Great business hotel for short stays, small shops and eateries around

Location was great, close to our office, but also a lot of nice cafes, restaurants, bakeries around. Shopping area is lovely and lively. The main road is wide, nice sidewalks and beautiful trees and gives the feeling of Milan :) Infrastructure in general looked good, better than most Southeast Asia countries.

Internet was weak, and struggled with it for a couple of days then asked the front desk about it. They gave me a router to put in my room and the problem was solved. Another thing to keep in mind, all food places close by 9:00pm. You are left with getting ramen from 7 Eleven :(

Great and convenient location. Little high on price when book on wrong timing.

Location was perfect located just next to zhongshan station. Upon entering you have a very nice and comfortable ambience in the lift lobby. It feels cut off from the street just outside the main entrance. Interior was clean, and they provides heated seats, jacuzzi with tv in the bathroom!

Very nice hotel conveniently located in a shopping district with easy access to transportation

Great location. Especially if you want to go shopping in the area. There are tons of stores and an upscale mall just across the street. The hotel is also conveniently located a couple of min walk from a metro station (Zhongshan), which is also only 1 stop away from the Taipei Main Station. Good size room and excellent jacuzzi-style bathtub.

The only thing that could be improved was the WIFI connection, at least in my room the connection was weak and not fast enough to stream a movie so I had to resort to using my cellphone data.

Overrall, we have a pleasant stay.

Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Hotels are very clean. Towels are clean. And the bathtub has jacuzzi and tv. Very near to subway station. Many shops and restaurants around this area.

Just that when i sleep, the aircon wud blow to my head. I was in the 8002 room. On Sunday morning, there isnt any resturant open for breakfast. Not sure about other days.

The location is good. It is right next to the MRT. Be aware the exit of the MRT is satire, not escalator. The room is very decent, clean and quite big.

Wi-Fi is poorly weak and gets disconnected from time to time. The evacuation pole in the room is wrongly placed. For instance. I hit it once when the curtain was shot. this must be modified.

Everything about my stay far exceeded my expectations. Location is excellent being very near to the MRT. Room is very clean and amenities are well stocked. Mini bar has a nice stash of beverages and there is even a microwave oven in my room.

The breakfast buffet spread was a little disappointing though.

the hotel was fully booked during all the days of our stay. we arrived early but unable to check into a room until 4pm.

very friendly staff, include front desk cleaning and food services.

Staying here is worth the money paid.

the breakfast is delicious. They have various dishes and different each day. They provide iron, microwave oven, hair dryer, jacuzzi, bathroom scale which beyond our expectation. The location is superb, next to the hotel is mall. We can travel via MRT and the exit No. 4 is convenient with lift and escalator.

the last day, we found the soy milk with sesame at breakfast line is not fresh then the waiter change to the new one immediately. So, they all have good service mind.

Attentive staff.

Attentive staff , they will remind you if you forget to use your free laundry service. 1 set of undergarment per day / room include a pair of sock too. We booked Junior King room.

great business hotel

the location is great, close to the station. The breakfast was great as well, stayed 3 nights and all 3 breakfast was something different, also enjoy the peaceful dining area which normally would be swamped with hotel patrons

perhaps the maintenance, since the auto sensor and controller for the water closet wasn’t working properly. Wished we knew that the open terrace on the 9th floor room need to be requested

It would be a perfect hotel that I would recommend to friends if the service level can be improved.

Perfect location

Receptionist were not professional and customer service oriented. There was one incident that the fire alarm was mis-triggered by maintenance staff, instead of doing nothing and caused confusion and fear to the guest. It would be good that the receptionist could at least make a announcement to inform the guest so as not to be alarmed. Cleanliness of the housekeeping should be improved as well.

very unpleasant stay!!!!!!!!

great location

everything else other than the location. 1. the aircon does not work properly, the temperature deceases no matter how high you set it. our room started at 19 degree and keeping dropping down to 17 after like 20 mins, we had to use the heater provided in the room, seems like a known issue? the heater was very noisy at night, but it’s too cold without it, very unpleasant experience. 2. the phone in the room does not work either, first time I wanted to call the reception there’s not sound. so I used my personal cell phone e. on the day we checked out, the reception just kept ringing us 30 mins before the time, it rings but when you pick it up, the other side couldn’t hear me. I picked it up 2-3 times the staff still couldn’t hear me, but they just kept ringing for like 5 mins?!!!! what’s the point of that? it made us annoyed and left in a rush!!!!!! if there’s something serious why don’t they come up? don’t your staff know so many things broken in this hotel???? this is sooooo unprofessional!!!!!!when I came up to check out, the lady staff was so cold and didn’t apologies at all. 3. the hygiene issue. the facilities are aged and so much mould in the bathroom, marks on the bedside table. the room didn’t feel like it’s 33 square meters as it claims. very poor service. I won’t stay again and I won’t recommend anyone!!!!
