I had a comfortable one-night stay, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. I would love to return and see

A fantastic building with great potential, featuring very spacious rooms. The 360-degree views surrounding the hotel are breathtaking.

The hotel isn’t fully utilizing its potential. The rooftop area is poorly maintained, with some broken chairs, though it has enormous promise. They could enhance the space by adding comfortable seating and an outdoor bar, allowing guests to enjoy breakfast or evening drinks with a view. The rooms are spacious, but the bathroom could use some attention. The floors are a bit noisy, as I could hear other guests walking in their rooms. The interior design also needs an update to make the space feel cozier and more inviting.

Le personnel est agréable, les chambres sont spacieuse avec l'équipement minimum nécessaire. Il y a des belles vues des différentes terrasses et restaurant qui surplombe la ville.

Petit bémol concernant les ascenseurs assez vieux ainsi que l'espace petit déjeuner assez petit.

Camera grande con letti grandi e comodi, silenziosa. Bellissima vista ma discesa per il garage troppo ripida

Struttura datata, da ristrutturare, parquet vecchio a tratti sollevato. Pavimento della doccia consumato, tende sporche, capelli sulle lenzuola. Terrazzo sporco con tavolino distrutto 4 stelle ma non più tale

Wonderful view

The view is stunning. Room is spacious and has everything you need plus a balcony to step out on. Breakfast was ample and a fair price, and you could get coffee or tea any time of day, with no charge. The staff was wonderful, and very helpful, giving a little history of Setubal and recommending restaurants. Parking underneath was easy. If you wanted, you could walk down the hill to the center ~ about 15-20 minutes.

The only thing that was a little funny was a certain smell, not sure what it was. But opening the slider to the balcony took care of it.

Tento ficar neste hotel sempre que estou a trabalho nesta zona. Adoro o hotel e o espaço do quartos.

a zona de pequeno almoço, e o acompanhamento do pessoal é um pouco fraco. Deviam investir um pouco mais nesta parte, tendo em conta o valor cobrado e o serviço prestado, não estão equilibrados.

Never Again!!

Spacious. The staff. Otherwise nothing; this product lets the staff down. The senior management should be ashamed. I’ve stayed in 3 B&B Hotels in the Lisbon area - the other two are great.

Everything: it’s a doss house! The wall paper off the walls. My room was nothing like the photos. NO water or glasses in the room. The fridge didn’t get cold. The auctioning didn’t work. Great deck, great views but No pool, NO bar, NO restaurant. Coffee on all day but the machine was filthy - I wouldn’t use it. The breakfast area was also filthy.

Nice rooms not enough facilities

I liked the size of the bed and it was not two separate ones put together it was a large whole one. The view was lovely too.

I didn't like the fact there was no bar or even a snack bar for the afternoon/ evenings. The staff didn't give us the right information regarding laundry either which was slightly frustrating. I think considering that they only do breakfast there should be more options. Beans, mushrooms, smoked salmon and different varieties of eggs.b

its a little bit outdated, broken tiles in bathroom, mold in batthroom. it needs a renovation or lower price. also we needed to pay full price for childrens and full price for childrens breakfast

Superb

Stayed one night with my girlfriend on her birthday. The room was beautiful with a nice view and very comfortable big bed. Plus with a bathtub and great view.

It was a bit far from restaurants if you are walking, and the restaurant at the hotel was closed.

the location is perfect and the city and river view. just perfect.

there is a lot of maintenance to be done. things that are broken and have not been fixed, the garden around not properly maintained, the elevators that work very weird until the last day one was broken.

Good value and good base for exploring the area

The room was enormous with a large balcony that overlooked the beautiful town of Setubal and over the water to the Troia peninsular. We were very comfortable and out of season the hotel was not at all busy. There is a very large terrace on the roof, also with spectacular views. The breakfast was adequate and included in the overall price and this was very good value.

There isn't a restaurant but being out of season we wouldn't expect this.

Overrated and Under staffed...

The room was very spacious although the decor and furnishings were generally a bit tired. Nice views from the balcony overlooking Setubal and Tróia. Cleanliness was good.

Breakfast was terrible. Severely lacking in selection. Coffee was the worst I have tasted in any hotel worldwide. Orange juice, when available, was watered down and tasteless. Very few staff on hand and next to no replenishment of food items, milk etc. Lighting throughout hotel interior facilities e.g. toilets was poor to non existent. Bar area looked very unwelcoming and was usually closed. Room was cleaned at random times throughout the day and usually at the most inconvenient time i.e. 4 - 6 pm. Definitely wouldn't rate as 4 star. I have stayed in several 3 star establishments which have been far better overall. Definitely wouldn't stay there again or recommend....

The room is spacious, spotlessly clean and grand. The balcony was such a wonderful bonus with the views onto the city below. Very welcoming and enchanting architecture.

Beautiful views from the room, the terrace at the top was stunning. I would stay again.

The view was great, the size of the room and bathroom werw also great, we could fit our bikes without compromising on space.

We couldn't work the TV. Also breakfast wasn't included and would have to pay an extra 10 or 12 euros to include it on top of what we already had paid, did not feel that was reasonable. And payment 10 euros for the dog? We brought our own dog bed and bowls, so didn't see why i had to pay more? I would understand a separate refundable deposit in case there was damage,
