Soggiorno fantastico in una struttura posizionata in zona strategico

Arredamento essenziale ed autoctono. Letti comodissimi, cuscini abbondanti, doccia super splendida. Personale gentilissimo sempre pronto a risolvere problemi e farti sentire al sicuro.

Colazione dolce essenzialissima. Preferiti prodotti salati. In ogni caso quei pochi prodotti dolci erano molto buoni

Perfecto para unas vacaciones

El personal es encantador, te ayudan en todo lo que puede. Un especial agradecimiento a Bashar que se ofreció a ayudarnos y encargarse personalmente de comprobar y aclarar un problema con una actividad organizada. Su compañero que está aprendiendo español está siempre predispuesto para ayudar. Las instalaciones están muy bien, la limpieza perfecta y siempre sin molestar. La ubicación ideal en el centro de todo y a 100 metros de la estación Sirkeci de Marmaray, desde el aeropuerto de Sabiha Gohcen, puedes llegar comodamente en metro M4 y transbordo en Marmarai. Sin dudarlo repetiría otra vez y si vuelvo a Estambul ahí me alojaré otra vez.

Great location and Very Friendly Staff

The staff was wonderful. Did their best to make us feel comfortable. I love how they are so energy efficient with all lights being on motion detectors. Would absolutely stay here again.

Not worth the money

Location is excellent. Very close to Sultanahmet and other attractions. Metro is available right in front of the hotel. Breakfast was good.

Hotels pics are misleading. There is no view or balcony. Window opens to a big wall in the front. Extremely claustrophobic as there are no windows in main bedroom. If you dont like rooms without windows/balconies, skip this hotel.

There are two advantages of this hotel, the location and the staff.

Breakfast was in the facility next to the hotel. It didn't start until half past 9, which is very late. Very poor choice of food. The room was spacious, but not maintained. The first night, the shelf in our bathroom fell off. We didn't have enough towels. .

best location in terms of walking distance to wherever you want to go, across the road from the sea, tram, etc.

Exceptional

Location was great. Many food places to choose. Walking distance to Spice Bazaar and surroundings. Easy access to tramp services. Bospuras rides around the corner. Rooms was nice and neat always. Services was excellent. Got in at 8am and room was ready. Transport was arrange on time.

Due to building being in centre no window access to see outside.

Amazing place to stay In Istanbul

Everything is so clean, the stuff has been amazing, and extremely helpful and understanding. The breakfast was also so good! Every attraction is on a walking distance from this hotel or the tram, which is right across the street. Also, they provide transport from airport to hotel to airport. Definitely recommend!

VERY BAD FRONT DESK PEOPLE THEY DON'T NOW HOW TO DEAL WITH THE THINGS ESPECIALLY ( BESHAR- SYRIAN), I MADE RESERVATION BY BOOKING.COM WITH THE PRICE AND THE ROOM WHICH I ALREADY CHOOSE IT , THIS GUY HE ADVICE TO ME ANOTHER ROOM WITHOUT MY PERMISION OR INFORMATION AND HE IS TELLING TO ME IF YOU DON'T NEED THE ROOM WHICH HE CHOOSE TO ME HE SAID YOU CAN CANCEL YOUR BOOKING, VERY BAD THIS MEANS HE IS SHOWING TO ME THE GATE .... Cozy hotel near Marmarai

- Location is comfortable - WiFi works well - Airport transfer was fast and nice - Tasty breakfast

- The room was facing a wall and they placed a picture of Bosporus view on that wall :)

Perfect to see İstanbul historical wonders!

The hotel's locarion is really strategic if you want to visit the most important places in İstanbul. Is right beside the Sirkeci tram stop and the Sirkeci Marmaray metro station. Moreover, Sultanahmet square (the most important location in İstanbul to see historical places such as Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, the Basilica Cistern, the Hippodrome, etc.) is just a few blocks walking.

Refering to the hotel, I think everything was excelent. Something that must be considered when travelling is that the recently built İstanbul airport is about an hour or more from the hotel, because it was built far from the heart of the city. Hence, I recommend to take the hotel's transfer service. Another thing that was curious for me and my parents, is that the hotel's reception was in an alley between two restaurants (you even enter a few rooms and the place where you take your breakfast from one of these restaurants: Mado hehe), so be aware of this and don't be afraid if you don't see the hotel's reception right away hehe.

the staff were amazing, yhanks to Mr. Bashar and Mr. Mohamed Ramadan, Youness too and the lasy at the front office. and also want to say that hotel is located in perfect near by everything.
