Causal stay with no frills. Good enough for me. Close to amenities and shopping (Magnolia Robinson).

Size of the bedroom. It is spacious.

The housekeeping was not consistent. I have to tell the housekeeping to replace the coffee / tea or to provide a floor mat near the shower, so the floor is not wet or prevent fall. I have to also remind staff to change towels. The SKY TV seems to have only CNN philippines and nothing else.

Comfort and accessibility = happy guest

Accessibility was everything! Lots of places near by and exclusive entrance to the Robinsons. And amenities were provided like body wash and shampoo so it was really helpful

It was great!

I loved the room with a queen sized bed and a single bed! We had a very comfy and restful night. And the location was awesome! The hotel is connected to the mall! Very convenient.

Great Hotel Find in New Manila Quezon City

Very conveniently located and accessible to food and groceries as it is connected to a mall. Really good value for money!

Minor stuff like bath mat missing and shower gel was not refilled upon check in. Not a deal breaker and can be fixed with a quick call to housekeeping.

this is one of my go to hotel.. their beds are really comfortable..

its connected to the mall.. everything is very accessible

some parts of the rooms needs renovation.. facilities a bit getting run down..

Clean, smells good, professional team (receptionist) working on the hotel.

1) it was mentioned on various booking apps that part of the offer is that you can check in any time but the reception says you can only check in at 14:00. 2) hallway in the 5th floor is not air conditioned. 3) room is not soundproofed; you can hear people’s footstep or if someone is giggling/talking from the outside.

Cosy rooms beside a mall

The location was quite convenient since I picked the hotel based on the proximity to a church. The room was nice and clean and I was able to change on the day to a different one closer to my cousins since they had room. There is a door which connects the hotel to the mall. There are quite a few eateries nearby. You are able to get free day parking for the mall, just register with reception.

There was no bottled water in the rooms but there was a water dispenser by the elevator. There weren't any other amenities other than the rooms. The door to the mall is very easy to miss.

The hotel location is great, has access to the mall which has everything you need. The room was spacious and clean, staff are accommodating. Most of all, the price was amazing. i’ll stay here again in my future trips to Manila.

My Stay is overall AWESOME & exceeded my expectation, but lacking my room before checkout is bad..

Everything in the hotel is awesome, but yesterday, 1 hour before i checked out, i informed the front desk NAME QUINO, we will just buy lunch & return before our the 12am chechout. When we returned at 11:30am, our room is already locked. Twice I go downed ( 5th flr to Ground Flr). I inforned Quino, but still the Card Keys he gave, still not opened my room. The Hotel is highly recommended by my Boss at Insular Life. This made me so DISGUSTED😰😡bec. Of this irresponsible front desk Quino. Hope this will not happened again...

Everything was ok, room was spacious which is nice, bed is big as well, aircon is cool. Breakfast is ok, it's not fancy but it has salad, main dish, brewed coffee, some fruits.

Their shower was really bad. The room we stayed, didn't have any glass partition in shower or shower enclosure, instead it has this shower curtain which is a foot or a foot and a half short so when someone showered, water is all over the bathroom. I went in cause my husband said there was no soap, when I came out, I slid because feet was wet and slid all the way like DARNA! i had a bruised arm from the fall, really so upsetting!

Almost all electrical sockets are already loose that need to be replaced. Fire hazard... Should have an extra mat or foot towels for the bathroom for slip prevention and unexpected accident due to slippery flooring after taking a bath.
