Awesome breakfast, amazing staff, and great location!

Awesome breakfast, great location, and the staff was so very friendly. Overall, an awesome experience that we're definitely going to repeat.

Perfect location, lovely place

It's very atmospheric and charming. Done out to a really high spec while being tasteful and in keeping with a traditional style. The lady on reception was lovely and really helpful. It's in the heart of Brasov. Perfect location. The restaurant downstairs is stunning, like some sort of art display.

Don't use the laundry service. It's crazily expensive. They use an external company that overcharges. The hotel don't make any profit on it apparently. They just use a super expensive company.

One of the best hotel options in Brasov.

It was very cosy, comfortable and the location was perfect. The breakfast buffet was also 1 of the best I’ve experienced in Romania.

The floors creak a lot. It makes a huge noise when walking to and from your room, as well as around the room.

Could have been a winner

The staff and location were golden.... very responsive and very helpful. They truly do their best to meet the customers' needs.

There were some things which the cleaning ladies failed to address to maintenance when they serviced the rooms, this causing discomforts für the guests e.g non working plugs, broken AC, torn blackout curtains, no hook on the back of bathroom doors for towels.

Breakfast was good. Staff was great, the restaurant looked great. Room was decently spacious. Water pressure was insane. Did not hear much of the outside noises even though the hotel is in the city center and there was an ongoing loud event nearby.

My room was at the attic, it got really hot with windows closed even though the heating was off. The coffee tasted really bad. Access to the restarurant's bathroom was creepy.

Very good localisation in the middle of old city. Good breakfast. Nice staff

The room had one dark window to the narrow "well" with air conditioning machines. Ugly and uncomfortable. Even during the sunny day you have to use the artificial light, feel no privacy and quite claustrophobic.

The location si perfect, right next to the city center, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. There is some parking available, but it's up to luck if you get a spot or not.

Excellent, cosy, classically furnished hotel in centre of Brasov.

The breakfast was very good, especially if you can sit by a window.

The floorboards are very squeaky! But luckily this didn't wake us up.

Relaxing and enjoyable

Location is really good, really close to Piata Sfatului, restaurants and shops. The reception staff was really nice, hotel and room very clean. Breakfast was really good as well

Only downside were the squeaky floors but that’s it

Central, cosy boutique hotel

Great, central location near Piata Sfatului. Very cosy, spacious and clean room. Friendly staff. Rich breakfast.

The cleaning lady could be more careful with our stuff. We asked for breakfast to go before leaving (we had to go early). The receptionist wrote our requests, but in the morning there was no package for us and the cook said he didn't know about our request.

amazing location in the heart of the city. best thing about this hotel is its restaurant. breakfast was delicious.

there is no parking space :( not the hotel’s fault though, as it is in the city centre but something to be mindful about. it’s also very difficult to find parking available in the area.

Superb

The girl at reception are very helpful and nice. The room was spacious , quite confortable and with a small fridge. The breakfast is quite varied , many food to choose. The decoration of the hotel itself.

There is no lift! Very disturbing to climb with a heavy suitcase. The breakfast room chairs are uncomfortable and in a small room.
