Schönes Hotel

Die Unterkunft war sauber und gepflegt. Der Pool ist sehr schön und sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück fanden wir auch gut.

Die Möbel im Zimmer wirken schon recht alt. Es gab kaum Ablagemöglickeiten im Bad.

albergo in posizione buona (vicinissimo alla navetta per il centro), confortevole

classica colazione continentale, menù delle cene buono (strizza l'occhio alla maggiornanza degli ospiti che sono tedeschi), si potrebbe magari personalizzare per i bambini, La piscina non l'abbiamo utilizzata per la temperatura esterna(tempo sfortunato)

se vogliamo trovare delle pecche, possiamo dire che tra gli ascensori e le camere ci sono quei 4 scalini che se si ha un passeggino o qualcosa da "tirare/spingere", risultano fastidiose. é pur vero che viene offerto il servizio di aiuto con i bagagli. altra cosa, ma questa è veramente specializzata come osservazione, è che la mezza pensione comprende 4 portate a cena: se si hanno bambini la storia diventa lunga. Anche in questo caso non lo prescrive il medico di ordinare sempre tutto (seppur già pagato)

Bella struttura, parcheggio gratuito a disposizione. Camera discretamente spaziosa, ci è stato dato un upgrade con una camera con terrazzino e vista lago. Personale gentile e disponibile. Bei servizi a disposizione degli ospiti (piscina con telo mare incluso, biciclette a noleggio, spa). Ristorante curato, abbiamo optato per la mezza pensione. Colazione abbondante sia dolce che salata.

Comfortable and welcoming in good location

Staff were really friendly and welcoming. Breakfast had a great selection and was all fresh.

The rooms were very hot and the air con was off. We opened a window but this let in a handful of mosquitoes.

We had a wonderful time and will recommend to friends. We are planning to return.

The assistance and warm welcome offered by Reception and hospitality team. The restaurant and bar staff were very friendly and helpful. It was my birthday during our stay and the restaurant team presented a desert of tiramisu plus lit candle as a special surprise. Thank you so much🙏 The reception team had organised a private taxi for pick up and departure to Verona airport by negotiation with us at the time of booking our holiday. The taxi firm was very professional with new vehicles and friendly drivers. Our arrival flight had been delayed and we were anxious that the taxi would have left by the time we landed, but the flight had been tracked by our driver and despite the delay he was very welcoming and professional.

The formal reception area is very attractive but was utilised by Group bookings, presumably for info and welcome. Possible alternative would be the lounge for such briefings. It seemed to be under utilised, with only my husband and I sitting in it during the whole week of our stay. May I also suggest, more attractive soft lighting in this area to make it more welcoming. The seating was very comfortable but it could be made a little more attractive with minimal attention.

Pool & jacuzzi, comfy rooms, most of staff are friendly.

There are stairs in the floors, which does not make it easy for buggies/wheel chair. Restaurant of the hotel is terrible!

the place is so quiet and good, excellent breakfast, excellent pool, staff in the restaurant was so nice, really good noise insulation in the whole hotel

we arrived in 40 min earlier and were waiting our room in the sofa without any water in 36 degree

overall I was satisfied with the hotel

it was very clean & tidy. The breakfast buffet was very good. The bar prices were reasonable

When we arrived we were given a list of “do’s and dont’s” about the pool area None of which were adhered to. I also didn’t like the pool not being opened until 9.30am
