Wasn’t the best but had a good night sleep with the comfy bed.

Was a last minute booking. Bed was extremely comfy.

Stairs to rooms, rooms could do with a refurb make the more bright. Didn’t look great from the outside… needs a good refurb. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned great either.

Bei Ankunft gedacht "ohje, wo bin ich hier gelandet...", aber alles in allem war der Aufenthalt gut.

Bei Ankuft zunächst einen schlechten Ersteindruck gehabt, das Personal war aber nett und das Zimmer war sauber. Das Bett war super bequem und das Hotel hat eine zentrale Lage nahe der Innenstadt. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war insgesamt vollkommen in Ordnung.

Nice central location nice room and good value. Lovely restaurant/ bar with good food and friendly customers and staff

Rooms not serviced during stay due to Covid restrictions but fresh towels available on request.

Trying hard to upgrade. Comfortable room and lovely breakfast. Loved the elephants in the room.

A good comfortable place to lay your head.

The big warm comfortable room and bed.

Would have liked a more powerful shower, a light above the mirror for shaving and a shelf of some sort to put toiletries on in the bathroom.

location , breakfast bar

just little things , bathroom grout needs a touch up , & our radiator needed bleeding which I mentioned to the barman , so hopefully it gets checked out other than that we had a great stay

Great value, Great food. Great service. Great location.

My choice for an evening meal was the Mixed Grill. I was astonished when my meal was served, the plate was huge and had everything you would expect - and more. Excellent service and absolutely delicious. The room was a double with a very comfortable bed which was very cosy on one of the coldest spells for a while. I also enjoyed the cooked breakfast in the morning and passed on my compliments to the Chef / Cook.

I have no negative opinions regarding my stay at this Inn.

fantastic stay, looking forward to going back

the room was Huge, the bed was huge, extremely comfortable. well decorated. the bar down stairs did bar meal which were good. breakfast was good, plenty to eat

the very small bathroom, we had a shower which was small but it did what it needed. the only thing I would say is a new toilet set in room 8, first time I went to the loo, I very nearly fell off the seat. (I didn’t break it) it was already broken. so please replace

Good property

I have used this property before when in ned if accommodation in Nairn. The room was comfortable and clean with all the expected facilities. The choice to not service the room during my 2 night stay was perfectly sensible. Daily servicing is often completely unnecessary. The food is good and there is a good choice of breakfast. Would definitely use again.

Can't say there was anything I didn't like.

Lovely decor, luxurious and great value

Really nice decor, luxurious towels, very cosy room, nice people and all that for very good value. Well impressed and will stay there again next time I’m needing a hotel in Nairn.

Exceptional

Had a great stay, I'm giving this place a solid 5 stars, the staff were friendly, food was good, the room was very clean and had pretty much everything I needed. Location was great too, nice little string of shops in the neighborhood, plus the beach was only a 15 minute walk away.

My only complaint is that the walls are somewhat thin

Disappointed

The location. The local people and the walks.

The lack of facilities, restaurant/ bar was closed on Sunday we arrived No notification given and most restaurants in town fully booked. Could not get booked in bar restaurant for rest of stay, staff not the friendliest. Room was clean but small bathroom with sink outside bathroom in the bedroom -yuck. Whole place needs modernised

Good location and very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and facilities were fine. Good pub dinner and good breakfast.

The bed was quite hard and a bit uncomfortable for us.

Set in a great location for town centre. The room was clean and the big bed was very comfortable for a great night's sleep. Big breakfast in the morning set you up for the day ahead.. we had our evening meals in the Inn which were fantastic and very tasty. Great value for money we will definitely be back fantastic staff thanks for fantastic stay.

No complaints whatsoever.
