Emplacement; confort correct, notamment insonorisation; personnel agréable, attentif, efficace = MERCI !

Breakfast was adequate. We went down a bit later and was ok good choice
The fact we had to fend for ourselves or keep asking the staff
8.0
very efficient friendly staff, good level of service from everyone
I knew there wasn’t a pool at the property but I was a little disappointed that there was nowhere to really relax. There were tables and chairs but no loungers or daybeds. Having seen how busy they were over the weekend with weddings and other celebratory events and the fact that the garden was used to its capacity for the events I can understand that they wouldn’t want guests making the place look untidy but even so a lounger or two wouldn’t have gone amiss.
8.0
Closeness to airport, general comfort, staff friendliness and facilities.
Getting lost in Malaga trying to find Hotel. Trying to park large hire car in underground car park

It was only for one night but i have to say there was nothing to like
Asked for a drink on arrival (late midnight) was said no sorry closed but we could hear beer bottles being opened and there was people in there.
Dirty towel in room didn't realise until after i used it.
Breakfast was not very good on a plus the continenal side was nice. As for the cooked asked for bacon, sausage and fried eggs the plates came out with a bang swimming in grease no bacon no reason why 2 hot dog sausages and over salted eggs you could not eat. Then the member of staff shouted no take away loudly we looked around and she was talking to my partner who was putting her bottle of water away for her meds as there was no water available. So embarrassing.
We then walked to the shop and came back and had a drink, the barman said sit around by the restaurant terrace as there was shade, so we waited there for our drinks and the same breakfast lady came and told us move you cannot sit here, we explained the situation and she just would not listen. We waited for the drinks and spoke to the barman she later apologised and said i did not understand but that wasn't the problem it was the aggressive way she spoke like we were not important.
I would never stay here again and i intend to visit this part of spain regularly.
I never complained to the hotel about any of this as i just did not feel comfortable and it was the start of my my trip.

Good value, easy check in and check out, friendly staff (allowing us to check in early), clean spacious room. Location is great - only a short drive to the airport
Airconditioning didn't work very well, it took a long time to cool down the room

The receptionist and the breakfast waiter were excellent- smiling, helpful and welcoming
The other staff were quite underwhelming in their approach to guests. Also, the rooms are minimalist and most unwelcoming

Location suited us very well as travelling to Costa de la Luz the next day & very close to the auto via.
Room size was a little small for 3 of us.
Breakfast was vg. Dinner was delicious.
Staff in restaurant were very helpful & friendly

The bed was very comfy, I especially liked the memory foam pillow. The wardrobe was spacious. It was a welcome space to rest our heads after a stressful journey. Staff we're friendly and helpful.
I found some hair that was not mine in the bed and the could hear the hand driers from the restaurant in our room. The shower was quite weak, not much pressure at all.

Fantastic service by the staff.
The room was small. The pillow in the bed was terrible. The WC - sitt-ring was loos. Only one chair in the room.
The restaurant was closed on Sunday night.
