Enjoy this spacious open planned living, kitchen & dining of a renovated home in a quiet heritage street of Orange.
This renovated home is impeccably presented with stylish furnishings, open plan kitchen, living and dining a making for the perfect entertaining area for our guests.
In winter months relax in front of the cosy log fire as well as ducted gas heating throughout. Note: The fireplace door does get hot and is easily accessible to children therefore needing constant supervision at all times.
In the summer months, enjoy the open plan indoor/outdoor entertaining areas while watching the children play in the backyard. Or close the doors and enjoy the reverse cycle air conditioning making it a relaxing cool space on those hot summer days. Note: The central heating in the bedrooms is just HEAT. Not cool. Reverse cycle is for kitchen/lounge/living, not bedrooms. Standing fans are placed in each bedroom.
Light filled, renovated 3 bedroom home with 2 x Queen bed's and a 1 x King in the Master bedroom with adjoining ensuite.
The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay including linen, blankets & towels, also including Nespresso coffee machine and pods!
The fully fenced garden offers peace & quiet and is ideal for well behaved dogs and children. We ask that if you do bring your dog, that they do not enter the bedrooms or study and stay off the carpet in the home.

A beautiful house in a central location. We enjoyed wines by the fire and the backyard was perfect for our 2 year old. The house was very clean and we highly recommend this place. Nicole and Ian were great hosts and very quick with communication and answering any questions. We will be back!

My family just spent two nights at this fabulous property in Orange. The fire was going on arrival which was very welcoming as were the hosts Nic and Ian and the free bottle of local wine. The pictures don't lie. This place is well worth a visit. We will definitely stay here again when in Orange. Thanks, Adam and Liz

We had a fabulous stay at this property. We were in Orange for the Forage festival. The house was very comfortable and we found everything to be of a high quality.
Only issue was the Wifi wasn't working, hopefully it gets sorted out for the next guests.
We definitely would be keen to stay at this property again when traveling to Orange.

This was our second stay in this expansive and well-situated property, and we look forward to visiting again!
The afternoon we arrived in Orange was cold (despite being summer) and the house was toasty warm in no time. The days that followed were a usual central west NSW summer temperature but there was no need for the airconditioning to cool it, as the house is well insulated.
I have more details in my previous review last January, and nothing has changed - it's still spot on!

Lovely home in a fabulous location!
The home was perfect for our group of 3 couples. The layout was great, fireplace, plenty of wood, and a private level yard. The only downside was the cleanliness of the kitchen, of which, the Host was most apologetic. Overall a great gem, and that aside we’d stay again.

Perfect location. Convenient for the orange centre, cafes and restaurants. Great entertaining areas. Bbq and fireplace made for the right balance of comforts and options to add that bit extra. Comfortable beds and all the amenities. Highly recommend and will stay again if back in the area

Great family home in beautiful Orange
This is the second time we have stayed here and this stay was just as good as the first one. The property is ideally situated, with just a short walk into the centre of town and beautiful parks very close by. The house is modern and well-appointed and is perfect for families, with a large living area and a lovely garden. Our family of six, (plus dog) really enjoys staying here and I’m sure we will be back again soon!

Perfect spot in town
The location was exactly what we were after, and we really enjoyed our morning walks through Cook Park. The house itself is accurately represented in the photos, with modern stylish furnishings and bathrooms. We loved the outdoor entertaining space, as well as the open plan kitchen and lounge. Showers were great and beds comfortable. Really appreciated the welcome gift of a bottle of local wine, and the hosts make sure that you have everything you need in the kitchen. Would love to stay again!

The property was absolutely delightful - definitely coming back!
Everything we needed was on hand. Beds were comfortable and the backyard was perfect for the 3 dogs. Well decorated and maintained property perfectly situated in a quiet street but close enough to the main streets. The only improvement I could think of would be to get a Dyson stick vacuum cleaner put into the study or laundry.

The location is also perfect, far enough away from the busy CBD but close enough to walk everywhere.

Excellent property!
What a great weekend we had in this gorgeous property. Pictures are exactly as is. Backyard is full enclosed so our pooch was safe & sound. Beds were excellent, great bathrooms and the house was very warm. Very well located, right near a gorgeous park and 10-15 mins walk to shops & eating places. Probably could be cleaner, but we would absolutely stay again. Loved it!

Great house in a great location
A lovely home to stay in with everything you could possibly want. Very family and dog friendly. Fantastic location in that it was so central and incredibly close to shops, cafes, restaurants and sights. We loved walking up to Cook park a couple of times a day enjoying the autumn trees and colours that make the park so incredibly beautiful. Orange is a fantastic place to visit and this house is the ideal location with all the comforts to make it a memorable stay.

Great property, disappointed that no shampoo and shower gel provided. The house was not very clean
The property was not cleaned properly. some glasses in the kitchen were not properly as well as the floor under the lounges. In saying this it was overall a great property and great location.

Set among the Vineyards
This is a 5 Star property and support by a 5Star owner who is incredibly helpful and provided quick feedback. It was brilliant to arrive in Orange and upon entering the house to find a lovely bottle and of local wine. My mini schnauzer enjoyed a safe and secure back garden. We will be back. Highly recommended

We found Home on Clinton a great place to stay. Lovely street walking distance from parks, shops and cafes. Everything you needed was available. Very handy having the laundry for our 2 week stay. Backyard enclosed, large and private perfect for our dogs.

Cutie on Clinton
We have just returned from 5 days stay at this beautifully renovated property on Clinton. We found the house to be above our expectations for space and modern facilities and with a fantastic backyard for our furbabies to romp in. There was a bottle of locally produced Moscato left for us to enjoy and plenty of "the basics" in the pantry for us to use.
The huge kitchen and large family room provided us all with plenty of space to spread out, read, watch tv, cook or open a bottle of one of the local brews to enjoy after a big day on the gourmet trail. We discovered that grass in Orange grows quickly with all the rain the locals have been experiencing and initially thought that the yard had been overlooked for maintenance. However, after a walk-about through the local streets, its obvious that this is no dust bowl of a city. Situated very close to Cook Park and the main shopping drag, without the noise of a Sydney suburb, our stay was everything we could have wanted and more. Comfy beds, air-con for heating and cooling as well as being tastefully renovated and with great water pressure in the shower, the new laundry and appliances were great to use after a rather soggy visit to a local winery left our clothing splashed with mud. Our only complaint was the bbq - which may have been overlooked by the cleaner on the clean up after previous guests have vacated the property. The owners do ask visitors to clean the bbq after they use it so someone is not fulfilling this request but the cleaner should be checking this as it is listed in the amenities and we expected it would be cleaner than we found it. We really felt at home and very happy with this Stay property and look forward to returning again to visit more of the local wineries and providores and heading "home" afterwards to our Clinton Cutie.

Wow! what a great play to stay
Just what we wanted . Home away from home .
Comfortable clean and everything you need that makes you feel as if you have lived in Orange forever.
Who needs boutique hotels when you can sit back relax and either phone for takeout or make a gourmet meal yourself. We hit Harris farm and cooked up a slap up meal while we waited for all to get to Orange .
Location is fabulous. Managed to do a couple of wine tastings come back home for a sandwich and lie down and then do a couple more in the afternoon .
Played golf at Duntryleague that’s the owner recommended. Lovely course and 2 mins for the house .
Just a really great weekend at a lovely house . Will be back .
