Einmal nie wider

Hier finden wir nichts gutes

Achtung park plätze hat es keine und sehr unfreuntlich wo wir gefragt haben wegen den parkpläte wurde uns gesagt es hat aber wir musten öffentlich suchen die weren dan für 3 tage 90 euro als Uns das gesagt wurde haben wir am selben tag und dazu entschiden zum abreisen geld gab es keins zurück und er lachte nur wegen den parkplätze finde es absolut daneben und ich sage nur last die finger unfreuntlich und schaden freudig hoch 10 ❗️

Запах порошка в номерах, запах лекарств и сигарет на лестничной клетке.

Bref séjour, très réussi !

L'amabilité de notre hôte, la proximité de l'hôtel avec la gare et le centre ville, la propreté impeccable, le petit déjeuner excellent.

L'emplacement au 5ème étage, avec un ascenseur d'époque (mais tout à fait opérationnel) rendait l'accès un peu compliqué mais sans gravité et même avec un certain charme.

Lo staff disponibile e ottima accoglienza. Posizione perfetta

La camera era assolutamente spartana, triste e piccola con affaccio su un cavedio usato per stendere i panni. Il prezzo di €81,00 per una cameretta minuscola mi è parso eccessivo

Superb

Absolut geniala cazarea ! Un hotel aflat fix in centrul orasului, la cca 2/3 min fata de gara , la cca 5 min fata de telecabina. Curat, frumos, dotat cu tot ce este nevoie pentru a ti face sederea ca acasa. Micul dejun variat, foarte gustos. Am avut posibilitatea de a lasa bagajele dupa check out. Foarte aproape de Portofino, am mers cu trenul cateva minute apoi am luat autobuzul din fata garii si in 25 min eram deja acolo. Recomand maxim aceasta locatie !

Tutto molto bello ma non secondo le mie esigenze.

La posizione molto vantaggiosa. Il silenzio che ha caratterizzato un riposo buono.

Le foto con la descrizione mi hanno fatto pensare ad un hotel, non una casa-alloggio con stanze adattate. Avrei preferito più precisione in modo da poter scegliere o meno il mio alloggio. Ho oltretutto avvisato che avevo un cane e quando sono arrivata nessuno sapeva nulla, e oltretutto l'ho dovuto anche lasciare in camera per la colazione. Non ero pronta a questo, di solito negli altri hotel mi hanno sempre permesso di portarlo, essendo predisposti al pet-friendly in tutta la struttura.

The lokation was exelent. The staff friendly. The breakfast was very good and the view from the breakfastroom was very beautiful and enjoyable.

The aircondition did not function well. The staff shut the AC in the morning while cleaning the room. When you arrived in the afternoon the temperature was 35 degrees and did not be normal in the whole evening.

It was fine, but wouldn't stay again

Central location, breakfast was available at the hotel but we didn't have it. They stored our luggage for a while.

The hotel was on the 5th floor of an apartment block in a shopping mall type building. The rooms were quite old fashioned and had minimal natural light as the windows were not looking to the outside of the building, but rather an inside empty space. We had to have the lights on all the time. Parts of the room were quite worn and there was an ant station in the corner- we did see about 6/7 ants in the bathroom and the room. It was fine to stay there, but overpriced for what we got and wouldn't stay again.

I like the receptionists of the evening, how was clean the room and, over all, the position!

The receptionist of the day was so serious and underline the fact that my dog barked twice the first afternoon we left him alone in the property... but if you accept pets, do you really expect that they wouldn't do any noise? The breakfast maid was so serious too. But both of them were really kind.

Exceptional

Location! 5 mins to the train station and 3 mins to the beach. The view from our triple room and breakfast room was magnificent. Good breakfast! There is an elevator to the 5th floor. Fridge, fan an a/c in the room.

The refurbished room was lovely. The offsite manager tried to be helpful with our room and key problems.

Major problems with the keys! Several times we were unable to get in the room and needed to have another tenant let us in OR we called the manager who is off site. He brought new keys and they didn't work either....very inconvenient. Strong smells from the room fresheners and/or cleaning products. We had an allergic reaction to them.

Not very peasant staff and the rooms were not more than decent. Ok location though!

The breakfast was ok! It was also close to restaurants.

The man greeting us upon arrival didn’t make us feel welcome at all, and we were not expecting the hotel to be located in a galleria. We didn’t have any view from the room at all as the windows were blurred.

Everything worked, staff very friendly, room super-clean, great shower and wifi and aircon.

Location is perfect, right in the middle of the action. Room was very clean but could EASILY accommodate a double bed. Didn't breakfast.

Bed a bit hard and a single, easily could have been a double.

amazing location

First of all, many thanks for the welcome and friendly staff(Front office and F&B). They helped us in everything. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the center of the city and walking distance to everywhere. It is also within walking distance of the parking lot and the beach. The hotel was clean but the price was high due to high season.

In the heart of Rapallo

You walk out of the hotel and you're already right in the beautiful center of Rapallo. The hotel was clean and the whole staff super friendly and helpful at all times

The location is sometimes a little noisy, e.g. on the weekends from the bar below on the Piazza
