Amplasarea hotelului, parcarea gratuita.

Camera mica în care toate scârțâiau, atitudinea personalului (diferita de cea pe care au avut-o fata de clienții vechi). Nu cred ca mai revin în aceasta locație. În poze se vede camera 6 și baia.

een heerlijke tussenstop, met een prachtige bonuswandeling naar het Schloss

Prijs kwaliteit was erg goed, de ligging uitstekend en het ontbijt eenvoudig maar goed. Vanuit de kamer was er een prachtig uitzicht op het Schloss, Ontvangst was uitermate vriendelijk, de kamer was schoon met een uiotstekende matras, , de badkamer was gedateerd meer verder prima .

Für nur eine Nacht / Wochenende, eine gute Wahl!

Die zentrale Lage ist unschlagbar. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung. Für eine Nacht vollkommen ausreichend. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich dort nicht buchen. Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und es bedarf einigen Renovierungen. Die Matratzen sind bequem.

Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein, der Holzboden sehr laut. Die Fenster sind alt und marode. Das Internet ist sehr schwach, nur in der Lobby gut. Die Toilette lief die ganze Zeit tröpfchenweise nach. Die Abflüsse müssen dringend gereinigt und freigemacht werden.

Für einen Kurzurlaub ist der Aufenthalt Okay

Die Lage des Hotels ist nicht zu übertreffen, Haus sehr in die Jahre gekommen und alles Renovierungsbedürftig. Frühstück nichts außer gewöhnliches aber ausreichend. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon, dass war natürlich sehr angenehm. Der Blick zum Schloss ist einfach unschlagbar.

Auf dem Zimmer hätten wir uns eine Minibar gewünscht, oder wenigstens einen Getränkeautomat im Hotel.

Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in perfekter Lage

Lage direkt am Fahrradweg. Fur alle Gäste nutzbarer großer Balkon mit schönem Blick auf das Schloss Neuschwanstein. Leckeres Frühstück mit sehr netter Bedienung. Preis-Leistung. Großer Aufenthaltsraum mit Fernseher.

Waschbecken im Zimmer, statt im Badezimmer. Kein Fernseher auf dem Zimmer. Kein Haartrockner.

her şey çok güzeldi, konum harikaydı, otel çok çok güzeldi. aldığımız gibi odamız Schloss Neuschwanstein manzaralıydı ve aracımız için otopark vardı. her yer tertemizdi aradığımız her şeye ulaştık. çok teşekkür ederiz.

二度と行きたくないホテル

ノイシュバンシュタイン城への最寄りバス停から、徒歩５分くらいにあること。別棟の１Fに泊ったが、部屋の窓から微妙にお城が見えたこと。

スタッフの対応が極めて悪い。１０年以上、ヨーロッパ各国を旅してきたが、ダントツで過去ワースト。まず、フロントに人が誰もいないため、チェックインはセイフティーボックスに鍵が収められている仕組みだが、私の番号のところには鍵が入っていなかった。「困ったときには電話しろ」と、電話番号が書いてあったので電話したが、出ない。留守電にメッセージを残して折り返しを待ったがない。１５分たってもまだかかってこないので、こちらから再度かけたところ、やっと出た。しかし、お詫びの一言すらなし。１０分くらいしてスタッフの一人が来たが、やはり詫びの一言もナシ。寒い中でさんざん待たせておきながら、ありえない対応。一応、こちらからも苦情を言ったが、「私は仲間から連絡が来てから５分で来た」との言い草。鍵がない不手際、寒い中、外で待たせたことに対しても、全く何も思っていないようだ。また、チェックアウト時に市税を払うようにとメール連絡があったが、朝食の際に支払うように言われた。理由をたずねると、「１０時からミーティングがあるから今払え」と。つまり、自分の都合だけを優先するホテル。部屋も朝食も特に悪いところはないが、スタッフが論外。Booking.comに対しては、チェックインの際にスタッフが対応しないことを書いていてほしかった。何かあったら電話で、というスタイルは、日本人には合わないと思う。もし泊るなら、不快な思いをする可能性があることを理解した上で泊るべき。

Great location and clean comfortable room.

Very nice breakfast with a friendly host. The breakfast area was comfortable and very well organized. a view of the Neuschwanstein castle from our breakfast table was unexpected and stunning. Parking was very convenient and the location of the the hotel is perfect for thise visiting the castle.

The room is compact but very suitable for an overnight stay.

Correspond tout à fait à nos attentes.

L'emplacement de l'Hôtel est parfait. En visuel nous avons le fameux château! Superbe vue. La chambre dans l'annexe avec sa terrasse : très bien. Nous y avons passé une nuit seulement. Le personnel très agréable, super petit déjeuner. Rien à redire.

Seulement, le code pour accès à la boite à clé que j'ai découvert à l'intérieur d'un mail ; heureusement que j'ai lu mes messages la veille... Je pense qu'un mail avec l’intitulé du genre : "Attention, ce mail contient les informations concernant l'accès à votre chambre...etc" serait le bienvenu.

Piacevolissimo hotel, la nostra camera dava su un giardinetto con vista castello, accogliente e con letto comodo, bagno piccolo ma funzionale. Buona la colazione e ottimo parcheggio interno gratuito!

It was nice.

Liked the quiet and clean rooms. We met family and it was very nice. Breakfast was great. Staff was fantastic. Shopping next door in the mall was great.

The sidewalk area around the hotel is very dirty and smells. Hosing it down every morning in the summer might help. One of the reasons I left Berlin was this dirtiness of the city it just reminded me again.

Perfect for one night and castle visit

The hotel is quite nice, in perfect position in regard of the castle. There is a nice private parking space (you need to give your plate number). Walking to castle takes about 15min. Room is ok, enough for one or two nights, it has also a small terrace. Bathroom with shower is decent. view from room is nice, but it depends wich side, we had mountan view and was nice. There are some shops and restaurants around. I would recommend it if you are going for the castle visit.

The rooms should be refurbished, all is quite outdated. Heating has manual valves to twist in order to setup the room temperature. Altough breakfast is included, is not that various, personally for us was ok but i would had appreciate some bigger selection.

Very good

Excellent location for castle access - can begin the walk up to Neuschwanstein castle from your hotel room. We enjoyed the breakfast and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. On-site parking was safe and we were glad to leave our car there for the duration of stay. Value for money.

Pillows are quite flat which was a little uncomfortable but this is a matter of preference!
