Good location. Did the job for a bed for the night.
Good location. Close to bus route
It was just a bit old and tired.

Overpriced forcthe standard of maintenance. Hopefully more frequent checks will easily fix this.
Clean, comfortable
Poor maintenance. 2 lights not working and kitchen and bathroom were not great.

Perfect base on Waiheke Island for groups of friends or families
Brilliant location, easy enough to get to, very central for a number of beaches which can be walked to and vineyards. Large bright spacious cottages which were well stocked with plates/cutlery etc. Less than a 5 min walk to a large Countdown and some takeaways. Great base for a trip to Waiheke
- There were some ants in the kitchen so you had to be careful with food etc. - Slightly dated in areas but didn't bother us at all.

One night
Staff and location.
Everything else. Room was not up to par, photos are pretty misleading. Carpet heavily stained and beds not firm. It is very low budget and prices need to match. Shower falling apart and no space for clothes to be hung as there are no cupboards.

Very basic accommodation
Good location, on bus route.
Dated motel units. Cold with no spare blankets.

Very good
the unit was clean, the bed comfy and it had lovely morning sun and an interlocking cane and glass table and chairs which I found quite charming. I’d stay there again.
