With Privato, I liked the attentiveness and helpfulness of their staff. I also liked the food that was served on New Year’s eve. Most of all, the pool amenities that we enjoyed.
Only that there was no restaurant inside serving ala carte food

I stayed two nights for a business trip.
The rooms were not properly cleaned, there was a lot of old dust. I am allergical to it and I had to take medication. The bathroom carpet was stained and white towels were grey. Air conditioning was noisy and smelly.
Most of the power sockets were half broken.
The breakfast was simply awful. You do not have a choice, they bring you a plate of microwaved horrible food.
The staff was kind, but I would never go back nor recommend this hotel.

The room was nice and spacious, the view was awesome, the WiFi was great, the A/C worked well. All in all a very good room. The neighborhood also seemed nice, there is a 7 Eleven and a bunch of restaurants nearby.
There was quite a bit of noise from the hallway. The staff used walkie-talkies to communicate which was rather loud.
The bathroom had see-through doors which created some interesting experiences. The drain in the shower was almost clogged, so there was a lot of water on the floor.
It wasn't possible for us to have a late check-out due to hotel policies, so we needed to book another night in order to stay.

On a one night stay over.
Access is easy. Staff are friendly. Room was comfortable and view was excellent (my baby daughter spent ages looking down on the city watch the world go by). Beds were very comfortable. Parking was free and easy to get from parking to room via lifts. Security very good. It was New Years Eve and views of fireworks ftom the room and roof area very memorable. Small pool are on roof was nice.
Only negative points were. The TV had a banner going accross it which IT and maintenence couldn't fix making watching TV very annoying. There was no food options in hotel which I thought was very bad force hotel in peak season and new year.

The staff was very friendly! The hotel is situated near so many restaurants, so there's a lot to choose from in terms of meal options! The room was clean, and the beds were very comfy.
The Smart TV's Youtube and mirror screening were very slow, even after asking one of the staff to reset the internet for the room (which is built into the TV). The breakfasts were just okay.

I like the location of the Hotel. The staff were all very accommodating and helpful. The room service was quick to respond.
I remember the original name of the hotel ( I think it was Merchant's Hotel ) The lobby was really nice and clean. It looked very well maintained and "polished". The (original) restaurant was a good place to hang out. Currently, in my opinion. I think you need to improve the hotel's lobby and over all look. In it's present state, it seems that the hotel is not well maintained.

We like that all the staff are very friendly. All of them are polite, accomodating and efficient. They're the type of employees that should be kept and valued by the company. Our overall stay in Privato was still a stay to remember since our kids enjoyed the pool. Also, the location of the hotel is very strategic and very easy to grab a cab and very near to Tomas Morato and Timog.
I'm unhappy that we only got plated breakfast since we were expecting it to be a buffet breakfast. Good thing though since upon checking in, the receptionist already told us that they no longer have buffet breakfast. For breakfast, we got menudo, scrambled eggs and 2 cups of rice and a bottle of water. It would've been better if it also came with coffee and if we were given the option to choose what to eat or have shared their menu. Another is, the wifi connection is intermittent. Lastly, the chair in Room 803 had a cigarrette burn on it. Eventhough I'm sharing these feedback, Privato is still my top choice for a quick distressing getaway.

Beds are so comfy. There's a designated parking lot for guest. Accommodating staffs.

No complaints about the room, it was clean and cozy at the same time, spacious enough to do my daily floor exercises. The rooftop pool was a bonus. I just needed to inform the staff ahead of my time of usage to avoid crowding and to follow health protocols. Appreciate the way the staff was accommodating to my requests.
Though they had a no pets policy on the premises, they were kind enough to let my maltese puppy linger in the outdoor parking area for a while. The guards on duty were reasonable and considerate of my predicament. I had my puppy stay at a pet hotel overnight.
