Baixas expectativas, baixa qualidade

Ficava bem localizado, perto de transportes.

O pequeno-almoço contemplava muito pouca variedade, principalmente para pessoas com intolerância à lactose, as camas eram extremamente desconfortáveis e, sendo o quarto partilhado, não havia um sítio seguro onde depositar os meus pertences.

La limpieza y lo central a la estación oriente.

Es un refugio estudiantil, hay demasiado ruido por parte de los chicos, el internet no llega a las habitaciones y está lleno de normas en el refugio. No me gustó!

A fuir, avant de se coucher nous avons découvert des punaises de lit. Nous avons donc inspecter ensuite les matelas et nous avons trouvé d’autres punaises de lit en plus de traces d’anciennes déjà écrasées sur les draps. C’est inacceptable. Nous avons changé d’hôtel au cours de la nuit et le réceptionniste à assurer qu’on serait remboursé une fois qu’on aurait contacté booking, mais l’établissement a ensuite refusé le remboursement.

Good staff, location for who wants to be close to the airport, comfortable beds and a nice breakfast. Good value.

The bathroom box could be better, its not very hygienic as the water of other people could reach yours. The rooms also doesn't have lockers to improve safety.

The room is dirty, all the locks in the toilets were broken, you will have to hold the door with your hand. The shower smelled bad. There is no towel. The beds are very creaky, there is no socket near the bed. Wi-Fi does not work in the room at all. Far from stopping. There is no lock for the locker.

It was the most awful experience in HI ever!!!!!!

terrible place! lack of identification a outside of the building, hard to found when you arrive late. desk24? I called them. nobody answered. give me a room at 1 at floor where the wc are not available for god know s what reason. unprepared staff at the reception for the late check inn.

Nothing!!! As I mentioned this place is terrible!!! and they dared to change 21.50 euros per night

Staff helping, close to train station

VERY Noisy, there is no isolation so you hear everything in the hallway. Even at 1 AM there were teenagers screaming and its disturbing

Fair for this money, simple, don't expect much from it. For staying overnight/working purposes it's cool, chill. Not a hostel where you hang out :)

Late check-in, with normal check out, make a shorter stay in total. Not super tidy clean kitchen and showers. Breakfast is poor :)

Well located and with a reasonable price. Clean rooms and bathrooms. There's no TV, but the WiFi is very strong and fast. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is just continental, but better than the usual in a youth hostel!

Spartan rooms, without any decoration, just the small individual beds. It wouldn't be hard or expensive to have a rug or hang something on the wall like a simple poster...

Simply the best.

It´s a pleasure place close to airport, metro, train and Parque das Nacoes. It´s simply, comfort and nice personal. Breakfast is good, but simply again.

I know this accommodation for 20 years. It´s so good, simply and best for this price.

Nice hostel close to Oriente

Good classic breakfast. The hostel is a bit noisier, but luckily the neighbors were quiet too.

There was nothing in the bathroom or it didn't work as it should. But a skilled repairman can handle it.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice and clean rooms. A good value for money.

Clean rooms, good WIFI and very helpful staff. I will visit again.

I would have preferred some eggs for breakfast, but that's just me.

Good place to sleep after a long trip!

Nice staff, clean room, good free breakfast, and a good location near a train station for an unbeatable price. The amenities are very basic. It was a good place to rest for a night before heading onto our next destination.

Staying in a room near the elevator was pretty annoying because of the beeping noise. WIFI did not reach our room on the 2nd floor.
