A conveniently located hotel to access top attractions.

The hotel is ideally situated in the heart of Istanbul, just a 5-minute walk from the Grand Bazaar. With a T1 tram station right in front, guests have easy access to Istanbul's top attractions. The hotel offers a generous breakfast buffet, and there’s a cozy coffee shop on the ground floor serving Starbucks coffee. A perfect spot for exploring the city!

The hotel is located in a restricted area where only vehicles with special permission can enter. Upon arrival, we had to walk for a bit with our suitcases to reach the hotel, as our Uber taxi from the airport couldn’t access the area. However, there are Uber taxis with the necessary permission; when we needed to return to the airport, we ordered one through the app, and it arrived right at the hotel doors.

Usei o serviço de lavandería do hotel e mancharam minha camisa, não se responsabilizaram em me pagar. Funcionário da recepção me vendeu cartões de transporte muito mais caros do que realmente custam, ainda me vendeu 2 para mim e minha esposa quando nós 2 poderíamos usar somente um.

Enjoyable and relaxing.

Everything was amazing. Second time I’ve been here, and will return again. Ercan the manager again was fantastic. Always helpful. All the staff are friendly and always ready to help. The location is perfect and close by to many attractions. Omar was amazing with helping with luggage. He is also very polite and friendly.

I can’t say I disliked anything. Everything was great.

Séjour parfait

Un séjour exceptionnel, un très bon emplacement de l’hôtel, près des transports, plusieurs restaurants aux alentours et à quelques mètres des souks et magasins. L’hôtel très propre, le service parfait et un personnel très accueillant en particulier le front office manager Mr ERCAN. Je recommande cet hôtel pour tous.

Rien de positif...

Rien... Chambre petite et bruyante malgré notre demande d'avoir une chambre calme. Le tram passe devant l'hotel, les rues sont bruyantes et il n'y a pas de double vitrage. Chambre plus ptite qu'un ibis, on n'arrivait pas à circuler à 2. Pas de vrai lobby dans l'hôtel ce qui nous obligeait à treater dans la chambre. Localisation pas géniale meme si la proximité du tram rend les trajets pour les visites facile. Quartier de magasins de vetements au gros... Petit déjeuner décevant, servi en sous sol, peu de choix et pas qualitatif (pas d'expresso ni d'omelette inclus par exemple). J'avais choisi cet hotel entre autre pour sa photo du spa auquel vous n'aurez pas accès à moins de payer un massage par personne !! J'avaia demandé un service de transport de l'aeroport et on me proposait un tarif de 70€ alors que les tarifs utilisés varient entre 27 et 35€ Le personnel parle mal anglais et n'etait pas d'une grande aide. Une experience très bizarre à signaler également : ils ne voua donnent pas le mot de passe wifi. Vous etes obligés de leur donné telephone, ordi et autre pour qu'ils le rentre pour vous... Je n'ai jamais vu ça et tout de suite ça ne nous a pas mis en sécurité. Et finalement aucune bienveillance exprimée par le chef de reception : quand nous lui avons dit que nous n'avions pas dormi pendant les 2 nuits de notre séjour, il nous a simplement demandé de lui mettre une bonne note aur booking ou TripAdvisor!!! Inadmissible.... A fuir.

A fost un sejur plăcut.

Poziție excelentă langa statia de tramvai Baiazid (linia 1)fiind aproape de obiectivele turistice.

In perioada in care am stat au fost lucrari de reabilitare la carosabilul/trotuar si vreo 3 nopti nu am putut dormi de la picamar. Micul dejun a fost repetitiv in cele 7 zile petrecute.

The hotel and the rooms were comfy and super clean, located in the centre with all services around like currency exchange and retail. Also, walking distance from the tram, metro, and close distance to main landmarks like hagia sophia. The breakfast was delicious and fresh, and there is a starbucks branch inside the hotel itself. Thanks to all the friendly staff, especially the front office manager Ercan, for making our stay great. Definitely recommend it and will be back again!

Clean, moser and good location but too noisy

Clean, modern and well located (you can do almost everything walking around the hotel area).

The elevator makes too much noise every time someone press the button (you can hear it even if someone press it from other floors) and you can hear from your bedroom, the doors and walls are paper thin and you can hear everyone passing by or talking outside. As everything else in Istanbul, people are always trying to take advantage over you, we asked for help to buy the public transport ticket and the receptionist thought it would be fine to over charge us and ask if we’d like to buy his ticket (we just asked for help and not for that). The lamp in our room was blinking and although we informed they just told us to “write it on the booking review” 🙄 they push it too much to make you give them a review (we were busy leaving early and the receptionist insisted we should do it right away). The breakfast has the same food every day and it is not really a regular breakfast (almost like lunch and super spicy)

everything was perfect. the contact with the hotel. the staff from the counter to the restaurant are very friendly. personal thanks to Ercan. Even before we arrived he contacted us to guide us such as transport to and from the airport. rooms very clean, friendly staff, open buffet breakfast and good location. I am super satisfied. We had a stay with my partner, next time I will come with the kids.

Would recommend this hotel stay 😀

The property and bedroom was excellent including cleaning service, breakfast, front officer staff. Manger Ercan really friendly and Helpful. We had an issue the last evening with Spa service (which rents space from hotel) but Murat sorted it promptly with support from the hotel Director.

There was nothing I did not like about the property. Location excellent, can get to everything very easy.

On arrival the room was clean and housekeeping done excellent job during the stay. The hotel is located opposite beyazit square and mosque. Within 5 min walk of grand Bazaar, 20 min of hagia Sophia, 25 min of ferries. Also tram stop 3 min walk that gets you to ferry, hagia Sophia, taksim square if you prefer not to walk. ....The area felt safe night and day...... the staff were helpful specially the ever smiling Omar at front desk

Everything was ok, however the Air condition system in the hotel is rare!!! I mean you can not control the type of mode you wan t to use in your room, may be you need cold mode ,however the rest of rooms want hot mood so you have to follow them,, you can not control the mode it was my first time to see this in any hotel the breakfast is limited choices
