Lovely property with beautiful decorations, outdoor BBQ area, and close to town. Comfortable, clean, and well-appointed home. Excellent communication and easy check-in process. Would highly recommend.

We loved this place. Will definitely book it again, we have already let friends know about it. There is a connected town house next door too so we are hoping to get a group of us to go next time. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Beautiful, clean comfortable house!

Beautifully appointed home, with stylish fittings - exactly as you see in the photos. Excellent communications and easy check-in process. It could be a bit cleaner - we found a lot of dust and cobwebs. And the rug in the living room - although beautiful - probably should be replaced because the rolled edge is a trip hazard. Note also that while the property is lovely and is set in a nice street, it is not located in the "Paris" end of Orange. It is close to the main highway so the walk into town is charmless.

Property was well appointed and comfortable. Two things to keep in mind: dinner plates don’t fit in the dishwasher and when we stayed the outside garbage bin was pretty full and did smell. Didn’t help that it was high summer and the day before bin collection.
Otherwise would recommend the spot for a family of 3-4. It’s all double beds and a roll out. We were a family of six and the kids are two grown up to share a bed. So we had one on the couch and one on the roll away.

I've been staying in Orange for the past 6 months and the Edward street properties are excellent - great location, facilities and beds are also great. These feel like home and make it enjoyable when working away from home.

cosy cottage experience.
Had a 2 night stay in winter. Heating in house was welcomed and necessary. Bed very comfy and linen excellent. Some stays supply thin useless toilet paper but not here. If in Orange again I’d love to stay here again.

Great location, close to town
The location to town is great. Short walk to great gin Bar, Charred restaurant and easy walk into town.
Amenities are a little basic for price, the periodic property has charm and great for entertaining but did suffer from damp.

Lovely townhouse which had all that we required. Loved that friends and family can book next door and because there is a gate we can meet up through the backyard.

I first saw 155 Edward St online and was impressed by its photos, the listing of all items available and the property's close proximity to the city. In the photos the property looked in better condition, the paintwork looked fresh and the hall flooring looked totally intact. Your reviews from recent visitors tell of a townhouse which was excellently presented but this was at odds with what we found. The skirting boards and window ledges weren't cleaned and were the result of condensation from colder times mixing with dirt. I'm sure your cleaners are cleaning the above with suction, however, I think that the grime has accumulated overa number of the years and needs a more thorough approach. There was also this same residue on some powerpoints eg metal pipe running from cupboard to power point. Some of the furniture is in need of repairs (no handles on cupboards in bedroom) and a few items could do with some tlc. We were concerned with the lack of space between the bed and fire place in the bedroom nearest the kitchen. My husband commented that if someone was to get out of bed on the side near the mantlepiece during the night, they would have to be really careful not to knock their head on the mantlepiece as they stood up.Another safety issue was that the rug in the family/kitchen room curled upwards on one side quite sigificantly making it easy for someone to trip over it. The townhouse is styled very attractively but overall the property was not up to a luxury standard. It definitely needs new paintwork and the two safety issues I mentioned should be addressed. Your cleaners are doing an acceptable job and shouldn't be blamed for the the issues I have raised in my review.
