Location, comfort and quality.

Great position. Beautiful room. Comfortable bed. Lovely towels in gorgeous bathroom. Balcony with amazing views. Very good breakfast. Pleasant and helpful staff.

Nothing I didn’t like just a couple of ‘personal taste’ comments. I like a bath. Similarly a kettle in the room to make an early morning cup of tea would be a wonderful extra.

I wouldn't stay again here

Parking

The room was much smaller than advertised in the pictures, too small even for one, and the hotel itself seen better times, breakfast was poor and not good, closer to the end of the time when they served it - it was messy on the food tables, staff was loudly arguing. There is a view from a rooftop, but it doesn't beat all the negative points about the hotel. I paid double to stay at this hotel to have better accommodation and ambiance, but ended up here, spoiling my visit to Coimbra. I'm not sure how previous guests rated it so highly.

Zimmer klein und laut, Personal, Terasse aber top

Die Dachterasse ist wirklich bezaubernd und das Personal wahnsinnig aufmerksam und hilfsbereit, hier ein riesiges Lob! Parkplätze im Parkhaus auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite sind inklusive, was sehr angenehm ist. Die Lage ist so, dass alles fußläufig erreichbar ist wenn man gut zu Fuß ist (steile kopfsteinpflastergässchen)

Zimmer sehr klein. Straßenlärm sehr laut. Stolperstufe im Badezimmer. Preis für dieses Zimmer zu hoch

situacion y sobre todo la amabilidad y consejos para cenar del personal. Facil de llegar y con el garaje enfrente muy comodo.

solo quedaba una habitacion de 2 camas , reservamos muy tarde ; pero buen desayuno y un restaurante bonito con vistas y una gran terraza para ver los tejados de Coimbra de noche.

Excellent service and location.

The location was great. It was an easy to moderate walk up to the university. Great views and wonderful breakfast. The staff was exceptional with giving us directions and providing wonderful service. I would stay there again.

Best place to stay in Coimbra!

Everything about this place is fantastic. Price. Value. Location. Staff. Rooftop! If you don’t show up to Coimbra with a plan, no problem. The front desk staff will set you up with an “itinerary” and a list of things to do. The 5th floor room with balcony and city view is more than worth the cost; however, the rooftop and the spectacular city is available to all guests regardless of room type. Bonus: free parking in the nearby underground parking garage. Muito obrigado Hotel Oslo!

The room decor and layout is dated but it added to the charm of the hotel.

Amazing service and rooftop terrace views from the heart of the city

The front staff was amazing. They were 5 star+ helpful with service and trustworthiness. From local tips, to help with bookings, to returning my purse from the bar when forgotten (whoops!) Thank you so much.

Smaller rooms, but the service and rooftop terrace made up for it.

Just okay.

Location was good, with a very nice view of the city from the room and from the roof-top patio. Parking was close by. Check-in was quick and friendly. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was okay, but the same every day.

Overall, value for money was not great. The family suite felt cramped and bare bones, with only a single chair. There is no fridge, water heater or coffee machine. There were cigarette butts all over the floor of the balcony. The bathroom was tiny, and the shower head holder was broken.

Staff was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. Property was very clean.

The hotel is old and in need of updating. There was no ventilation in the bathroom. The shower was a small square reminiscent of Italy in the 1960’s. Located in a rundown area a couple of blocks from the shops and restaurants.
