I felt like because I had booked through Booking.Com and received a discount rate I was given the noisiest room in the c

The property is on a busy road and my room was next to that road with windows facing the street. It was impossible to get any sleep. The bathroom facilities were basic with cracked tiles in the shower.

A comfortable, restful night after a day on the road.

Clean, well maintained room with good wi-fi and facilities for a stay in Dubbo. And a comfortable bed. Good location. My second stay here and will happily come again.

It was comfortable, conveniently located, just needs maintenance

The room had a musty smell, the A/C would not work with the remote and the temperature could not be altered. bathroom taps leaked I was unable to turn them off.

Bathroom could have been cleaner, bit grotty around the edges (of floor) Shower head wouldn't stay up

The room was large and comformable but with cracked tiles and mould in the shower was disappointing.

Would not stay here again

The restaurant was closed There was no microwave in the room ( you had to request one from the office if you wanted one ) no plates or bowls Mould on the bathroom ceiling whilst showering water would back up through the grate oustside the shower enclosure after a while The tv is old and had a terrible picture. Noisey guests next door one night

Great place to stopover for a night or extended stay recommend.

It’s clean comfortable and reasonable cost. In middle of town so convenient. New staff are improving all the time.

The messy cocos palm fruit seeds need to be removed from the palms as It can be a Hazzard slipping on seeds on the stairs ground etc. I forgot to mention it to the manager as I had to leave urgently.

Location. Friendly helpful staff

No teaspoons or desert spoons. No cereal bowls. The carpet was stained and grubby as was the one chair. Had advertised an available breakfast and restaurant for dinners but it was closed.

Quiet, clean and comfortable.

Very clean and comfortable, no funny smells. I was very lucky and got a top floor room. It was nice and quiet, no irritating noises from cars or guests to disturb my sleep. Even the parking was nice and easy. Plenty of milk, coffee and tea with biscuits. A very pleasant stay.

It sometimes pays to spend a few extra dollars.

The location to where we had to be for medical appointments. The request for a microwave was completed.

The parking is very tight and not ideal for larger vehicles The reverse cycle heater made a shocking squealing noise. Was reported to reception and requested to be fixed as we were staying due to a family member having surgery. We were in need of a quiet place to rest and decent sleep. Two nights with minimal sleep is not ideal, it was far too cold to not have it on. When reported to management his reply was we were aware of it already and the gentleman said your lucky I tried to fix it, it was louder. Lucky….. I don’t think so.
