No reception when I arrived, had to ask someone to help to get the key from safe.
Electric plug was loose and dangling out

super emplacement pour suivre mon congrès à minutes à pied
un environnement dans les chambres assez pauvre et un peu bruyant

The location was excellent. So central and easy for walking to all attractions. On the corner was a pastry shop and below was a Carrafour supermarket for all eating and drinks needs.
The kitchen was tiny as per the photo so you cant really cook anything. We managed our cereal for breakfast and as mentioned, there are handy shops below the building for quick ready meals in the microwave if you're not eating out. The ventilation was terrible. Thankfully it was not boiling hot so we managed to sleep ok but if it is super hot temperatures, the door to the upstairs room only opens fully so for security reasons we kept it closed. Would be nice to have various window opening settings. The downstairs as per photo had the most ridiculous window that opened inwards so that you couldnt get up the stairs without closing it and once again, no latches to secure the window to stay open. Slight breezes blew it shut and with the curtains pulled over, it forced the windows closed.
The toilet leaned to one side too and I didnt like the tiny shower with the shower curtain clinging to me whilst trying to wash. A toaster would have been nice too. Such were our needs when travelling with 3 children.

It was a basic room but the bed was very comfortable. It wasn't far to walk to the chateau. There is a small supermarket nearby and a busy Boulangerie. Rue Foure has bars and cafes.
The room was very hot at night and the traffic noise was audible. The street outside has a lot of noisy drunks hanging around begging. Room had several items needing repairs.

The venue was close to our conference location and that was only the plus side of this place.
The room itself was very small trying to fit in things inside. There was no AC and it was hot and humid during July. The breakfast was very basic and did not meet expectations.

I like the location, but there is plenty of hotels all around.
after I left the property, they refunded me 132 euro as a compensation for their bad service regarding cleanliness.
the room was very dirty and dusty, seems like was cleaned very long time prior to our arrival, they refused to clean it first before 5 days of stay, on the 4th day of our stay and after taking a video in my room showing the dirt everywhere they got convinced about the reality. all needed is to control the subcontractor responsible for the cleaning services.

Safe, underground parking on site. Supermarket and bakery right outside. We had a room on the backside of the building, it was quiet (Except last day)
Everything is a bit dated, scratched. There are permanently open vents on the window for some reason, not a big issue in april but I imagine it is worse in winter. Our room was smaller than it looked like on the photos, just barely bigger than the bed ( I know they always use wide photos, but still.) Depending on the wind, planes are flying low over this part of town, we only had them on the last day, last plane at 23:30.

The location close to the center
The stinking smell of the corridor , the lack of cleaning, they only do it once a week , I understand is a aparthotel but I expected the towels to be replaced everyday

it was a central location that was the only decent thing about it apart from the staff as well.
The room was so dirty, when we pulled out the sofa bed there was snot on the roof that was from previous guests that was dried into it. The glasses and mugs had dirt on them from previous guests as well which was not good to see. Cheap hotel which is good but I would definitely bring some sanitiser with me. Photo attached is the mark on the wall with the snot which was not very appealing.

The location is right in the centre of Nantes. Very close to almost all main attractions. Very cheap when compared to other accommodations.
The bathroom needs some refurbishment. The showers are too small and uncomfortable. Other then that it is quite pleasant.

Student style accommodation and very reasonable for a very reasonable price. Location is great. You can't get much more central.
Although there are cooking facilities I wouldn't cook much as these are not separated. Not much room to use the seats provided so one person would sit on the bed. But for the price this is excellent and could make coffee and snacks.

Nothing, the whole experince was awful. I would never consider booking here or any of your other chains and I shall not be booking with booking.com again either.
Everything, the appartments did not feel safe, definatley not ideal for families with children despite the web page saying it was. Beggars on the appartment steps. Faulty ligting in the corridor, no staff on duty at all to be able to discuss issues with. electric sockets in the rooms did not feel safe to use. dirty and smelly rooms, public areas littered with food waste and cigarette butts even though its advertised as non smoking. pictures on website are nothing like the reality of the hotel, feel completely misled, pictures led us to believe accommodation is well maintained our 2 rooms dispute this. human waste could be seen from our room, welcome mat and strong cooking smells indicate people living there full time.

We arrived on a Thursday afternoon, but the reception was closed as it was holiday (Ascension Day). When I booked the accommodation, the property sent me a code which enabled us to enter the main door. A second and different code enabled us to retrieve the key to our studio from a safe box, so we did not have any problems in gaining access to our studio. Our twin studio was very clean and spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Towels and free toiletries (soap/hair and body shampoo) are provided. The kitchenette had washing up liquid, tea-towel and sponge. Cutlery/plates/glasses/bowls/saucepans and kettle are provided. A washing machine (Euro 3) and a dryer (Euro 3) are available on the ground floor. The location is perfect, as the city centre is an easy 5-10 minute walk and the railway station is about 10-15 minutes away on foot.
Our bedroom had minimal storage space. There was a wardrobe but half of it was occupied by the water tank and therefore there was only hanging space available and no shelves at a lower level. There was no chest of drawers either and we had to keep our clothes in the suitcase. I saw that other bedrooms had chests of drawers and therefore I do not understand why some studios have a different layout.
