The presentation, cleanliness and location were excellent. The room appeared to have been redecorated recently to a very high standard
We were in what appeared to be a converted attic, which in itself wasn’t a problem, as it had been done to a very high standard. However the tread on steps leading to the room were narrow and the stair was steep

Location was superb. David & Roweena were very friendly and attentive.
Breakfast was very tasty but sometimes a little haphazard but they were such lovely people it didn't matter.

The house was very homely and welcoming. Delicious breakfast and comfortable room with all you need for your stay. David was a great host and we enjoyed chatting with him over breakfast. We felt like we were guests at their home not like we were in hotel at all. Would definitely recommend this place.

We were more then surprised. I can only guess to everyone: come and see this House and enjoy the breakfast with Entertainment from the owner and meet new people from the whole world 👍

Everything about the place was simply beautiful. David and Rowena were lovely hosts. They were extremely friendly and helpful and they gave us so many suggestions on what to do and where to go. The rooms were very thoughtfully designed and the location was the perfect balance of privacy and convenience. Would definitely love to stay here if we visit Nairn again.

This B& B exceeded our expectations. David and Rowena were excellent hosts and made us feel very welcome. David was extremely interesting and well travelled and was a joy to have a conversation with. The breakfast Rowena cooked was excellent and very filling. Our rooms were amazing and very comfortable. All in all a wonderful couple of nights for all of us.
We liked everything.

lovely setting and well maintained. Very clean throughout.
Could do with the door bell being more secure or a door bell sign to state it is a door bell

Well situated for accessing Inverness and Elgin by car and for exploring nearby historical sites such as Culloden and Cawdor Castle. Very friendly hosts who made beautifully presented and delicious breakfasts. They also provided gluten free toast which was wonderful (thank you!). The rooms were incredibly clean and comfortable with nice bathrooms and amenities. It was also great to be so close to the seashore in order to take a walk in the morning by the water. Great place to stay and hope to visit again in the future!

David and Rowena are very friendly. We've enjoyed our staying so much. I can recommend it to anyone. A beautiful house with a beautiful BIG room and a view to kill to the garden. Don't hesitate and choose for this place. You won't regret it. We've seen other places MUCH worse often for more money.

Very clean, comfy bed, lovely bathroom. Food was excellent.
Could have done with mugs instead of (very pretty) tea cups in the rooms. Also proper coffee bags instead of nescaffe,(I took my own).
