It’s a very nice Boutique Hôtel slightly outside the town.

Beautiful communal lounge with the views of the lake. Our cabin was small but clean and comfortable with a cozy loft
We only stayed one night (last night before the property closed for the winter), and jacuzzi was already decommissioned. The staff offered a half-hearted apology. When checking out, a different staff apologised for the inconvenience and suggested we should have been upgraded to a larger room with a spa bath (nice suggestion, in a hindsight, not when we were already leaving).
Location is not the best, way out of town. Although the view of the lake is splendid.

Great hotel lobby, views fantastic. Room was clean though a little tired. We had the suite and the spa bath was a lovely addition.
No restaurant or bar which is a shame as such a nice view in the lobby would be nice to have a drink or dinner there. For a four star hotel seems a bit strange not to offer this. Wifi didn’t really work in our room which was annoying. Location is nice with the views but it’s 45 minutes walk or a taxi ride to town and restaurants. So maybe not ideal for dinner given no restaurant available.

Comfortable and spacious rooms. nice sitting area and huge bathtub. Spotless clean. Great view and friendly staff.
5.0
the view and the lobby
no breakfast before 7 am, no coffee or something else after breakfast. Location far away from center and you need always a taxi fir lunch or dinner

just outside of town but a view to die for.

The suite is great, having a jacuzzi in the room is really nice, the view from the entrance hall is amazing. When we had an issue with the electricity the staff made sure to solve it quickly and try the best to make the jacuzzi work
unfortunately there was a bit of a problem with the electric system and the lights went off a couple of times.
The breakfast is quite simple, i would have liked more variety and quantity.

Beautiful location, comfortable room
Jacuzzi in the room overlooking the beautiful view was a highlight
average break fast. No hot food despite being in a very cold area

The view is spectacular I loved laying in the little couches and just kicking back to look at the lake :) The breakfast was wonderful and the room was spacious and comfy.
Some of the things felt a little dated for the price I paid in USD and it is a bit far from town (usually I'm down for a remote stay but there's not much around).

Wonderful views!!!

The view was amazing and located in quiet place. The bed was good quality.
There was a huge hole on the road at the entrance. The shower was way too small and It was so uncomfortable to use. After there was water everywhere. And very poor choice of breakfast for the cost of hotel. And there was no sound insulation. We even heard when our neighbors sneeze.

The view of Lake Argentina and the surrounding landscape is beautiful. Sitting on the main deck looking out was heavenly. We were four people in a cabin and the rooms and facilities were well designed and comfortable. The grand living room of the hotel with its massive fireplace would be amazing in colder weather, but it was warm when we were there and we wanted to be outside!!
There was not enough staff to run this place and everyone was overtaxed including the breakfast shift. Perhaps this is a post covid fall-out with service shortages. Considering the spectacular location, there were very few places for people to sit outside and enjoy the beauty ... except for the one deck. Our toilet ran and a few things needed some upkeep.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location is quiet and the view is great. Breakfast was very good and all personnel are customer oriented.
Nothing notable.

Quiet, clean, comfortable.
Location is a bit too far from town to walk, have to call a taxi.
5.0
the views and quiet ambient.
I was charged one extra night than the one used, due to a change in the flight. Informing 7 days before was not enough for the hotel. They are very strict for invoicing rules but the room was not ready on my arrival to the hotel, 1.5 hours past the time it should be available for the guests. Rules are follow according their convenience.
