Overall nice and warm experience. It is not the best place to stay but definetely the location deserves a 10. Conserning

Perfect location, friendly staff

The rooms are not well cleaned. Dust is everywhere, side tables, rooms corners and no soap refills and bath amenities! At breakfast, there are flies sitting on breads and caked but no one gives attention. This was happening everyday, and i was surprised that food was exposed, not covered! Do not try bakery staff, its a hygiene issue!

Hervorragende Lage im Herzen Wiens, alles im 1. Bezirk zu Fuß gut erreichbar, großzügige Garage

Leider konnten wir auf Grund des nächtlichen Straßenlärms durch die vor Discos und Bars grölenden Menschen unser Fenster in der Nacht nicht öffnen.

Can’t wait to go back to Vienna. We plan to stay at Das Tigra again.

Very close to central Vienna, so many shops and attractions with a 15 minute walk. Decor very nice and well maintained. Best hotel bedding we have ever had.

No USB chargers in the rooms, but this would not stop us returning.

Wir kommen gerne wieder. Wien muss man gesehen haben, einfach grandios!

Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und für jeden Geschmack eine Vielzahl an Auswahl. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage war top. Wir haben alles zu Fuß besichtigen können.

Excelent breakfast and warm staff at the hotel especialy Sabri . Clean and large rooms . Good location.

There was noice outside the hotel in the morning . The lightning wasnot enough in the room.

Very good location. Breakfast was good although unable to get a soft boiled egg, all very overcooked. Stayed 4 nights, same every day.

Our room was very small, wardrobe door had to be shut to open bathroom door. Friends room was a little larger and they did not have the same problem.

Great location, friendly & accommodating staff and safe neighborhood!

It’s very close to many places that I would like to go to. Nice friendly staff, very accommodating and considerate. The room is very homey. I like that the bathroom is complete with all what we need (especially the needs of women). The bed is huge and comfortable to sleep with, enough pillows too. They have yoga mats if you wish to do your morning exercise. And there's free tea, coffee and candies all day long just when you enter the hotel.

The shower soaked the bathroom wet. Maybe there’s a little problem with how water is coming out from it. I hope that this will be addressed to right away since it reached near the hair dyer. It would also be nice if they can refill the water bottle on a daily basis. Thank you.

Expensive and unpleasant. One should look for other options.

Size of the room was good. Bed was also large.

Too expensive considering it’s standard. The man at the reception was rude and uncooperative. He would be negative about anything you ask.

The location was fantastic - ideal for the centre of the city and the opera The breakfast buffet was excellent

They say there is room service but the only food options are a toastie or a mini pizza. In my opinion it has way too many rooms to call itself a boutique hotel

Breakfast and the service was excellent, very attentive and friendly, always willing to bring you anything. There is hot water for tea and coffee in the vestibule with fruit, sweets,…. You take anything you want.
