I don’t recommend staying at this property

Location

Staff are very rude & not welcoming Furniture is old Not worth the value of money Check in by 3:00pm / check out by 11:00 am Outdoor pool and spa facilities only opens by 1:00 pm, which means you have to check out by then

Superb

We booked a premium room which have balcony and the view of Matterhorn. So good, never regret ! The room is cozy and the beds are comfortable. Every equipment in the room is user-friendly. The Spa isn’t too big but very clean and neat!

One of the best hotels I have stayed at. Will be back!

Breakfast was incredible. Variety of cheeses, juices, fresh fruits, fresh breads, made to order coffee and omelet. Best breakfast I have ever had!

Wonderful clean comfortable hotel .

The hotel is so comfortable and clean . The spa has recently been renovated and it is excellent. We also thought the breakfast was very good !

Epic. The city, the mountain and of course la Couronne!

Everything. from the first touch to the last. Called on the train, they had a cab waiting for us at arrival. Fast check in, rooms were ready at 9am already, even though we were supposed to check in at 16:00. They got us up the slope in no time and when we came down we got to enjoy the spa. No words, just wow. lost my key in the spa, no problem, got right back into my room. Dinner in the restaurant. Great price. Epic food. room was awesome. Not too hot as is often the case in ski resorts. Insanely comfortable bed. The breakfast was amazing. Omelet was perfect. high quality food and a stunning view of the matterhorn. Nice ski lockers - Heated gear the next morning was a win. On checkout they stored our gear and even have shower facilities so you can freshen up before the drive home. Taxi service back to the train and left with huge smiles and incredible memories

I only wish we could have stayed longer.

Amazing location and great value for dollar! Enjoy the newly built SPA :)

Availability of on-site ski ship for rentals, dedicated ski lockers per rooms and direct elevator access to street level directly across from bus stops made it a breeze to get to the lift stations! We had a great large balcony with views of Matterhorn and the city. Newly opened SPA was to die for, and pickup/drop-off from train station was included! Largely, the hotel and rooms were consistently clean :)

The floors of our room were cold, wish they had a heated floor option. Breakfast was good, but it could definitely benefit from more optionality. We booked a double bed room, but the bed was attached together despite having separate mattresses.

The hotel was in a fantastic location, walking distance to the city centre attraction. The bus stop in the front of the hotel in case you need to use it The room was so comfortable, big and it had all the amenities you need. The view from the room was spectacular I got a room with Matterhorm view. The staff was super friendly and helpful. So what else you need !! I would definitely recommend this hotel

The staff was very friendly and spoke good English. Room was big, warm and impeccably clean. Also good breakfast with vegetarian options. They can store your stuff after checkout and they offer you a shower for when you come back from the slopes.
