Very good

Everything was great; however I feel that the cleaning staff could be better. My check in time was at 3pm but the rooms still was ready. I got there early and check in but once I made it to the room it was very nasty both of my rooms. I waited in the hallway until they were cleaned.

no one greets you when you walk in, not friendly , they say no smoking but you can smell the smoke in the room and people smoking weed and it was coming into our room through the vent system. ONLY hand towels in the bathroom to dry off with after a shower

Disappointing

I loved how accommodating the lady at the front desk was. That was the only thing that was good this time. The only issue I have with her is she said she would comp our stay due to the hassle but hasn't yet.

Well I didn't like the fact that we had to swap to 3 different rooms. The first room had bed bugs, the second room wasn't clean ( it had grease spots all over the mirrors right above the bed where someone had their head propped up on it, the beds was poorly made, and tv was still on.), and lastly the third room was ok ( except it smelled like cinnamon and I'm highly allergic to cinnamon).

This is a classic “You get what you pay for.” The property was clean, yet outdated

The property was easy to find, especially later into the evening.

While clean, the facility was clearly outdated. The large mirror on the entire wall was… an interesting stylistic choice. The woman who took my call was a bit confusing and talked me in circles, but we were able to function just fine.

A peaceful place with supreme comfort , cleanliness, hospitality for a very great value

I like the nice and very friendly front desk workers, the cleaning ladies, and the breakfast was phenomenal hot eggs , Bacon, biscuits and gravy and a waffle maker it was the best hotel I e stayed at for such a great valued price the only thing I didn't like was the dark blue walls but the beds are very soft and clean and the so are the bathroom towels and just everything was very clean nice and neat id prefer this one to all my friends and family.

The only thing I didn't like was the dark blue walls they had painted in the rooms but everything else was very nice and very comfortable.

Very cheap breakfast when you have everyone use the same gallon on milk that's been there for days. Cheap cereal in the dispenser and very cheap cutlery. Hair on the pillows & under the sheets, on the bathroom floor and in the sink.

Great stay inexpensive rates very friendly staff and once again the breakfast was awesome

I loved the breakfast the waffle maker and cereal. As well as the orange juice and apple juice also tasted very fresh 👍🙂

Not so great

The staff was very friendly and the location was perfect for what we needed.

The room was out dated. Carpet is not in good shape. Stains on the ceiling. Bathtub needed a good cleaning.

Awful

Bed was clean.

First room I checked into had a broken security bar. Second room the doorframe pulled back and allowed the door to open despite the bar. Had to pay an extra $20 to get a room I could properly secure because there were no other single rooms available. None of the drawers in the room opened. The shower curtain was secured to the wall with a plastic bag. The bottom door hinge in the bathroom looked like someone had fallen into it, complete with apparent bloodsplatter.

filthy, uncleaned dirty beds, bathroom disgusting smelled like stale smoke and old bad food, worse hotel I’ve ever tried to stay in, had to change room second no better, cable box wouldn’t work, makeup and dirt and hair on comforter, mold in commode , list goes on …

The location was good. The staff was friendly.

I didnt like the smell of cigarettes when the elevator doors opened on the floor that I stayed on. Especially, when i got a non smoking room. I didnt like the fact that I had to use my flashlight from my phone when I entered the room bc the main light wasn't working. The floors were nasty in the hallway and in my room. They didnt appear to be vacuumed at all.
