucht die zu verscheuchen. Aber es gibt ja immer wieder Gäste, die die Katzen trotzdem füttern.

Beim Abendessen könnte es ein wenig mehr griechische Gerichte wie zB Gyros oder so geben.

beautiful hotel, amazing staff

the view from the hotel room is absolutely stunning. the breakfast was really nice with a lot of variety. The staff were really helpful. There was a fridge/freezer and aircon which was much needed in the heat. A private beach at the back of the property was beautiful and quiet. You can get a bus from outside the hotel and there is a mini market next to the hotel.

the hotel need to fix their plug holes as they were a bit lose but other than that nothing at all

Comfortable accommodation in a lovely seaside location and great value for money.

Really good value for money. Rooms are comfortable and the sea view from the balconies at the back of the hotel is superb. Plenty of variety at breakfast and dinner. Pleasant, helpful and friendly staff. The restaurant has panoramic sea views on 2 sides. The hotel is close to a bus stop and it is easy and cheap to get around the island by bus.

The hot food was never that hot. Whilst close to the airport (euro30 taxi direct, euro4 bus with a change in Corfu town), planes flying in and out are also correspondingly close and noisy.

Amazing views! The beach and the beach bar were lovely. Staff made us feel like family from the first day we arrived. We aren’t breakfast eaters but we enjoyed the food that we did have very much.

I was lucky to stay in a room with a balcony view to the sea, and woke up first day in the morning to enjoy the sunrise directly from my balcony and shoot a few pictures there. Evi, at the reception desk was very kind. She showed me the main facilities of the hotel, which include an exterior pool, where you can relax on a sun bed, or take a swim there. They have a small beach in the sea side of the hotel which is really worth a visit. Breakfast is included in the price of the room and is very good. The best part is that the hotel's restaurant is on a terrace, on the side with the sea. It's lovely to spend time there.

I don't think there's anything which I didn't like. My stay there was lovely

Had a wonderful chilled out time with lots of snorkelling, although I didn't see the octopus!

The price was incredible for dinner bed & breakfast. The beach, whilst not really a beach but more access to the sea, was great for sunbeds, snorkelling, chilling. The views across to mainland Greece & Albania were breath-taking.

The shower. Tiny screen & no real way to use it hands free. The bathroom had drainage but you risked soaking all of your stuff. Some entertainment in the evening around the pool would have been nice.

True Relaxing Oasis Experience

We had a very good time. The place view was just amaizing and breathtaking - I still miss seeing the planes pass. The beach is small and cute for a quick swim or tanning day. The food was tasty, varied and fullfilled our expectations - fell in love with the pasta salad. The staff was very very helpful and nice. Loved the details left into the room after clean up - figures in the towels and other. Really thank you all for the good attention.

- Maybe having a lockbox in the room will be good. Though I left my cameras at the room several times and nothing happened. - I was missing the No Disturb paper to put on the door.

Overall very happy

Lovely hotel, small but adequate pool. Great staff, friendly and helpful. The location was beautiful and very scenic. Shop across the road very handy. Bus stop to Corfu town. We used it to go to Benitses for great restaurants. We had a lovely room with fantastic views (one of the bungalows) only downfall was the steep stairs. Otherwise everything else was great. Private beach was pleasant. Good stay.

The worst bed we have ever slept.

Wonderful view from balcony. Breakfast quite good, just staff works too slow. All the time was on stock of coffee, fruits and so on.

Bed was terrably unconfortable!!! We have never slept on so unconfortable bed. The bed was very old, hard and squeky. We could’nt sleep the first nights. All furniture old. We should turn off the fridge because it was worrking too loud. The pool was awful, nobady cleans it. The sunbeds near the sea also was dusty and nobady cleans them.

Loved the view and access to beach and pool. The service was helpful and very nice. Room service was also really good.

For the price paid you would expect to have a double bed and not two single beds pushed together. The smell of the ocean was also unappealing at times and this would result in the room smelling. The hotel also needs better amenities and the bathroom in the room was very disappointing being very small. The water would also go everywhere when showering.

The most amazing view from all hotels !

The amazing view from the balcony every morning ! lets u speachless! Clean, tidy rooms and comfortable! Good food variety, nice pool and also nice private beach in the back of hotel! All sorrounded with friendly people that work on this Hotel. I was very satisfied , i stayed 5 days.

Breakfast and diner was good. First day i arrived around10 PM. After a long flight and walk from airport along Kaiser Bridge to hotel very pleasant to see a plate full of food in your room. Thank you! A lot of products to choose from. Amazing view from the balcony. Amazing sea view and I personally love to see airplanes fly by this low. Supermarket nearby.

Room could need some refurbishment here and there. The matras, for me, was way to hard.

The views were amazing and the staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, although a bit repetitive. There's not much to do in Perama but the bus station is right next to Oasis. There are 2 taverns close by and a minimarket next to the hotel. The beach was clean and easily accessible (there were stairs). The place is peaceful and quiet.

At breakfast there were a lot of wasps that buzzed around the food and made it difficult to eat in peace. There was a very bad sewer smell at certain times of the day (especially in the evenings). The doors of our bungalow squeaked until the last day. The shower wasn't closed on one side making it hard to take a shower without making a big puddle in the bathroom, making the floor slippery. The bars from the pool and the beach served mostly frozen foods at lunchtime.

Amazing view during the day but especially at night! Watching the planes land while sipping a drink on the balcony facing the wide sea, with a full moon (in our lucky case) after a day of sightseeing is just a great experience. Slept very well. The breakfast is very good and served with a great view also. You have access to the local bus and taxis whichever you prefer. Staff is super friendly.
