The 3minutes alarm at 01:59am ruined the whole night , made me nervous and lead to stomachache and sleepless for the whole night.

The room was clean and furniture was new
I had to ask for slippers, tooth brush, electrical plug. They were not available in the room.

Hotel was clean and comfy enough.
We stayed there with my uncle for a night, everything started very good as front desk lady was very helpful and smiley, next day, after one hour we checked out, we realised that we left our rain coat at the wardrobe in the room (107) then we called back to ask about it but they said nothing there, then after a few hours we called again and same answer, then in the evening we went back to the hotel then front desk lady called someone and she said they have our rain coat. Then why didnt you call us, I asked. The answer was bla bla bla.. Very disappointed and not coming back for sure. No attention after customer leaves the hotel.

My room was expensive but it had a terrace to sit on which was pleasant when it was dry.
Items in my room were broken. After reporting it too the staff for the third time I decided just to buy my own but I couldn't take them on the plane home which was an added expense. I also had a disappointing experience at breakfast when I asked the chef several times if I could have a cheese omelette and he kept assuring me that he was making it next. He kept doing this over and over whilst making omelettes and eggs for quests who arrived after me and eventually the kitchen closed and I didn't get one. It put me off and I decided not to go for breakfast after that but on checking out I was still charged for all the breakfast including those that I did not attend. Hopefully the other guests who are clearly more important than me enjoyed the extra food and will enjoy the broken items in the room which I paid to replace.

Renaissance Republique Hotel is quite modern on the inside, the rooms are beautiful and the service is great.
The hotel is meters away from multiple Metro stops. It has wonderful access via Metro, walking, biking to great restaurants. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Every restaurant they recommended was truly fantastic. I loved that it wasn't in a super touristy area, as a result I think we had a true Parisienne experience.

The stuff at the hotel all helpful
That’s my flight was 21:00 and I ask for late check out and not accept only till 13:00 which is too early so I till them I will pay 3 hours for the room even not accept and they say we don’t have availability the one hour later I go back and I till them I will pay for one more night more and direct say ok ?!! I thought at the beginning they said no have availability how come when I say one more night they have availability I will not come back to this hotel again after treating like that and also they charge me for the first day breakfast and I was even not pay yet for the hotel so one day I don’t go and they charge me for it I come out from the hotel and I feel so bad I will never recommend this hotel to anyone of my friends.

This is a relatively new hotel by Republique. It is close to most of the well known attractions and a Metro entrance very close by. The room was a good size which overlooked a beautiful internal garden. The room has a window that could be opened which allowed ventilation other than aircon. Whilst being on a busy street the room was very quiet. Breakfast was good and the staff always very pleasant.
Just minor things needed a greater level of detail needed which was disappointing for a 5 star establishment. The cleaning staff never checked the bath gel etc meaning a couple of times we needed to leave a message. The small bar of handsoap was never replaced during the 10 days we stayed at the hotel. The cleaners need to be a little more careful with overall room cleaning as area beneath the bed was covered in dust which may be problematic for anyone who has allergies.

Nice decoration, friendly and understanding staff
Air-conditioning didn’t work in the hotel rooms in July. They informed us about this issue after the chreck-in and payment. We asked some discount and they provided 50 % off.

Nice hotel. Nice staff.
It's not cheap.
