Excelente ubicacion

Las habitaciones son amplias y comodas. El desayuno muy completo y variado, tenia desde fruta hasta cosas dulces. Se realizo siempre la limpieza de la habitacion. Excelente ubicacion lo mejor del hotel, queda cerca de ipanema y de los bares de copacabana, super seguro!

Lo unico malo si se puede decir es que el aire acondicionado es de los antiguos, por lo cual esta en la pared. El que duerme de ese lado le da directo pero nada que no pueda regularse.

Very good choice

Very spacious rooms, great breakfast, the location is also perfect between copacabana and ipanema. We were lucky our room was ready very early so the staff was very nice to allow us an early check in. We enjoyed our stay

We had an issue in the hotel (no water in the morning) but it was solved when we came back - for the rest the hotel is perfect.

Location is ideal.

First of all the hotel didn't give us the chance of free cancellation within 7 days of booking which is mandatory by the Brazilian government. They charged Even before we reached. The reception staff was not courteous. Too much rush in the hotel due to which service is poor. They charged us Even for boiling a cup of water😐. Beds were not comfortable. All in all I would say it's not the value for money.

The only nice thing was the Help i got from the reception. Otherwise I wouldnt recommend this Hotel.

spacious room with smart tv perfect location on Copacabana beach very good breakfast good wifi. They offer you towels and umbrella for the beach!

very old and extremely noisy AC that needs to be changed with new models. When we first turn on the tap the water was a bit coloured but fixed when we let it run a little. one day later there was a water shortage for a little time due I guess to reparation of the pipes. So I assume that there is a water problem... And room cleaning takes a little time to come

Disappointment, great pizza robbery!

The location and food

Unfortunately a big take away pizza we purchased nearby dissappeared from the room while we were out for a few minutes. One of the receptionists in the last day of our stay was rude and told me that he had too much work to help me with my car rental. The rest of the staff were very helpful. For these issues I asked for the manager and he/shevwas never available. I left my contact details but so far, no comunicaron.

the hotel met our expectations, my friend and I had a great time.

location is great, near Copacabana Beach, Arpoador and Ipanema; grocery store nearby and good restaurants; very close to Confeitaria Colombo; the room had a good size for two people; breakfast was amazing.

the bathroom had a leaking sink, it’s door would not close unless it was locked and the fan had a loud noise.

Breakfast was so tasty! Staff were friendly and helpful. I was able to burrow a parasol for the beach. Bed was comfortable and clean. Great location for Copacabana beach.

Air conditioning unit was so loud. The windows were unsafe.

Great stay overall. Don’t miss this hotel if you’re coming to Rio.

It is one of the best location in Capabacana and a great value for money. The breakfast buffet was excellent and fresh. My room was clean and spacious with a little minor observation to the noisy air conditioning system. It can get really annoying when it’s time to sleep. The TV got a great range of private channels available.

I found some of the staff at the reception very unpleasant to deal with. I dealt with a young lady this Sunday afternoon 29/5/22 and she wasn’t mannered enough neither flexible to sort out a small issue in regards to the consumption in my room. It’s fair enough that she may be only following internal procedures but that is why places as subs as hotels have managers around to be called in she didn’t. I found it very rude and it may help to ruin their reputation.
