I had a wonderful experience during my time in Abbey del sol. They help me to do some changes in my reservation by phone and, they were in contact with me all the time. Since my flight got canceled and I had to take another one, I arrived 12 hrs later than expected (midnight) but the personnel were very understanding and offered me to leave the keys in where I could find them. When I finally arrived, the apartment was clean and organized. I had everything that I needed there: drinking water, cutlery, bathing supplies, etc. There were no loud sounds at night and besides there is not a parking lot, there was plenty of space on the street that, fortunately, has also good shade. The checkout was easy and smooth. For my next time in Quintana Roo I will book here for sure.

My husband and I stayed for 11 nights in Apartment 8. It was perfect for us! The location was quiet but close to the beach and many great restaurants. The bikes were a real bonus and we used them a lot to explore and take a quick trip to the grocery store. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Check in was easy. The people are friendly, helpful and informative. Apartment was perfect for 2 people to stay in, it has everything you need for extended stay. Coffee, pot,tea pot,pot, and even a blender to make smoothies.We had breakfast on the patio and walked to dinner at night. Character. Charm. Comfort. Abbey del Sol is a gem, filled with a family of friendly caring professionals, all focused on making guests feel right at home in their paradise of a small town, Puerto Morelos. It’s quiet, calm, and peaceful there, with beautiful landscaping and interior decor filled with attractive Mexican artifacts. The enclosed Mexican courtyard has a deep blue pool, bubbling fountain, and tall trees providing plenty of shade. Definitely a place where you can chill out to your heart’s content. Inside, there is a carefully curated selection of Mexican furniture and wall decorations, along with plenty of storage space in both the kitchen and the bedroom. The place is clean, I mean really clean. And the bed is the most comfortable bed you will ever sleep in. There is tremendous water pressure, and plenty of hot water. Modern air conditioners and ceiling fans in every room, along with great Wi-Fi and Smart TVs, complete the very appealing picture. And then there’s Jin and Mariela, wonderfully warm and welcoming hosts, special people in a special place.

Initially I wanted to stay for a couple of nights with my 13 year old daughter and wife. We had booked another house to spend our holidays with my parents and my family, the house was a mess and we decided to return to Abbey del Sol. The team made a huge effort to accommodate us and we had the holiday of a lifetime. A massive thank you to Efraín, Mariela and the rest of the team that made us feel at home.The place in itself is spotless and includes anything you’ll need to spend a stress free holiday. AC, appliances, beach chairs, towels, laundry service all available on site. I’ve traveled the world during the past 30 years and seen a lot of places. This one got everything right! Excellent value for money. Just 3 minutes from a beautiful beach an 10 minutes from the town centre.I highly recommend it and wish the awesome team all the best!I’ll be back, no question about it.Big congratulations to Abbey del Sol and super friendly crew!Gracias

This was our third time to stay at this property. We love it here. A very quiet property only about a block from a nice beach club. We have stayed in three different rooms at this property and they have all been extremely clean, comfortable and just what we wanted. The beds are super comfortable and the sheets are very soft. My daughter and I just returned for a week at Abbey del Sol. We had a fantastic week, very relaxing. Everything was as expected when we arrived at the property. The property was clean and quiet. The pool area is quiet and relaxing and it's only a short walk to the beach. We felt extremely safe while we were in Puerto Morelos.
