Loved everything about our stay at this hotel especially our spacious modern room with a sea view

The boutique hotel has a unique design & is well located. The reception staff were incredibly helpful & we enjoyed the a la carte breakfast in the courtyard. Our spacious room had a magnificent view overlooking the bay.

NON PRENOTATE IN QUESTO HOTEL! NON SI PUÒ DORMIRE!

Non potendo dormire tutti gli aspetti positivi cadono. La posizione è centrale.

Un hotel, di qualsiasi livello da una a cinque stelle, deve avere la prerogativa di far dormire i propri ospiti. In questo hotel non è possibile e non sto parlando del rumore che proviene dalla piazza, quello ci sta essendo in pieno centro a Cattaro, ma della forte vibrazione rumorosa a frequenza regolare e ripetitiva che veniva dal sistema di areazione e che è durata tutta notte. Non abbiamo potuto usare l’aria condizionata perché la situazione peggiorava ulteriormente. Non abbiamo chiuso occhio. Fatto presente più volte al personale che non ha fatto nulla e ci ha promesso un rimborso che non è mai arrivato.

Kotor inside

Emplacement idéal pour visiter. Grande chambre bien équipée. Parking indispensable à réserver à l'avance très pratique. Bon petit déjeuner.

Le bruit sourd infernal dans la salle de bain provenant d'un extracteur et ce de 7h30 à 23h.

Do not stay in Kotor

Kotor is very small walled town, you can cover it in one hour, actually it is not advised to book a hotel, just go in the mooring do all the actives and leave at night, the hotel is small in the center of the town, the rooms are good however the furniture and walls are very dark creepy, despite my room was right on the city wall (people walking on the wall can see me) it was quite, this is the only thing I liked about, the restaurant was ok, I wouldn't recommend it for friend

I couldn’t figure out how to work the towel warmer; but really, I am on vacation in paradise. so, who cares?!

the stay was really good. only downside was the weather.

the reception staff were really friendly but the other staff were quite unfriendly. The bathroom area in our room was all glass and the glass door opened inwards which was quite dangerous and easy to bump into.

First class

Friendly and professional welcome from staff at all times. The staff all spoke excellent English. The accommodation was spacious and classy, with a superb view over the harbour and bay and of the hills/mountains in the near background. The room's shower facility was superb. The hotel is located quite centrally in Kotor Old Town, although I would suggest that you use Google Maps (or similar) to locate the property before your arrival, because the streets in the Old Town can be a bit of a maze until you get more used to the area. Please also note that there is no taxi access direct to the hotel door because of the narrow pedestrian pathways in the Old Town. A very good breakfast, with a variety of options, was served in the Astoria restaurant which is accessed via an internal door from the reception area.

Perfect escape

Perfect hotel. Great location. Perfect communication before arrival. Staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. And a lovely touch of giving us a packed lunch on the morning of our departure as we had to leave before breakfast. Definitely recommend.

The pictures only tell part of the story. Yes it is a beautiful hotel however the hotel staff make this place special. I want to revisit Kotor on the basis of the service at this wonderful hotel. The breakfast too was freshly made and fabulous quality. Top marks

Great location and very nice staff!

There's a club nearby which doesn't close until 1am every night during my stay..which means can only really fall asleep after 1am earplugs didn't help much.

Great Trip

The location, the views of the sea, the rooms are huge! Love this hotel. It's perfect for exploring Old Town, and hikes to the top of the mountain. Kotor is a very special place. You are very centrally located to everything! I'll definitely stay here again! The free breakfast is outstanding.

They did not make up our room due to miscommunication. Everything else was great!
