Very comfortable stay

Very comfortable and clean, older slightly dated hotel. Staff lovely and we had everything we needed.

A very satisfactory overnight stay en route to Queenstown

The room was small, a bit dated but perfectly adequate for our one night stay. We had ann excellent buffet meal in the restaurant.

Excellent in all areas. Highly Recommend AAA+++

Catered for bikes to be safely locked and charged in their own room! Allowed us to leave vehicle on property day before we stayed there (we were biking the Alps To Ocean) Very accommodating staff.

booked for 3 male adults who were riding motorcycles , only 2 towels in the bathroom. no one in the office to sort this out ,also didn't get a wi fi password . The fridge was noisy also.

A bit disappointed

I was very disappointed to have not been informed that the restaurant was closed so there was no food option there and no facility to even cook a piece of toast in the room

No-fuss, affordable accomodation

Lovely roomy and warm room. Host was delightful and accommodated our late check-in. Very affordable and would recommend.

perfect

staff were fabulous. one of our group was injured and couldn’t continue cycling. the staff went above and beyond to look after her while waiting to be picked up. Greatly appreciated

Ground floor, walking distance to cafes, had a choice of different rooms and didn't have to pay extra

It was OK.

Within walking distance of all restaurants.

Restaurant at hotel seems to be permanently closed for breakfast. We had a room on the main street side which was quite noisy with traffic.

Not a bad place to crash for one night but nothing exceptional about it

The room was large and clean with 2 comfortable beds but the furniture was pretty outdated. Not a bad place to crash for one night but nothing exceptional about it. We didn't have dinner at the onsite restaurant so cannot comment on that.

Friendly staff and comfortable room

Lovely staff who were very helpful and provided towels for the hot pools. Room was large and comfortable. Would stay here again.

excellent experience.

Exceptional bathroom with heated towel rail & heated floor. WOW. No instructions re the operation of the air con the only exception. Very friendly owners cat made the experience better.

The position on the edge of a developing industrial park was surprising.

Lady in office needs to be more user friendly

booked breakfast....none as bereavement...but as it was a continental they could have got someone in too do that....also was no Restaurant either...and only pub open and it was far too noisy...so no dinner either
